The free breakfast selection was amazing, they didn't leave anything out - the warm cinnamon buns were especially delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay at a hotel that is very convenient for us to visit family in Orleans, but still not too far from the sights of the Ottawa city centre. Only complaint (and it's a small one) is that although the breakfast selections are amazing, the area could be slightly better organized. It was a busy morning when we were there, and guests were bumping into each other going from one station to the other.

Considering the hotel was full there wasn't a lot of noise coming through from each room this was nice. I found it very clean the blackout blind was very helpful and the bed sheets and come fter and lounge chair was the perfect touch. I would definitely stay there again and maybe next time check out some more of their amenities

- davidmY473KW (10/5): Great little hotel in Orleans. - This is a fantastic little hotel on the East end of Ottawa. This is our second stay, the last one being several months ago. It's clean, very simple, but has everything you need. There's a cute little, heated indoor pool that's perfect for young families. But I do want to make a mention of someone who has made both our trips special. Alzira, who is an absolutely lovely woman that works in the breakfast area. She is so kind and friendly and made my 9-year-old son laugh and enjoy himself. She's busy buzzing around like no one else, but still makes the time to come over and chat with us. Today, months after meeting her, she came up with the biggest smile and said welcome back. To me, that's incredible that she would remember our faces after all these months. Whoever hired her deserves a raise, as does she. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you see Alzira, to say hello from us.

During both stays, I had a great experience with the cafeteria staff, especially Nicole. She was very kind and attentive to her guests. She was always friendly and made me feel truly welcome. She even had small conversations with me; I shared that I was from Miami, and she mentioned she had passed through but never stayed. Thank you, Nicole, for making my stay special. You are an awesome host!
