I’ve made multiple attempts to reach someone, especially Andy, and have left countless messages with zero response. It’s beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. No communication, no accountability—just being ignored. I’ve never dealt with a business that shows this level of disregard for its customers. At this point, it feels like they have no intention of resolving the issue. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before staying here.

• Robin (2/5): I would never advise anyone to stay in this place! - Not really anything. It was nasty. The place looked like it needed to be condemned from the outside. Windows completely gone or busted. Interior was very dirty and obviously had not been updated in years. Our first room stunk so loudly of chemical fumes you could not stay in it. We paid for a king suite and got a double room with just double beds, not even queen size. The water in the bathroom ran continuously and could not be turned off. Heater was loud and couldn’t sleep for it kicking on and off. It was the only place we could find a place to stay because of events in town or we would not have stayed there. And on top of everything else, we were double charged and are still in a battle to get our money back on the second charge! It was terrible!

It was super dangerous, it felt like a hotel for drug addicted people! Terrible terrible terrible, I stay there for 20 minutes ask to change room twice, and they give me a room worst them the other!

If I had to say a negative, this is a just-me thing—the room was too cold when I came in—easily fixed. Last minute reservation so I was pleasantly surprised.

• louisfK8413MY (4/5): Not good. I expected more attention to cleanliness...especially post-covid! - I literally had to wipe off all surface touch area with disinfectant. Door knobs, light switches, the tv remote, shower head, sink handles, etc. When done, the small white towel I used was absolutely filthy. After the wipe down, I sprayed every other area with Lysol. Luckily I used sandals when walking the floor and taking a shower...I didn't have a mop. Oh, btw, the chair was horribly stained.

I like that the owners of the Red Roof Inn seem to think that having AI responses to everyone's reviews is appropriate way of doing business and an adequate response. (different names, but they all read the same) MAYBE the place was clean, but when you are met with examples of such disrepair, you can't help but think the place is a dump. Disappointing There were large unpainted spackled holes in all the walls. Sagging possibly moldy drywall around the shower. NO SMOKE or CO2 DETECTORS. And the light switch in the bathroom was missing a switch plate cover.... open wires in a wet environment?! AI, thanks for responding to this.

There are the older rooms in the back of the main building which is where the long stay people are and families with romping children that need space to be themselves. Then there is the rooms in the main building very nice, clean and welcoming all of them no matter what your needs. I will stay again.
