• Eliot (6/5): - The place is not very nice but okay for the price. Neighborhood is nice and walkable with plenty of eating options. The room was comfortable and quiet enough to sleep. Shower hot water took about three minutes to warm up. Not much room in bathroom to leave clothes to avoid getting them wet before putting them on. Staff is rarely available in the office.

• Daniel (2/5): Save the money, sleep in your car. - NO available electrical outfits readily available! TV was plugged into a hub of 6 or so that was full. All other outlets were local IN THE CEILING! Bedside outlet inside the lamp was a foreign incompatible one. Useless. Bathroom outlet at the sink was tied to the light switch, which I discovered int the morning with a discharged phone. Hot water required 5 minutes of continuous runtime to appear. NO deadbolt or security latch for the entry door. Dead wi-fi router ( free but non functional). Thought I woke up in a 3rd world nation.

• AYIHENG (3/5): It was disappointing that the room was posted available when it was not cleaned！ - Location: seemed it was in a safe area. The room was NOT CLEAN: (1) there was a booger (nose-shit)on the blanket cover and it was disgusting！Called the property owner/manager and he gave me a new blanket cover. (2) There were a pair of eye glasses on the floor near window. (3) There was hair on 1 or 2 pillow(s). (4) There was hair in the bath in bathroom. (6) Before leaving I took a shower and wear my clean clothes and used disinfecting wipes to wipe my stuff. However，I felt itchy on different parts of my body at different times for whole day (Luckily it was gone next day). As a result，I had to throw away my socks，underwear and T-shirt I used when I stayed there just to be safer. (7) The pictures attached show (1) -(4).
• Brittany (8/5): - Doesn’t look like much from the outside but our room had new flooring, paint, and all new bathroom appliances. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again for a quick one night passing through. Beds aren’t the comfiest. But they’re clean!
• Patricia (3/5): We won’t be back. - Location. We were attending a funeral the next morning. Bathroom Reno was nicely done. The bed linens were clean and fresh. The entry door was thick with gross dirt, grime and greasy finger prints. I don’t think that door/glass has been cleaned in a few years. The flooring in the room was also filthy although it was fairly new.
• Eric (6/5): If i cant shower in the room it is a no from me - Cheap basic motel. Good for a 1 night stop. Beds were comfortable. Room was not cleaned well but not disgusting. Shower was usless. The water preasure was so low that i gave up with washing my hair. The shower is a reason i would not return.

• craigmN4927FS (4/5): Last Resort - Everything else was booked on our return trip from Maine and it was closing in on Midnight. The place was dirty and shady. I was charged $210 for a sketchy room. None of the cable channels worked. We slept for a few hours and left early the next morning.

We found chicken leftovers in the microwave, which made us wonder about the cleaning… Approx 40 min away from Niagara falls so, take the driving into consideration. Some decent place to eat at close distance.
• Jodi (10/5): Exceptional - Very very clean Freshened up and bright Convenient location Excellent pricing Nothing fancy but perfect for anyone needing a bed for the night I booked this room (last minute) to attend a concert at Highmark Stadium based solely on price. We were completely surprised at the cleanliness and convenience. A nice easy drive back from the stadium. We were able to check in early. Pleasantly greeted upon arrival. I would definitely book here again !

• Charlyn (4/5): I would like a refund for the Feb 14 as I checked out on the 13. - I liked that is was in Clarence close to my event My stay was from Feb 10-10, though I had made reservation through the 14th. I told man at hotel that I needed to check out one day early due to very bad weather coming and was told he could not help with that and I would need to talk to Booking.com, so I wasn't happy about that. Parking lot was not plowed, and I had to ask to have for someone to shovel around my car so I didn't slip on ice. He did do that for me. There was no hot water and when I called the number on the "office" door which was locked the voice mail was full and I couldn't leave a message. I did finally find the man who said I needed to leave the hot water running because there was no heat on this side of motel, eventually I did get hot water but had to leave it running for a long time. The man also made excuses because it was winter. I had to pull the large chair to feel more secure in the room. Positives: Greate new TV and Cable and microvalve and frig.
• Isamohammed01 (5/5): Good location and front desk but room needs repairs. - Convenient location. Front office was respectful during check-in My specific room was in need of repairs. Bathroom door wouldn't open without force and wiggling. Very risky for solo travelers as no window in the bathroom to communicate for help. As with many hotels in the state of NY, overpriced especially in the weekends.

• Mary (9/5): Midcentury charm along a historic byway - We really appreciated this old-style motel, with parking immediately in front of our unit. Easy in & out! The owner was very friendly, even affable, despite our late night arrival.. and the room was great! Next morning's drive eastward along this older highway (to get back to the Thruway) took us through cute communities, where I'd love to explore someday... It took us farther off the highway than I had expected. While we liked its homey charm, travelers used to more modern or upscale decor may be disappointed. My partner recalls there was something about the little phonebooth sized shower he didn't like, but maybe ijust ts size?
• Jacqueline (2/5): Unpleasant - the room smelled; couldn't control the heater & it went on every 5 to 10 min. full blast right in our faces. the rugs were vacc'd but the shower was dirty; very short toilet; and no hot water. didn't sleep very well and got up very early the next morning with headaches. shower door kept popping open. I guess you get what you pay for. just wanted to save some $ because everything is so high but it was a mistake
• Verified traveler (6/5): Basic No Frills Stay - A basic room with bar fridge and microwave, no frills but clean and comfortable bed. This motel is dated but has been renovated. Owner brought me fresh coffee at 8 in the morning- a nice friendly touch!

If sheets are washed and still stained, they should be thrown out. Room not very secure - only a chain and a lock in the doorknob. Did not feel safe. should provide written instructions on how to work tv remotes

I had to give up and stay at another hotel down the road.. PLEASE HAVE THEM REFUND MY MONEY.. Or at least s voucher for another night.. Thank you..

• Michael (10/5): - It’s a cheap motel reasonably close to the airport. My room was clean and I felt safe, don’t expect a Hilton but it was solid for what I paid. I would stay there again, the front desk guy was super nice.

We needed to rebook our original hotel, and this motel was available for a quick night's stay at a reasonable price. The room needed some updating for sure. However, it was a close 12-minute drive to Buffalo Airport (BUF).

• Thomas (2/5): In summary, our stay was disgusting. - The room was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean. Location was good for us. Manager was friendly and helpful. The place is dilapidated and falling apart. Looked like it has gone without any significant maintainence for many years. Pieces of trim around the door and window were missing. There were big open cavities exposing the internal framing. There were flies, probably due to the gaping holes in the wall. Chair, covered with grime and filth, could not be sat in. Things in the bathroom had filth in every crevice. Big discarded drink container left on the floor. Freezer partially filled with stuff left behind. No phone. TV did not work. Old, noisey AC unit. No clock radio. No security lock on door.

• Kelly J (2/5): - I arrived to check in and found the property to be very run down and dirty including the office. When checking in the owner told me my room with a queen bed was not available so he put me in a room with 2 full beds. I asked why and explained that was not what I reserved and paid for. He said that's all he had left and couldn't put me in my room because the toilet wasn't working. I told him i was not happy but he did nothing about it to make it right. At that point would have loved a full refund and would have went down the road paying the $300-400 for a clean, safe room. He gave me a key for the room with 2 full beds and told me room 19. As I walked to room 19 I couldn't find the room as there was no room doors with the number 19 on it. I found a room with no number on it in between 18 and 20 and figured this must be the room. The door was open so I knocked and went in reluctantly. The room smelled of pee and vomit. There was human hair on everything- the bathroom sink, the bed sheets and in the shower. The toilet may have been cleaned but it wasn't cleaned well as it was dirty behind the toilet seat. The electrical outlets had no covers. The main door coming into the room had just the door handle lock, no dead bolt or any other lock. Someone could easily use a credit card or something else to get in the door. Needless to say I did not sleep that night nor did I shower in the room. It was a quick 4-5 hour sleep for the night and a quick exit in the morning.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great for Convenience, Low on Luxury - Easy check in. Seemingly safe area. Mcdonald’s, Tim Horton’s, and a couple of gas stations right down the street. Not the best quality, but decent enough to crash for the night, especially if you have a concert or event at Darien Lake like we did. It’s about a 20 minute drive from the park. Room itself wasn’t too bad, but the bathroom was super rundown. I could tell they cleaned it due to the smell of bleach, but it needed updating. The shower was highly suspect. Couple appearances from a spider and a few flies, but you’ll see that anywhere ground level in the summertime. Microwave was a bit dirty. Great close up parking. Overall, it is great for quick convenience, but by no means luxurious or somewhere I’d stay for any length of time. My friend and I crashed here after a concert at Darien Lake and it was perfect for us, but probably not for a family or a getaway.

• Siarhei (3/5): Won’t stay there again - Adequate fridge and microwave in the room Terrible smell and broken door lock in the first room. I asked manager to provide another room. The second one had similar smell and AC was cooling sometimes (5minutes of cooling and 10 minutes just blowing)

• James P (8/5): - The first room that I was in was poorly cleaned, had bowel stains on the toilet. The owner did come and cleaned it right away, yet found out that the toilet was leaking, so was moved to another room. That room was fine with the exception of the shower, where I found an empty shampoo container on the floor.

Had a small fridge and a microwave. AC worked well. Checking in was a bit hap-hazzard. No one on site at the desk and phone number on website and phone number on a card at the desk had a full mailbox. Lucky the owner lives upstairs??? Had hot water in bathroom sink, but never got any in the shower (unit 30)
