- Kathleen (8/5): - Beautiful, clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and breakfast staff was very pleasant--a nice way to start the day! It was very disappointing to not be able to connect to the hotel's internet unless I join the Marriott "club". This was a major inconvenience for a few items that I needed to complete during our six-week trip. I don't like to be forced to join a club for what, I think, should be provided as a customer courtesy. Whenever possible, I will make reservations at locally-owned hotels going forward, where I have always been provided with free internet for the privilege of being their guest.

Staff was friendly and the lady at the front desk during the night shift deserves a raise. Lots of kids in the lobby not really being watched by their parents. They were jumping on furniture and pretty loud.

Talked to the front dest and was told they couldn’t do anything but offer us a fan or we could find a different property. Finding a new place at 10:30 at night and leaving was the option. Lose lose. Don’t sell a room that’s not habitable.

After our experience at the Holiday Inn, this Fairfield Inn & Suites was an absolute breath of fresh air compared to other hotels in the area, and I look forward to returning for our next trip to Omaha!!

HOT! - Motion control sensor thermostat in the room takes away your ability to control the temperature in the room. Spent a miserably hot night without AC coming on. Trying to get ready to go to a party & it was 78 degrees in the room, probably hotter in the bathroom where we were trying to put on our makeup. Miserable experience!
