- Bernhard (7/5): Falsche online Beschreibung - Zimmer sehr schön, Balkon mit Aussicht. Wird vom Hotel nebenan verwaltet. Keine Rezeption, kein Restaurant, kein Frühstück im Hotel sondern alles im Hotel nebenan. Das Restaurant hatte nur ein Menü am Abend, kein a la carte. Auf booking.com anders beschrieben, sonst hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht.

- Pavlína (9/5): Perfektní poloha, perfektní snídaně. - Snídaně výborná, možnost bezlepkového pečiva. Přímo v centru v dochozí vzdálenosti k sjezdovce nebo na skibus. Pokoj byl tedy opravdu malý, na přespání:-) S dvoumetrovým manželem a věcma na lyžování opravdu na hraně.

Haben sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen Wir erhielten zuerst ein Zimmer, wo gegenüber über den ganzen Winter - ApresSki von 14:30 bis 22;30 mit lauter Musik angegangen ist. Da es dem Hotel bekannt war - hätten wir eine Vorinfo erwartet - die nicht war - wir erhielten dann nach Reklamation sofort ein Ruhiges Zimmer. 👏

- Remy (7/5): Dichtbij de skilift - Locatie is perfect op 5 minuten lopen van de lift en tegenover de apres ski. Ook zijn er genoeg restaurants in de buurt. Ontbijt is ook goed, genoeg keus en goede kwaliteit. Het bed was echt niet fijn, te klein en niet comfortabel. Daarnaast zit je niet in het centrum van Zell am See. Voor ons prima maar is geen loopafstand.

- Blanka (8/5): - Lokalita byla ideální, vzhledem k tomu, že jsme přijeli lyžovat. Je třeba počítat, že ke spodní stanici lanovky je to cca 300m pěšky ( funguje i skibus ). Večer v nejbližším okolí restaurace. Hotel má vlastní naprosto úžasné wellness, na pokojích je pro každého župan. Snídaně i večeře formou švédského stolu, jídlo velmi dobré, vývěr teplých i studených jídel, saláty, dezert. Každý si vybere. Nic záporného nás nepřekvapilo

Easy to travel for travelers who don’t drive. There is also one supermarket just two minutes away. All the customers can use their sauna. The staffs are all super supportive and friendly. Que te lo venden como que está incluido con una piscina, gimnasio, etc pero lo único que hay en este hotel es una sauna con un par de duchas y una zona de relax en el piso superior. El resto está en el hotel principal y para entrar a la piscina hay que pagar.

Het avondeten (en ontbijt) waren in het algemeen goed, lekker en gevarieerd. Ook de spa was erg fijn. De kamers zouden iets moderner mogen, maar zijn verder erg comfortabel.

The main hotel was lovely, but the annex that we were in not so great. - Nice property, but a very small room for the price And unfortunately it was reported but the heater in the bathroom didn’t work. The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working and on the morning of that leaving at 4 o’clock there was no hot water in the bathroom at all obviously it was too early to moan about it But that was disappointing. I presume the water doesn’t come on till maybe seven or 8 o’clock in the morning. As above
- Roman (7/5): Leistung hinkt dem Preis hinterher - Die Lage, nahe an der Gondelbahn war ein Highlight. Der Wellnesbereich war fein aber eher klein. Und das Frühstücksangebot war reichlich. Das Zimmer war echt winzig. Geht gerade einmal als Einzelzimmer durch. Der Umstand, dass man zum Frühstück ins Nachbarhaus muss ist lästig aber akzeptabel. Dass wir nie einen eingedeckten Tisch vorgefunden haben und dann irgendwo auf einem "Katzentischerl" platziert wurden war echt ärgelich. Ich hatte das Gefühl ein Gast zweiter Klasse zu sein und vermute, dass dahinter die Buchung über Booking stand. Im Hotel war groß plakatiert, dass man sich lieber eine Direktbuchung wünscht. Schade, hat den Aufenthalt echt getrübt!

- Waltraud Elisabeth (10/5): Traumhafte Auszeit in Zell am See - Das Upgrade hat mich sehr gefreut und es war ein wunderschönes Zimmer, inklusive einer Wasserflasche, Kaffeemaschine und der Möglichkeit den Wellnessbereich zu genießen! Das Frühstück war wunderschön angerichtet und eine so vielfältige Auswahl, dass man sich fast nicht entscheiden konnte! Mein Grund war ein familiärer, leider ist das so in den Antworten nicht vorgesehen. Da fällt mir nichts ein. Da arbeitet ein tolles Team. Alle Bereicht sind voller Umsicht und Herzlichkeit gestaltet.

- Kinga (8/5): Jó, de zajos utca, pici szoba 3 főnek. - Napi takarítás, fehér ágynemű, fehér törülköző, wellness és wellness felszerelés. Csend, régies, Tiszta. Étterem, nagyon szép izléses teríték, Illedelmes pincérek. Reggeli, néha volt más süti. Becsekkolás a Latini ban, kicsit bonyolult labirintus, megkeresni a szobát. Kártyás belépő, kulcs helyett. Ágy jo kemény. De legalább jó matrac tiszta. Nagyon pici szoba, 3 ágy, közlekedni két embernek sem lehetett, egy az ágyban kellett maradnia. Olykor nyomasztó . Személyzet mondta mindegyik szoba ekkora, alacsony szoba, 3 főnek alig lehet elpakolni, nem elég az előszobai szekrény. Az egész szobában egy konnektor, ágy mellett nincs. Közvetlen hangos főutca, a templom harangja nagyon hangos, nagyon meleg, szerencse lehűlt az idő, első 2 nap a meleg miatt pihenni nem lehetett. Kértem kertre néző szobát, nem lehetett, de a helyszínen is lehetett volna választani, személyzettől tudtam meg utolsó nap, és lett is volna, terasszal. Korábbi e mailban azt a választ kaptam nincsen terasz a szállodának. Régi, Függönyöket mosni kéne, folt. padlószőnyeg folt, 3 főnek 2 pohár, Fürdőben sokáig megy az elszívó, szabályozhatatlan, éjszakai villany kapcsolás a fürdőbe így nem kellemes. Kedves személyzet, magyarok, osztrák 2 személy egyáltalán nem volt kedves a recepción. Tévében szinte semmi adó. Internet szinte mindig nem jól működik, lassú. Fűtés nem szabályozható, és volt mikor nem is kellett volna.

- Kateřina (8/5): - Úžasné prostředí, všude kousek. Jídlo skvělé, v ceně snídaně a hlavně sommercard👍 Celkově nádherná svatební cesta.🍀 V Zell am see je arabská menšina/možná už většina. V restauracích na wc poházené papíry a taky mívají jiné jídelní lístky. Na vyžádání nám je paní dala.:) Všude se podává italská kuchyně, rakouský Gasthof v horách nebo ve vedlejších městech.;)

- Perry (8/5): - Mooi hotel en best wel luxe voor de prijs die je betaald. Leuke kamer met een heel mooi uitzicht vanaf mijn balkon. Midden in het centrum dus je kan overal snel lopend komen

Keine Klimaanlage machte es deshalb unerträglich heiß Frühstück war nicht dem hohen Preisniveau entsprechend Der SPA-Bereich ohne Pool ist nur im Winter benutzbar… extrem heiß Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und hatten mehr Exzellenz erwartet
