- judith (5/5): Nice facilities and location but disappointing - The pool was nice The room was dirty, all the dishes and kitchen utensils were dirty, you have to clean everything before you use it. One of the utensils when washed leaked out all this black mould onto the food. The 4 bedroom is actually 2 separate dwellings so if you're going as one family, to keep that in mind. There was a possum in the roof so we couldnt sleep at night, it was really heavy and the roof is so thin so it felt like it was going to come through. The manhole was also in the bedroom so it was very scary. We were given an early check in at 12pm but when we arrived they told us it wasnt ready until 2pm. That was disappointing. Also there is a no noise rule after 10pm but there was a group of young teens who were yelling and knocking and running, no one was actually around enforcing the 10pm rule. We have babies who were sleeping so it was very frustrating that they were doing that and were arguing with us when we told them to stop.

The rooms were not very clean, found a few hair/dust balls in the bedrooms and floors weren’t the cleanest so this could use some improving. Beds and bathrooms were fine.

- Guest (5/5): Choose somewhere else to say - The weather I booked through bookings and at the time the cabin was advertised with a spa, we arrived and there was no spa, which was very disappointing went to staff and was advised that bookings have been told numerous times about no spa in that room the manager was nice and issued me a refund, the cabin was nice but the floors need a good mop!!! The cabin also had bull ants all over the floor of an evening, the games room for the kids was non existent just and empty room, all the play equipment for the kids is very run down and dirty, more activities are needed for young children, the pool was nice however a splash pool for the young kids would be nice, the location is ok however it’s is a a bit of a drive to the major attractions/ activities, I will not be staying here again!!

Pool & jumping pillow were the favourite. Instantaneous hot water a huge plus. Cooking facilities on our cabins verandah was great. Kids loved seeing the native birds & wildlife. Great location close to coles. Cabin opposite ours had bright light on all night entering our cabins main bedroom, blinds do not prevent the brightness. Would be amazing if holiday park had cafe/kiosk on site with breakfast & hot food.

- Emma (8/5): We love it! We have been twice now, once a year is our plan. It is the best holiday for everyone to switch off from jobs - We love the pool, it’s the best! The comfortable beds, I personally had great sleeps, air con, we had a private bbq this time :) Staff were happy to replace our towels. Love the little upgrades here and there happening! Oh and we loved the birds coming to the deck, letting us feed them fruit, that was great. I would love to see a little more thorough cleaning of the cabins. It’s not enough to stop me coming back, just a deep clean every so often would not go unnoticed :)

Leider fühlt man sich dadurch absolut nicht wohl. Alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem hatten die Hangtücher Flecken.

- Simon (8/5): Great park right on the lake. 2 bedroom cabin was spacious, clean with good facilities. - The park is nestled right on the lake, fantastic location. 2 bedroom cabin was spacious well appointed with a great deck area, looking out over the lake. We really enjoyed our 2 nights and well be back for a longer stay.

The cabins are spacious. the full kitchen was just perfect for making dinner for a family and the price for a cabin for 6 people was fantastic. The park is right on the foreshore, there was plenty of wildlife around and the sunset was just beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was freshly renovated. Would love to go back and stay a little longer. The only thing I wasn't particularly fond of were the staff. i waited close to 10 mins to check-in and when the staff member arrived they didn't come across as warm or friendly. Later on there was another staff member and a group of children riding around on a gold cart, myself and my family made several attempts to smile when passing them. But we were ignored.

- Joylajane (10/5): Perfect Family weekend - Location by the lake. The facilities at the park for the kids. Jumping pillow, park, mini golf and the karts. Being there during the long weekend they had extra activities, stand up paddle board, laser tag, movie night, face painting etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cabin had everything we needed. Park had everything to entertain the kids. Adults just chilled on the bank while the kids run a muck. Didn’t have a pool, also no notification there was no pool. But the lake and extra activities compensated for the pool being out of action. Not much internet all weekend - wifi and reception shocking. But was good detox for everyone.

- elained (5/5): Overnight stay - Very basic , small, but fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, knives forks and plates, plus aircon and ceiling fans. Clean, bed comfortable. T V reception terrible. Views of the lake. Very popular camping ground full. The owners have to bvioudky gone to much trouble to ensure all the basics you would need are covered. T v reception

- Sam (5/5): Definitely seen better days, sadly. - Easy late arrival process, spacious parking for the cabins, great water pressure. A very tired place that needs lots of love. Badly worn cabins with threadbare linen and everything just barely surface clean. The floors were actually filthy. Oven, griller, cabinets and blinds all broken. Surprisingly noisy park with kids out until very late at night. Very over-priced and pool closure was not communicated until after we’d paid in full.

- Tabatha Wieczorek (4/5): Great location but not so great cleanliness - My unit was close to the water front, the park have a lot of activities for the kids to do. Games room, putty golf and go karts and much more. I'm so sorry but I'm going to be brutal on my review. I was in unit 19, top location near water, lots of activities for the kids to do, but the cleaning of the unit let's the park down. Never cleaned the windows and tracking wardrobe tracking the bathroom is atrocious. These are little things that could be cleaned once a week. Maybe if you gave the cleaners a little bit more time to clean a unit it would be a five star accommodation. The kids bed were so thin you can feel the wooden slats under the mattress. Because it was raining and the wind was so strong you could smell the dust, I'm allergic to dust and an asthmatic I woke up with a headache and feeling stuffy. The toaster was broken, there are charges if you don't clean your dishes and put them away and take garbage out before checking out. Very disappointing. Also we had a blackout at about 9pm, no contact from the park. The power was restored sometimes in the early hours of the morning. Thank God for mobile phones otherwise you would be in compete darkness. No emergency lights in units. And service, what service. No wifi that reaches my unit.
- David (7/5): Good, but the weather was pretty poor - Cabin was quiet (except when it rained). Great view, and I'd love to see it when the weather was better We took off shoes when entering the cabin (due to rain at the time), so we did not really put dirt into the cabin. Floors were a little dirty, so when we went to bed we had a noticeable amount of dirt on our feet that got transferred to the bed sheets
- Ricky (8/5): Great place to stay for a couple of days, especially if you love feeding wild birds. - Facility was acceptable, great view. If you love feeding wild brightly coloured birds, then this is the place for you. Birds were noisy early in the morning. Beds could have been more comfortable.
