- Sharon (5/5): - Close to the sea on street parking, We left at 06:30am if I of had my way we would of left earlier, we never stayed for breakfast, the bed was so lumpy, I never slept as we were leaving this morning the front porch had a very very strong smell of cannabis as if someone had been smoking in there Jim's before we left, there was no smell outside only in the porch.

- Victoria (7/5): -
- ANDREW (9/5): - Just about everything The decor was OK, but the painting/decorating was not very good in the room. Although it was spotlessly clean, the paint on light switches etc gave the impression of it being scruffy
- Smith (10/5): - Freindley hosts homeley and comfortable
- Jason (10/5): - Friendly staff and the place was good and friendly. No issues and served it's purpose.

- Teresa (10/5): Perfect - Perfect bed and breakfast with an excellent breakfast, ideal location, close to amenities, excellent owners, would definitely recommend
- John (8/5): Very quiet and comfortable - Full English.Ive had better, then again you don’t get a waist line like mine eating cornflakes.Didn’t want to embarrass myself by asking for another sausage .The toast kept coming to our table though. Another sausage without asking for it .
- Patricia (7/5): - Breakfast is food choices of brown or white bread, good choice of local jams and cereals, friendly Yorkshire staff. Small TV in room only 14 looked tiny on back wall above fire, shower and bathroom a little small.

- Somerville (6/5): Traditional seaside B&B, exactly as you'd expect. - Really well located, very clean, warm welcome. Host was very upbeat, very welcoming, worked hard to meet customers requests (seen especially at breakfast). I appreciated a well stocked supply of tea. This place is what you'd expect from a trad B&B. So, not disappointed, but in no way we're those trad expectations excelled. Bed softer than cotton wool! Tv in room was tiny, breakfast sounded like it'd be great, but was nothing special. Local sausage was tasteless, bacon overcooked.
- Craig (9/5): Great value traditional seeside B and B with very pleasant owners. - Lovely friendly staff, great breakfast and twin room in good condition. If you’re looking for a good quality low cost stay this place would be ideal. Black out curtains for the bedroom but that’s just a personal choice

- Molliek (9/5): cheap & cheerful experience - Great location for the south beachfront, wonderfully friendly staff and a clean well equipped room with a surprisingly large amount of storage. Lots of choice at breakfast. Absolutely superb value for money! Would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Bridlington. my one and only negative would be the poor water pressure in the shower, however with only staying one night this really didn't matter at all
- Roy (6/5): Quiet location on south side. - Very friendly & helpful host. Great location.
Very clean. Overall, not great value for our particular room. As it was only one night, it served it's purpose.
