Susanna (6/5): établissement médiocre - ou c est situé la serveuse plus âgée au déjeuner avec un air bête. la douche qui faisait un vacarme terrible dans ls chambre! Le spa les jets tout brisés. lorsqu ils ont nettoyés ils n ont pas lavés les planchers, ni le bain. pour le prix c est Médiocre!

Deanna (10/5): - This place is beautiful, we just stopped for one night but i could have stayed a week. The space was warm and inviting, clean and comfortable. Modern in all the right ways, they gave me the cutest engraved pocket knife as a guest gift. The only hiccup being they say its pet friendly but asked that i keep my pet caged and suggested that if pet hair was found on the bedding that they would charge a 200 dollar cleaning fee for the bedding which i found a little odd in a pet friendly facility. But when i explained that the cat didnt like his kennel they suggested i spread a blanket out on top of theirs on the bed so his fur wouldnt soil their topper. They were pretty good about it but just a heads up to people traveling with pets to bring some type of large blanket to accommodate.
Amy (7/5): - It was clean, comfortable bed. Classic hotel. The bathroom is not fully separated from the rest of the room. Can get smelly haha. The staff gave me a look when I told him I have 2 dogs, and warned me not to bring them on the bed. It's fine to just tell me not to bring them on the bed, and I had told them I had dogs in advance... Was a weird moment, felt unwelcoming. No elevator for 2nd floor.

Réjean (8/5): Bien situé, facile d’accès et personnel affable - Facilité de stationnement, l’accès au restaurant sur place.Avec un bon support de lit aurait été parfait. Qu’on ne nous offre pas un banc pour avoir accès facilement au lit. On avait l’impression de grimper dans le lit tellement il était haut. De plus le lit King size est trop moielleux et on a mal dormi.

Kassy (5/5): Compliqué - La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres. Parfait pour un couple par contre selon l’ambiance de la salle de bain. Je voyageais seule avec mon bébé d’un an. Ils m’ont mis au deuxième étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Il était très difficile de gérer le transport de mes valises et de ma fille à la chambre. Je devais sois laisser le bébé seule dans la chambre où seule dans l’auto … pas très pratique pour une mère et son enfant seule. De plus, il n’y a pas de porte pour la salle de bain. Donc, pas l’idéale pour une petite famille comme la mienne.

Philippe (8/5): - Le service était rapide à l'accueil et au restaurant. Les heures d'arrivé et de départ permettent de profiter de la chambre plus longtemps. Le bain tourbillon ne fonctionnait qu'à une intensité et à un seul mode. Il n'y avait pas de support à valise dans la chambre. J'ai dû ouvrir ma valise sur la table devant la télé et ça bloquait le signal de la télécommande. Il y avait une table basse qui aurait pu servir à ça mais elle était encombrée par la cafetière. Je m'attendais à une meilleure fonctionnalité pour le prix de la chambre.
