The staff greeted me with warm smiles making me feel instantly at home. The hotel itself is a stunning blend of modern elegance and traditional charm. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The panoramic views of the Dubai skyline from my room were simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel offers a variety of restaurants, each with its unique atmosphere and culinary delights. I particularly enjoyed dinner at the Jamaican and Indian restaurant, where the food was freshly made and the flavors were authentic and delicious. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, featuring an impressive selection of international dishes, fresh fruits, and pastries. The facilities at Sheraton Grand Dubai are top-notch. The pool area is beautifully designed, providing a serene escape from the bustling city. I also took advantage of the spa services, which were heavenly and rejuvenating. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Dubai, with easy access to major attractions like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and assisting with reservations.

Every department whether it be in-room dining, restaurant, room service, maintenance went above an beyond to make the stay wonderful. Travelling with family was made easy.

You need to be on 30 floor to be awy from.the constant road noise The only other issue was the checkin and check out staff..we had a nughtmare checking in and checking iut was equally a poor experince . It took too long and the people doing it really did not know whst they were doing-it was a shambles and a very poor experience

Unfortunately, the rooms failed to meet basic cleanliness standards, with loose sockets and dirty towels provided by housekeeping. To make matters worse, our toilet seat was broken. This was undoubtedly the worst experience for my family and me, and we will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

However, the toilet in the half bathroom constantly runs after you flush unless you press the flush a certain way or press it a few times to stop the water running. The shower door does not close properly which caused our bathroom floor to constantly be wet and slippery after a shower and we we’re constantly having to put multiple towels on the floor to soak up all the water. The maintenance man came to fix these but nothing was actually fixed.

- TAD (10/5): - We stayed at the Sheraton Grand Hotel for a week in April, during which time we were shown the utmost kindness and respect by every staff member we came across. The check-in process was simple; our hotel room was neat, modern, with decent views of the city and also proved to be soundproof (apparently there are 3 nightclubs on the premises?). The Sheraton Grand is central to most attractions, which was important to us as we wanted to be close to the airport, Dubai mall, the Museum of the Future and a metro station. Concierge was always helpful in assisting us with directions and best route options to our planned activities. Additionally, we used Uber for most of our trips and it was very convenient. For those times we were too lazy to leave the hotel, the 24-hr room service came in clutch. While looking for some snacks, we stumbled upon a grocery store across from the hotel’s side entrance that sells freshly baked pastries like pain au chocolat, pain au chocolate and also…..pain au chocolat. Special thanks to all the staff, and especially Koushima — who ensured our stay was comfortable and gave us a reason to return to the same hotel whenever in Dubai.

Transit station is about 500 meters away, easily walkable. Hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel food options and buffet were good as well. The staff was welcoming and helpful; Hunny in the buffet was awesome, Aasim the concierge helped us almost everyday and Ayantika checked in on us every evening to ensure we enjoyed our room. Overall a great hotel. 5 star experience.
