The bathroom was adequate. Body gels, shampoo were of high quality. The pool was heated and clean. Laundry facilities if needed. PETS are welcomed with fee. Housekeeping was attentive and were helpful. Only 5 miles North of congested Delray Beach. Atlantic ocean and beach is walkable and across A1A. Hope to stay again.

The entire staff is all so friendly and makes you feel right at home. They think of everything including towels, chairs for the beach, umbrellas when it rains. The pool is warm and comfortable. The entire hotel inside and out is immaculately kept clean and beautiful. Will definitely be back and hopefully bring our dogs next time. Thanks for a wonderful stay as always!

My 1 bedroom suite had all the amenities that I needed including fridge, coffee, and dishwasher. The location is fantastic with a 5 minute walk to the beach! I love that they provide beach chairs for you to take down the street, too. All of my interactions with staff were very positive. Nothing! It was a great stay!
• 665maggiem (8/5): 2025 Holiday stay. - Location was good. We really don't have much of a choice here in Ocean Ridge for hotels for extra family members during the holidays. This was it. It was very expensive and my kids were hardly there. I don’t even think they showered there. The room was very musty smelling I think a mold check would be in order. The room was clean, but I think they could use some upgraded pillows and linens, especially the polyester sheets for the sofa bed. The manager and the other people at the front desk were great. It is very close to the road, but the noise was OK.
• Elaurie (10/5): We’ll be back! - This hotel exceeded my expectations. I actually never heard of Sun Dek but found them on booking.com. The room was clean, and comfortable. You literally don’t need anything, they have everything for you! Plates, utensils, pots, pans, wine opener, spatulas, salt and pepper, coffee. Like the list goes on. You literally just need to bring the stuff you want to cook. They even supply you with beach chairs and beach towels to use on the beach. The desk person even said you’re free to use the grills they have on site, just ask for the tongs and supplies. Like it felt like an apartment. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. We are locals so this was a staycation. We will be back! No Netflix or apps on the tv like Xfinity. They only have Directv.
• orchideam2018 (10/5): Quaint Little Gem-Beautiful beach access - Wonderful little hotel, just across the street from a gorgeous beach. Lots of cute little personal touches giving the feel of a beach house. Very safe and upscale neighborhood. The walk to the beach is on a short path through a wooded area that felt like a fairytale. I called it the enchanted garden. If you are not comfortable walking through the trees, there is another path just a few steps down the street. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Cleaning staff were very accommodating and attentive. They always did a great job. Beautiful neighborohood for walks and bike rides. Can walk to restaurants and few shops along E Ocean Blvd.. Hotel property extremely well maintained. The grounds and pool area are so pretty. There is a bit of traffic noice because the hotel is on A1A but not a big deal. Very nice outdoor furniture and finishings. Hotel also provided beach towels, beach chairs and sun umbrellas which was a big bonus. We stayed in unit #16 facing the pool. There are only 2 units facing the pool with private balconies. Lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Best part it that it has its own PRIVATE balcony. I will definitely ask for Unit #16 again. Very nice kitchen and living area. Large King bed and nice bathroom with great shower pressure. Just small suggestion is to add a few more kitchen supplies like drying rack, but was a nice surprise to have a small dishwasher included. The bathroom could also use a couple of hooks for hanging and perhaps a small roll-out shelving basket next to the sink to store additonal toiletries. The king bed was comfortable with good quality sheets. Decent closet space with a built-in safe which was a huge plus. AC was in the closet, can be quite loud at times. Property has great patio space for large gathering next to the pool and nice bbq area but we never used it. Free parking spot and NO resort fees, good WIFI. Truly a wonderful 6 days we spent at Sun Dek in Dec 2025. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Climate systems in rooms are noisy, next to our bedroom was hotel washing machine room which they used during night and that really didnt let us enjoy the sleep at night. Room was mostly clean but not 100%.

We had never been to this area and there is a lot to do. The villa is very nice, clean, relaxing and the staff is extremely accommodating. Gail called prior to remind me of my check in process and that was a nice touch. You do not get that with hotels! The grounds are very well kept and very serene. Just a short walk to the beach and they have everything you need. We will all be back again. Thank you ladies!

• I8186FEstephaniem (10/5): Absolutely Amazing! - This small boutique hotel was such a great find! This older property was made current with some really nice touches, such as keyless room entry, bathrooms are stylish, great black out blinds etc. Having cold water bottles in the frig upon arrival was a nice touch! My husband and I couldn’t think of a single thing that could have made our stay any more enjoyable. They have literally stocked the rooms with everything you can imagine and the grounds were well kept and beautiful. The pool mats and noodles were awesome. The pool furniture is top notch, not that cheap stuff that cracks or you stick too! While using the facilities on the last day, we charged our phones in the outdoor dining area, nice they thought of electric out there. We used the outdoor shower and bathroom to clean up prior to our late flight and we were thankful to have this. The close proximity to the beach is incredible and the use of the beach chairs and umbrella is not something you will find at big national chain hotels. The ladies in the office were helpful. We are so happy we picked this place and cannot way to return!

• Jane (9/5): Love Sun Dek…wish we could have stayed longer. - Closeness to the beach, wonderful pool, clean, well appointed, pet-friendly, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach towels, a little “library”, quiet guests, numerous of rooms, 60s FL architecture, nicely renovated. Pricey, WiFi not great in our apt. (furthest away from router) but just walk outside and it’s fine.
• Richard (10/5): - This is our fourth visit to Sun Dek Beach house. The location is perfect; directly across A1A from the beach. Lovely pool, that is never crowded. The staff and housekeepers are helpful and accommodating. Clean, high quality bedding and linens. We stay for 10 days and have access to full kitchen

• AKD (10/5): A great stay! - So happy we found this hotel! We stayed for two nights but wish we had stayed longer. We were in a one bedroom unit which was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. There is a small pool on property and the beach is a short walk across the street and along a beautiful pathway. The hotel had great Tommy bahama chairs and umbrellas for use. Gail who checked us in was lovely and helpful. Would stay here again

• james (8/5): - The staff is very nice but we’re only there two days and they forgot to clean our room the night staff was excellent about it. The manager the next day as we were saying goodbye we told her they didn’t clean the room and she was like oh yeah sorry. Which was kind of a turn off to us . I do have to agree with the other reviews. The beds are not comfortable.
• Alessandro (9/5): Quiet solution close to the beach - Wonderful staff (friendly and helpful), close to the beach and with a heated swimming pool. I would definitely come back. The sofa-bed was really not comfortable and very noisy any time you moved.
• Donna (2/5): - Beware of bed bugs in suite 14. We stayed 2 nights and my daughter who slept on the couch got numerous bites. We found out they were bug bites after checking out. We called to advise the hotel so future guests would not be impacted and were surprised not to even get a return call.i guess they were not concerned.

• James (9/5): Stylish rental apartment on Ocean Avenue, near Palm Beach. - Comfortable room with kitchen, in traditional coastal style. Lovely garden with swimming pool. Short walk to the beach. Quiet.

• Steve William (10/5): - Beautiful clean property and room. Loved having the kitchen and everything you needed to make a meal in here and there. Both gas and charcoal grills, beach chairs available so you didn’t have to rent.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not my favorite place - The apartment was nice enough, but the bed and pillows were terrible, overly soft. There is wifi but it doesn't work if you're not near the office. When I called to ask about the wifi, because I wanted to stream a movie at night, I was told that we were too far from the router and there are plenty of satellite channels. Additionally, my husband got a tattoo while we were in town and the tattoo stained the bed sheet. They charged us $100.03, presumably for the sheets but I'm not certain since I didn't actually get a receipt.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good value for the price but... - Quiet, safe location. No breakfast available and too far from any eateries. You'd have to drive out for breakfast or buy something in. Generally clean but our hand soap at the sink had what looked like little black poop. Something had clearly got in and lived there for a bit. We exchanged it for a new one. We were there 5 nights and got housekeeping only twice. For some reason no one showed up the second day. The day before we checked out, we were only heading out after 1pm (as it was raining). Housekeeping said they couldn't do our room as they leave by around 1pm. So, no housekeeping that day either. Overall, decent place but I'd look around for options our next visit.
