- karoleigh (10/5): Wonderful experience - We had stayed at the other Best Western in Moab a couple of times and decided to try this one on our most recent visit to Moab. I can't think of a single thing we didn't like about this place. The hotel was more expensive than some other Best Westerns we have stayed at, but it truly was a high quality and elegant hotel, starting from the moment we checked into it. Our stay included a comfortable guest room experience, a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub, and a wonderful breakfast. There's a rooftop terrace where is was enjoyable to sit on and watch the world of Moab go by. The location is perfectly located within walking distance of restaurants and shops where guests can guy souvenirs. In addition, it's fairly close to Arches National Park. There is no charge for parking, and there's enough for everybody. If a guest needs an electric car charger, they have those for you. We took advantage of the complimentary coffee in the lobby. You can call them about this, but my understanding is that they do not accept pets. The only thing we might have taken issue with is the people who supplied the food for the buffet acting as if they were waiters in a restaurant so they could collect tips. Guests are already paying a good amount of money for their stay, and it's a buffet, so there should not be anyone trying to score a tip from anyone. I would love to stay at this hotel when in the area again.
- Peter (10/5): Great value hotel in Moab - wish we could have stayed longer - Excellent value hotel in the heart of Moab. Rooms are a good size and clean. Very good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful - a big shout out to Diego who gave us the warmest welcome possible to breakfast every day! The hotel can be quite noisy early in the morning as a lot of guests have early starts - not the hotel's fault though.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There was a large variety of food at the complimentary breakfast. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel in Moab. Nothing!

The star of the stay was the breakfast staff, all were so kind and friendly. We primarily interacted with Jorge who is absolutely amazing and puts a smile on your face every morning. I believe another reviewer said they were going to start a fan club...sign us up! :-)

The staff members at front desk greeted us every time we came in. We were there for a week. The included breakfast was yummy. The staff in the breakfast room was delightful too.
- stephaniebU3270HN (2/5): Avoid room 101 - The location was excellent. The staff were nice in the beginning but once you have a problem, they’re very rude to you. Avoid room 101. This room is right near the lobby, the ice machine and the water machine. Also at 5 AM the restaurant staff starts getting ready for breakfast on the second floor right above your room. During their preparation, all we could hear starting at 5 AM was foot traffic back-and-forth on our ceiling. When we approached the staff about this we were met we rudeness. That the hotel was full and they had to use that room. Even though we made a reservation months in advance and checked in early. For the price we paid it wasn’t worth the rudeness or noise.

- kaydV2835FT (10/5): Comfortable stylish hotel in a great location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands NPs - We absolutely loved this hotel. Fantastic location just off the main road in the centre of Moab (but quiet), modern and tastefully decorated. Good reception team. Large clean, comfortable room. The breakfast (included) was fabulous. Lots of fresh fruit, a hot buffet (little omelettes constantly being cooked and placed in the server), and a good choice of drinks. Indeed the hot and cold drinks in the reception were also much appreciated. Large car park. We stayed here for four nights. Unfortunately we experienced some torrential rain, so it was great to have a comfortable room and a town to wander around (highly recommend the independent bookshop on the main street). Due to the slightly wet and then very wet weather, we did not check out the rooftop seating or the pool. A great location for heading to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. They even served breakfast early enough for us to head out for a hot air balloon flight at dawn. If we are in the area again, this is definitely where we would book to stay (I am sure there are many other nice places to stay in the town!).

- Angelika (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert - Tolle Lage mitten in Moab, alle Restaurants etc. sind fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem war nachts kein Lärm zu hören. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und beinhaltet neben diversen kalten und warmen Speisen auch frisch zubereitete Pancakes und Obst. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auf der Außenterrasse frühstücken. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren groß und sehr sauber und komfortabel ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Pool und Whirlpool sind auch toll. Super Hotel, allerdings auch nicht ganz günstig. Beim Frühstück wird (wie in fast jedem Hotel in den USA) Plastik-Besteck verwendet, was damit begründet wird, dass in der Region Wasserknappheit herrscht und daher auf eine Spülmaschine verzichtet wird.

We loved the vinyl flooring in the room vs carpet. Breakfast was wonderful! Diego was so friendly and helpful. The terrace off the breakfast room was a really nice bonus. We also enjoyed the 24/7 coffee and cappuccino machine in the lobby. Great Hotel! The room rate was a little on the high side but everything was so great that by the end of our stay I felt it was worth it.

- honalee (10/5): Great experience all around - The location was fabulous--short walk to shops and restaurants--and a quick drive to Arches and a moderate drive to Canyonlands. The breakfast was varied and plentiful with a very responsive, friendly staff and they had non-dairy milk for vegans or those with allergies. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and both the housekeeping and front desk staff were courteous and friendly. We chose the two queen beds with the extra living area with a chair and couch, which proved very useful for our family of four for six nights. We also used the laundry facilities, which came in handy even though we didn't expect to need them. I had been worried about the noise from the street and local restaurants because of some other posts, but we didn't have a noise issue. The hotel was well maintained, and we didn't have a problem with the three steps down to get to our room on the second floor, but if you would have an issue with them (I think they were on both floors), I imagine you could request a room before the steps on either level (the elevator gets you to the second floor). I don't know whether they can guarantee that, but we had requested the second floor (my husband did based on some posts but I'm not sure why) and our request was granted. Reading my review over, it seems a bit bot-like, but this is a real review from a family in Maryland. I don't usually take the time for reviews, but we had a really good experience, so I thought I'd share it in case it's helpful to others.

Staff treated us very well and the room was very nice. The breakfast staff (Diego, Jorge and Jose) are all excellent. They treat you like family. A lot of things to do within walking distance. Will be my go to when we visit Moab in the future.

The whole hotel seemed spotless. The breakfast was wonderful each morning. The room was quite large and very clean. I would very much recommend this hotel! If I’m ever back in Moab we will definitely return here. Maybe next time I would pick the top floor as I could hear our upstairs neighbors just walking around.

- Nomad05376306177 (10/5): I'm a new Believer ! There really are clean and cheerful places to stay. Best Western! - I did not like Hotels. We used ARBNB often. However ! The stay at this Best Western made a New Customer for sure. This is a "Plus" experience for sure ! Supreme clean and cheery staff... ALL the staff including the maintenence and cleaning staff had a smile and a Hello for us. They were visible using some awesome team work to keep every area tip top shape. The breakfast was so so good. The gentleman working on Tuesday morning was like a professional wait staff, with a greeting for everyone. and he knew his regulars and carried conversation as well. I can't say enough good. Stay here. Just stay.... Thank you !

- jaybee8585 (10/5): Very large, nice suite - The suite with 1 king/2 queens was very nice and large, with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with small fridge, freezer, and microwave. The gas fireplace in the living room was nice, as were the balconies from each room. The only downsides were the exterior stairs we had to use to get to the room (no elevator) and the street/traffic noise at night. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast attendants, Diego and Jorge, were very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable (about $200/night) for the large size of the room.

- Escape738323 (10/5): Best Western Canyonlands Inn MOAB- Best Stay in MOAB! - This Best Western is fantastic for a trip to MOAB. It is sparkly clean ( I was impressed) and has the nicest staff at the hotel front desk, in the breakfast room and the cleaning staff. The location is wonderful as it is right in town so after a day of hiking you can park your car and walk to dinner/ drinks and shops. It is located in a great town making it easy to spend a day at Arches and Dead Point Horse State Park, a day at Capitol Reef National Park and Goblin Valley State Park, and Canyonlands. I don't often take the time to write a review unless a place is exceptional and I loved this particular Best Western. Whomever is the owner/ manager is doing a spectacular job. Thank you for a phenomenal stay!

- Lisa (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf in Moab, jammer van de vervelende man bij het ontbijt. - + Ruime kamer met lekkere bedden + De hottub is echt heerlijk en fijn dat die groot is waardoor je niet met zn allen op een "hoopje" zit + Lekker en voor Amerikaanse begrippen goed ontbijt + Centrale ligging in Moab.. je kunt lopend naar supermarkten en restaurants + 24/7 koffieservice in de lobby vonden wij erg fijn en kwalitatief lekkere koffie - Badkamer (douchegedeelte en toiletruimte ) is echt heel klein - De werknemer bij het ontbijt (mr. D) op één van de ochtenden was erg aanwezig en heeft ons, twee alleenreizende vrouwen, op een onacceptabele manier benaderd. We lieten ons ongenoegen blijken, maar hier had hij geen boodschap aan. We hebben hier melding van gemaakt bij de receptie, maar betwijfelen of er iets mee gedaan gaat worden. Vandaar ook hier!
