• Julia (10/5): Excellent Place to Stay - Rooms are very spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and includes a lot of choices. Hotel is located in a convenient area. I feel safe staying there. Service is very consistent. I have stayed in this hotel about 10 times. In summer, it would be useful to have AC in the leaving room.

• Roberto Hugo (5/5): No pidas taxi a la recepción ni comas en el restaurant - Los apartamentos son grandes, cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena. Pedí traslado al aeropuesrto y la recepción eligió una empresa con a cual trabaja. No me informaron desde recepción costos. Al pagar con 100 soles un traslado que cobraban en 80, no tenian vuelto y no hicieron nada por conseguirlo, con lo cual me costó 100. Al informar al hotel, que fue quien contrató, dijeron que lo iban a devolver, y nada. Y hasta justificaron a la empresa de taxis, cuandeo tendrian que prescindir de ella, porque no puede ser que, sabiendo que me van a cobrar 80, no tengan billetes de 20 para cambiar. Por otra parte en el restaurant, que es pequeño, con poca variedad de comidas y con una sola persona atendiendo, me cobraron mas caro que en cualquier otro restaurant de la zona. Injustificable.

• Maximilian (8/5): Spacious apartment in a really good area! - The Hotel is in a really good area, great restaurants, shops and everything you need is in walking distance. The area is really safe and you dont need a car to move. The apartment was really spacious and clean. The breakfast was alright. The furniture was quiet old, as well as the kitchen. However, no problem at all. The air condition wasnt working on full power, but it was handable.

• Paul (9/5): Great value for money - Room was large, bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast, friendly staff, fully equipped kitchen, bidet in the bathroom, shower was hot and strong, many TV channels available, breakfast was good, parking available, located in safe and touristy area with lots of restaurants around. Curtains didn't darken the room much. A little noisy outside.

• Axel (5/5): No lo recomiendo - En la sala del deayuno tuvimos que tomarlo fuera en la terraza con el frío porque apestaba a los humos de la cocina. Además, nunca estaba listo a su hora. Por otro lado el hotel y la habitación en las fotos aparece como si estuviera renovado o nuevo. Pero nada mas alejado de la realidad. Es un hotel viejo que tiene muy buenas fotos. Por otro lado, algo muy incómodo es que los cargadores de moviles se caen de los enchufes porque son viejos y no sujetan bien el cargador. La puerta no la puedes cerrar con llave, no tiene pestillo tampoco. Las ventanas son viejas y no cierran correctamente. El calor de la calefacción se escapaba fácilmente.

• Claire (8/5): Good value for money and pleasant stay - The staff were so friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to accommodate my needs including lending me their metro/bus card so I could just top it up rather than have to purchase another card as well.
• Maria (8/5): Great apartment hotel with excellent location and good staff - The apartment was, spacious, bright and in a good location to walk to shops, restaurants and the nicest areas in Miraflores. It was kept very clean and tidy. For such a nice apartment, access to a washing machine in the complex would be ideal. However, we did find laundry nearby.

Os funcionários, muito solícitos, fizeram o possível para nosso conforto e colocaram uma cafeteira, que pedimos, no apartamento. O café da manhã é muito bom, com iguarias locais.

The included breakfast was excellent, as was the location in Miraflores to bars, restaurants, banks and attractions. The shower did not have enough protection to prevent water leaking out onto the bathroom floor.

• Nelson (10/5): Gran experiencia - Las habitaciones son muy grandes y comodas, superaron mi espectativa. Tenia una cocina grande full equipada y hasta lavadora. la ubicacion es excelente te permite caminar hacia todas las partes turisticas de Miraflores. Al frente del hotel hay un restaurant muy bueno " punton Azul y Pezon" en la esquina de la av principal con San Martin hay una oficina de turismo que te permite conocer los tours que son gratis y funcionan solo con propina, tambien tienen tours pagados. Personal de la recepcion son un poco frios pero siempre atentos a responder nuestras inquietudes.
