Tuve que irme a otro hotel porque me pareció pésimo, nada que decir de la ubicación y el servicio en recepción Ya lo dije anteriormente es muy viejo y anticuado, me parece excesivo el precio de la estancia en relación a la calidad y condiciones de la habitación. Las fotos que te muestran no coinciden con la realidad. Falta de seriedad y respeto para los huéspedes. Urge una renovación

Soy huésped de Villa Marina desde hace muchos años, para mi y mi familia es el mejor hotel, solo que en ésta ocasión mi habitación no contaba con agua caliente en la bañera.... The building is a little old; and late installations weren't as near as they should be; A/C, new tiles on bathroom, and TV could be better

• María Margarita (8/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, la vista sobre la bahía también. El servicio de limpieza es excelente. Las habitaciones están en proceso de remodelación, lo que es muy bueno. Pude cambiar de habitación y me tocó una habitación remodelada, lo único que faltaba era quitar la alfombra y poner piso, vi que otras habitaciones ya lo tenían. Al restaurante no entré, no supe si la comida estaba buena, pues en realidad aunque está limpio, parece más una cafetería.

No me gusto que las televisiónes no son smart y no se puede enlazar el celular, o al menos que contara con aplicaciones para poder ver alguna pelicula o así.

El cuarto era bastante cómodo, la cama de buen tamaño y cómoda. La regadera era algo vieja y tenía cambiadas las llaves. Nada del otro mundo pero si un detalle a mejorar.

Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento. Hay muebles rotos y el balcón de la habitación se siente inseguro. El barandal es muy bajo.

• Fabiola (10/5): - Está limpio y con excelente ubicación; el personal amable y es bastante espacioso. Fue muy cómoda la estadía y se ve que es un espacio seguro para el huésped. Lo recomendaría siempre. La luz era algo tenue y no alcanzaba a iluminar todo el cuarto, el cual era bastante grande. No fue mala como tal, pero tiene mucha área de oportunidad.
• Dave (10/5): Great base to explore and enjoy Ensenada! - Went for the Baja 1000 and this tall hotel is perfectly situated to downtown and directly on what I call Ocean Blvd ha. An awesome friendly little Coffee bar just across from the hotel parking. Everything is walking distance inc a 7-11 across “Ocean Blvd.” Street taco vendors and a huge variety of small Restaurants (even Italian) within a 5-10 minute walk. How wonderful the locals are — I got my greeting “Hola como’sta?” and we were friends from there ha. This hotel is older has a few maintenance issues — but folks here are kinda on “island time” in Baja Malibu ha. The race and fans and excitement were all incredible — it’s like 1975 again!! My wife and son loved the room, balcony, location, and friendly helpful staff. Shoutout to Daniel at the front desk and Antonio one of their maintenance managers — they all give a great effort to ensure everyone has a great stay. Be a respectful guest and you’ll be welcomed everywhere! I had a hard time finding the parking lot due to the race as some side streets were closed. The hotel would benefit from a big renovation but it’s perfectly charming and comfortable (and affordable!) as is!

(4/5): - THE PLACE SMELLS AWFUL, THE ROOM IT WAS NOT ALL THAT CLEAN , THE TOWELS LOOKS DIRTY AND SUPER USED,, TGEY DONL LOOK WHOTE, THET LOOK GREY., THE BED ONLY ONE LIGTH COMFORTER, WE TURN THE AC HOT, IT WAS EXTREMELY COLD THE ROOM. THEY HAVE SUPER OLD FURNITURE, TOWELS, COMFORTERS, SMELLS AWFUL...., FOR THE PRICE NEXT TIME I WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTELNO PARKING FOR DISABLED PEOPLE, NO MICROWAVE ON THE ROOMS.
