- Juan (6/5): Great staff - bad maintenance - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 9am and check in time is at 3pm. The front desk person tried twice to provide us with an early check in, but there just weren’t any rooms ready. So we went exploring the city and came back at a normal check in time when a room would be ready. The issue came when there was no not water for a morning shower - then about 10 minutes into the shower, there was no more water. The water pressure was having trouble reaching the 4th floor. I ended up taking a short cold shower and the rest of my family went without taking a shower at all. To the staff’s credit, they did offer to allow the family to use the spa showers on the first floor if they needed to. Again…very friendly staff; it was just unfortunate that their plumbing was having issues.

- Abigail (8/5): - I was there for check in before my check in time, I was told that our room would be ready at 3, they gave us keys and when it was 3:10 we went up to our room and the cleaning lady was still there and told us we had to wait 30 more minutes. I told her we had a wedding we were supposed to be at soon and need the room to get ready, she had a terrible attitude and was talking back to us. I told her we had paid our room in a timely manner and was expecting my room the same way and told her to leave the room as it was cause we needed to leave, she then proceeded to say she didn’t have pillow covers and she needed to come back. It was a horrible experience to be yelled at by this woman. I went ahead and told her she shouldn’t be talking to me like that and that I needed her to leave. Please advice your personnel to be a little more respectful.

My cousin has problems walking so I asked for a 1st floor pool side room and was accommodated without any hemming and hawing. Staff was a little cold but for one night who cares. Showers could have been hotter as well as the jacuzzi. Close enough to the main street to walk but far enough you won't hear the night crowd. If your a partier I would UBER. Overall a nice, quiet, clean place to stay. I recommend it.

Traveled all day to arrive and wanted a decent shower. Did not shower in the morning either, too cold! Don't use the T.P. either as your fingers go right through it, SURPRISE.
