• BjørnPåTur (6/5): Ok, but... - The hot shower They started loud maintenance early in the morning. The bed is really hard and short with a plastic sheet under the regular sheet that makes you sweat during the night. Seems like a very empty hotel
• Przemyslaw (10/5): Spacious, modern-looking apartment in a prime location. - Great location right in the city center and a very, very spacious apartment with modern finishes. I was staying only for a short time, but it'd be a perfect place to stay even for longer, given there's so much space, kitchen, appliances and so on. Everything was perfect. Can't complain about anything, especially with this price.
• Alberto (4/5): Overall, the apartment has some serious limitations that guests should be aware of before booking. - Location The apartment is located on the fifth floor of the building, which has no elevator. The staircase is narrow and quite steep, making it difficult to access the apartment—even with just a backpack. Guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues may find this particularly challenging. The bedroom is extremely small, just wide enough to fit the bed, with little to no additional space. The bed itself is not suitable for two people, even if both are quite slim. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were not comfortable, which affected the overall quality of sleep. The bedroom has jalousie-style blinds, but they do not effectively block out light, so the room remains bright throughout the day and early morning hours, which could be problematic for light sleepers. The bathroom was generally acceptable; however, the sink is extremely small—only large enough for a child’s hand—making it very difficult to perform basic tasks like washing your face. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was weak and unreliable, making it difficult or even impossible to work on a laptop.

La gente muy presta y a la espera procurando guiar o explicar lo disponible desde el sector para Medellín y sus conexiones viales Lo justo del jabón procuraría entregar mas. La señalización y letrero de ubicación en la calle. La falta de armario en la pieza por persona.

• Jose (1/5): The worst hotel experience of my life. - Nothing. All bad. The worst experience of my life. To begin with, the room smelled super bad the second we walked in (like someone who hadn’t had a shower in a few weeks had stayed there before). Then, a few spiders came out of under the bed (it was noticeable that no one had ever cleaned under the bed for a long time). Besides, all the rooms’ windows face the hotel corridor, so all the noises from the corridor or people in other rooms can be perfectly heard from the room. It is never quiet, making it difficult to have a proper rest. On top of that, the light in the corridor has a movement sensor, so every time a person walks along the corridor, the light turns on and all the brightness comes into the rooms. Terrible place to rest.
• Sheridan (8/5): Basic accommodation with lovely staff in good location, but with 84.5% increase for credit card. - Two electrical sockets near the bed. Free water at any time. Good location near El Centro, and close to supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and Plaza Botero. Fan in the room. Hot water in the shower. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Although there was a fitted sheet on the mattress, there were no sheets to use under the blanket and fleece that were provided, so it was a little uncomfortable in bed. I was told that I had to pay almost DOUBLE if I wanted to pay with a credit card. I understand that credit card companies charge commission for vendors to accept payments, but there is absolutely no justification for an 84.5% increase in charge. Two separate staff members confirmed this totally unacceptable increase in cost for credit card payments: 84,000 pesos for cash (the amount shown in booking.com) and 155,000 pesos for credit card.

• Mandy (5/5): Suggest staying in different area of city - Clean and cheap It is in an unsafe part of the city with so many homeless people everywhere. I was told not to go out at night and a tour guide suggested I moved. You can hear everything through the walls. Couldn't easily reach the tap in the bathroom as it was so small
• Daniel (8/5): simple place, good value for money - staff was very nice, free coffee and water. hotel is very basic but well clean and tidy. the area is quite dodgy at night (obviously not their fault) so take taxi/Uber going in or out if it is nighttime
