- Orlando (8/5): - Es muy básico, para una estadía corta está bien, no esperes un minibar o algo parecido, no hay ascensor tampoco, a todo esto me refiero con básico, cuarto con aire acondicionado, baño dentro del cuarto con agua fría y caliente, para mí fue suficiente, sí muy limpio todo, muy amables los trabajadores del lugar, lo mejor que tiene es que está en una ubicación espectacular en el centro de Cancún, no necesitas transporte, tienes casi todo caminando, opciones de compra, bancos, tiendas y muchos lugares para comer cerca.

- Sergio (8/5): Good option for a short stay downtown Cancun - My room was very clean and quiet. Dated decor and furniture but great air conditioning, shower and the pool looked great too. A short walk from the bus station and some restaurants. Furniture and decor need updating. Area at night a bit rough. Pool open til 8:00 pm.

- Stanisław (6/5): Good location and good value for money. - Convenient location, friendly staff, and free parking made it suitable for a one-night stay. The room was generally comfortable, but I was disappointed with some aspects of the bathroom. The towels were very worn out and in poor condition, and the shower was rusty, which made it unappealing to use.

The windows did little to insulate the noise so getting a good night sleep was impossible. Also, the hotel is ok but I find it's slightly overpriced - the room is really quite basic, the towels look old etc.

Despite being close to a main artery of the city, we had a lot of peace and quiet in the room, perfect night of sleep before taking the plane. The staff were friendly and the place was very clean. The mattresses were a little soft. The hotel need some updating (furniture, decor), but that's part of the charm! For one night it was very decent for the price.

Hotel is just a few blocks from the ADO Bus Station, which is great because I need to take the bus to Playa del Carmen to take the ferry to Cozumel. The proximity to the ADO Bus Station as I had an early morning flight and didn't want to rely on extortionate taxis as Ubers don't take you to the Airport. The room was horrible. The ceiling AND walls had the very dated "popcorn" effect.

- gemmae698 (10/5): Above expectations - Stayed at the Antillano Hotel for a week and the experience was above my expectations. The staff were supper nice and able to answer all our questions. The room was clean and the AC was effective. The pool was clean and refreshing. We had a room facing the courtyard and it was quiet though we heard from another guest that her room was loud due to a roof party at a nearby hostel. Would stay here again if I'm in Cancun!

- Polaris (10/5): Excellent hotel in central Cancun - The only downside to my room was that the door did not muffle noises from the hallways. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent choice. The building was maintained well. My room was comfortable and well lit. The AC worked great and looked new. Hotel is in a great location close and easily walkable to ATMs, restaurants, cafes, the bus station, and shopping. I would book the hotel again should I stay in Cancun.

Staff didn’t speak much English so didn’t ask for assistance. Toilet seat kept dropping, toilet clogged. Due to location, great AC gave 4 stars. If noise bothers you not ideal

- Yu-chen (7/5): Good - A very economical choice near downtown Cancun, only few blocks away from supermarket (Chedraui) and the popular market Parque de las Palapas. R1 bus goes right in front of the hotel, easy access to hotel zone and the beach by bus. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. There is no elevator, so beware if you are traveling with heavy luggage or kid with stroller. You will need to carry them through stairs.

This is very unprofessional and not safe at all. We were really disappointed and they were not able to give a reasonable explanation. No one gave us an answer... We felt very unsafe.

Despite the old forniture, the hotel could have a charming outlook if it weren't for the neon lightning, the tape crosses on the floor and the signs forbidding to open the windows. The receptionist at the check-in was very nice, but the one at the desk on the following days was just terrible customer service. I asked her for a glass to take a medicine as none had been made available, she said they had no glasses in the hotel (this considering the hotel has a restaurant). I asked her how to reach the beach and she starred at me as if she was not aware of the existence of beaches.

It is very close to Busses, Chadauri Supermarket, Parque Palyapa with cheap food and entertainment and close to our Dentist. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. Perfect for us on a tight budget. We can not afford the $50USD+ per night rooms CONS Not enough clothes hangers, no electric jug for coffee/tea, no fridge in the room.

- Jeffrey (8/5): - Well, I love this place and always stay there. However, on both of my past two visits I have experienced smoke smell in my room on several occasions throughout my stay. I understand that you cannot police every guest but your employees must be diligent as you could clearly smell the smoke in corridors too. Again, this is my hotel of choice and I remain a loyal customer and will return!
