Hotel posiada garaż podziemny co pozwala uniknąć odśnieżania samochodu przed wyjazdem na narty. Komfortowe pokoje z bardzo sprawnym ogrzewaniem. Brak uwag negatywnych.
• Martin (8/5): Angenehmes Hotel mit sehr guter Preis-Leistung, - Zimmer im neo-rustikalen Ambiente. Wirkt urig, aber nicht kitschig. Gute Öko-Maßnahmen, guter Digitalisierungsgrad, damit wenig Papier. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit toller Anordnung der Saunen und Peripherie. Nettes Schwimmbad, mit ausreichend Platz. Hervorragendes Abendessen mit vielfältiger Auswahl. Super umsichtiger und freundlicher Service beim Abendessen. Tolle Lage auch mit Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Kein Tisch im Zimmer - lediglich eine Komode. Raum auch ein wenig eng. Ruheraum des Wellnessbereichs direkt neben Pool - Kindern sollen und dürfen laut sein - dass man das im Ruhebereich sehr gut hört, ist ein "Konstruktionsfehler". Nett wäre auch eine Silent-Time im Poolbereich (ev. auch länger offen halten). Frühstückauswahl darf gern abwechslungsreicher sein. Sonderbestellungen (Omlett, Ham and Eggs etc.) auch gern gegen Aufpreis. Hat mir leider gefehlt. Vorspeisen beim Buffet nicht sehr Variantenreich bzw. wiederholend über die Tage.

• SOboNJabA (9/5): - Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub. Schönes Hotel mit super Frühstück, ausgezeichnetem Abendessen, sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Team. Wirklich nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur Gondelbahn, die aktuell schon um 7:30 Betriebsbeginn hat.

• Pentti (4/5): En voi suositella tätä hotellia. - Aamiainen oli ok. Illallista en voi arvostella, koska sitä en saanut hotellista vaikka kysyin asiaa useammankin kerran. Huoneessa oli kokolattiamatto ja huone oli myös parhaat aikansa nähnyt. Henkilökunnan palvelualttiudessa oli toivomisen varaa.

• Tetiana (10/5): Wunderschönes Hotel mit einem tollen Spa-Bereich und leckerem Frühstück. - Das Hotel ist in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Talstation. Der Frühstück war sehr lecker. Nach einem langen Skitag kann man sich in dem hoteleigenen Spa-Bereich erholen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

• Stefanie (10/5): Zentrales Hotel zur Bergbahn & zum See - Wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Der Skilift ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders praktisch war der Skiverleih direkt im Haus sowie die ebenfalls im Haus befindliche Skischule Zell am See (Jürgen) , die wir sehr empfehlen können. Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gut ausgestattet und bot uns eine erholsame Auszeit. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass die Sauna erst um 15 Uhr öffnete. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr reichhaltig. Es hat uns alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung (besonders Stefanos). Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß und die Betten sehr komfortabel. Außerdem haben wir den kostenlosen Tiefgaragenstellplatz sehr geschätzt. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

A pihenést a közeli apres skibar hangz - Kiválóan felszerelt szálloda, fantasztikus reggelivel és vacsorával. A wellness részleg remek, a kabinos sífelvonó gyalog megközelíthető. A közelben lévő apres skibár iszonyatosan hangos, este 11-ig csukott ablak mellett is képtelenség pihenni. Utána részeg bandák ordítoznak az utcán. Ez nagyon sokat ront az amúgy kiváló szálloda értékelésén.

Great location without being in the noisy town. - I have stayed here before not only because of its close proximity to Skiing4all (3 minute walk) but also because of the lovely facilities. Really brilliant staff. Friendly and helpful. I did struggle a bit with feeding my 16 year old very fussy eater in the evenings although the restaurant was happy to provide something different. Maybe some more options for younger / fussy eaters

Lokacija je dobra u kontekstu male udaljenosti od skijalista i dobro je sto se besplatno dobije karta za javni prevoz do Zell-a i drugih okolnih mjesta. Dobro je sto hotel ima natkrivenu i zasticenu garazu. Nedovoljno ventiliranje dijela restorana, ulaznog hola, prostora recepcije i hotelskog foajea (previse se osjeti miris hrane). To je jedina primjedba.
• Brusini (8/5): Excellent hotel with outstanding spa and dining, minor practical drawbacks - An excellent hotel in immaculate condition with a very pleasant atmosphere. The design successfully combines modern materials, wood, and subtle retro elements, which gives the interior a lot of charm. The room was quite spacious and very well equipped: plenty of storage space with wardrobes, bedside tables, and drawers. The wardrobe itself is large and practical. Lighting is soft and comfortable, creating a cozy feeling. The room was also very warm. Daily housekeeping was provided. Breakfasts and dinners were simply outstanding. There is everything one could expect: meat, fish, vegetables, desserts, all of excellent quality. I would especially like to highlight the table service — the staff work extremely hard, are attentive, and provide timely, professional service, which makes dining a real pleasure. The spa area is absolutely superb. A large and clean swimming pool, several saunas with different temperatures, and multiple relaxation zones. Everything is very well thought out, modern, functional, and comfortable. Easily the best spa area we have experienced so far. There are no hooks at all in the bathroom or in the room, which makes it inconvenient to hang clothes. Considering the ski-oriented nature of the hotel, this is a noticeable drawback. The radiator is small, although it is still possible to dry clothes on it. Our window faced an après-ski bar, and it was noisy until 11 p.m. On the positive side, it becomes quiet exactly at 11. The bathroom is small, and the shower cabin is very compact. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable — the filling quality was very poor, and everyone struggled with them. Although the room was cleaned daily, the cleaning staff consistently ignored washing the coffee cups, which was strange and unpleasant. Normally, this is something you would only expect in apartments, not in a hotel. Parking is another downside. There is no parking directly at the hotel; the hotel’s parking is located a bit further away in a separate parking building. Important to note: SUVs or crossovers with roof boxes cannot enter — the maximum height is 2.15 m. Our standard budget crossover with a roof box requires at least 2.20 m, so I had to park near another hotel and walk about one kilometer. This is manageable for skiing, but after a long day on the slopes, you really want to get to the sauna as quickly as possible. One more minor issue concerns the bar. Cocktails are quite good and reasonably priced for the venue. However, when I ordered a gin and tonic, I was charged separately for the gin (€7) and the tonic (€6). As a result, the price was about one and a half times higher than any other cocktail on the menu, which felt inconsistent and unexpected.

• Tamara (9/5): Exceptional Food & Service! - I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this hotel. It had a lovely old style to it where you really felt the guests were the epicentre. The service at the restaurant was exceptional. One was given the same table for the duration of one's stay which was comforting. At breakfast, the dinner menu was already on the table so one could choose the fish, meat or vegetarian option for main course. First course was a buffet and also soups.. I have to say I always thought soup a bit boring. Not these souls!. They were simply the most delicious soups I've ever tasted! My daughter wants to come back here. just for the soup. The main course & desert were served at the table and were consistently delicious. Breakfast was a buffet, an omelette station & also excellent. Great coffee machines. I cannot stress enough, how good the food is here & I have high standards! The pool is wonderful & actually large enough to swim laps in. If you go later in the evening whilst people are dining/drinking you will probably even have it to yourself I wish I had help with my suitcase down the stairs, a wheel broke off! There are big roads nearby. but not noisy in that they affect sleep.

• Dominik (9/5): - Die Skipiste/Talstation ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dies ist auch mit Ski Schuhe möglich. Der Ortskern Zell am See ist in 40 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Spa Bereich ist mit 4 Saunen mehr als gut ausgestattet. Zudem verfügt das Hotel üver einen Pool der jederzeit benützbar ist. Im Keller befindet sich ein Skikeller der ebenfalls kostenlos genutzt werden kann. Eine Tiefgarage steht ebenfalls kostenlos gegenüber des Hotels zur Verfügung. Das Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Külön tetszett, hogy az étteremben minden este a felszolgálók más-más felsőruházatban, témaestnek megfelelően voltak felöltözve. Szobát minden nap hihetetlen rendbe rakták a szobaasszonyok. Vendég kártyával ingyen lehetett busszal, vonattal közlekedni a környéken. Ez nagyon megkönnyítette a napi programok szervezését. Közel volt minden a szálláshoz, Spar,vasútállomás, buszmegálló.

Parkgarage. Das attraktive Spa Center, inklusive Indoor-Pool. Das ausserordenlich gute Restaurant. Schmittenbahnen und Geschaefte fusslaeufig erreichbar. Die Lage ist verkehrsguenstig, aber damit ist, abhaengig von der Ausrichtung des Zimmers, auch Verkehrslaerm von Bahn und Bundesstrasse hoerbar.
