• Janet (2/5): Not comfortable - The mattresses on the beds were dreadful. They squashed down to nothing and you could feel the base through them. The bathroom had an awful drains smell that was very nauseating. This place was not comfortable and not good value.

Host was super helpful and responsive whenever I had a question. I was supporting a family member in Musgrove Hospital and the lodge was a 5-7 minute walk with Tesco close by. Great stay and would recommend! Nothing :)

• Delia (9/5): A lovely place to stay and explore Taunton and the nearby area. - Excellent location for a property with on site parking - only about 5 minutes walk away from the centre of town. Lovely en suite room - nicely decorated and clean. We had a garden facing room which was very peaceful and we couldn’t even hear the roadworks outside. A good place to explore Taunton from and good communication with our host, Richard. Not a dislike but a suggestion that mini fridges would be a useful addition to the rooms to keep things like milk and juice cool as this property does not offer breakfast.

Close to town and easy to get to. Room 4's entrance. We opened the door and nearly fell in the room as we were looking ahead and not at our feet. Room 4 has 2 steps going down, just in side the door with no sign.
