• Aracelis (9/5): Great stay, clean property, free parking on premises was a plus. - The room was spacious with a cozy sitting area. The bathroom door is glass and at night when the light is turn on it illuminates the entire room and it’s a bit annoying.

• Trish (7/5): Friendly staff, clean, comfy bed, spacious room. - Location, staff, cleanliness were amazing AC was too loud. I travel for work so i’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in OH and in different states. This hotel by far has the loudest AC i had a hard time falling asleep the first few nights. I did ask the staff but i was told it’s the same in every room. Washer/dryer use is not free (across the street is free). Bfast was ok. I’d come back for a one night stay but would choose other hotels for longer stays

• Doug (4/5): Okay - Location The house keeping only came Every other day. No mention of this at check in. It pissed me off
• Amanda (3/5): Staff was friendly but no other positives - The staff was friendly Pur room slept 6 but only had 3 towels, the location was horrible we could hear the cars on the freeway and speeding up to get on the freeway, there were groups of kids running the halls after 10pm no adult supervision letting thwir doors slam (i did co tact the front office after I asked the kids to stop and the staff did come up to check out the situation) , pool and hottub was small for the number of guests lack of towels in the pool area and kids left unattended, the breakfast had a decent variety but many items were gone when we went down at 9am, room was hot and stuffy it never got below 74 even tho we set temp lower.
• Chanda (7/5): I wouldn’t go back a second time - Bed was comfortable Shower was dirty and had a slow drain. They tried to fox it but unsuccessful. Dirt Ring in tub and gross to shower in. Hair in bathroom when we arrived. Didn’t feel cleaned well

• MargB108 (10/5): Great night stay! - The Hyatt Place in Canton was a great hotel to stay at for the night. The hotel was beautiful. It included an indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, restaurant and bar. The staff were all extremely welcoming to myself and my service dog. The grounds were well maintained as well. Zero complaints! Would definitely stay here again.
• maryannb12016 (4/5): Hotel was not up to Hyatt standards. - Breakfast was a major disappointment. Food was not hot and coffee was only luke warm. Wi Fi connections at the hotel were terrible. Room was clean and well stocked with towels, and office staff were pleasant and helpful but could not make up for the hotel deficiencies.
• March (5/5): Clean facility but horrible location i won't be staying again. - The hotel was clean. I wasn't able to sleep with the hotel completely surrounded by highways and overpass it was so loud all night.

• Brandon (9/5): Good location friendly staff clean hotel - Good location to where we needed to be staff was friendly clean The breakfast while I understand was free wasn’t good compared to other places I’ve stayed for similar costs
• Michael (7/5): Fine stay - Newer building, close to Hall of Fame (few minutes on neighborhood streets or could take highway one exit to it. Restaurants nearby. Quiet. Comfy beds. Shower had good pressure and was great for tall guests. Small parking lot. Disjointed lot had some smaller parking (but probably not the hotel's property) with a burger joint and coffee place across it.

• T7392EAleem (2/5): One surprise after another - When I arrived, I was told that the power was out in the hotel, then I was told that the power came back on at 9 AM. Every room was noisy. Finally, they put me in a room on the side of the hotel and it was tolerable. But that room was dirty. The manager came into the room and cleaned the desks. Then I discovered that the tissues in the tissue dispenser were wet and moldy after I’d already used them. At breakfast, they served freeze dried, scrambled eggs, and burnt turkey bacon.

• nickicusa (10/5): Really Great Hyatt - Very clean, friendly hotel, best hotel breakfast Ive ever seen....two huge different fruit bowls, perfect pancakes, bananas, real bacon, perfectly cooked....sound machines in clean room, hot hot water in shower...hot tub +pool....easy parking. Nice hotel.

• Juliana (10/5): Great stay and everyone was really welcoming! - Area was accesible too many restaurants and stores… great place! There was nothing really negative to say. One thing I noticed was the pool water being too cloudy. Water was not cleared at all, it may had too much chemicals, not sure.

• annajN12JP (10/5): Amazing staff - The staff was extremely helpful even though the weather was awful that weekend. They kept the lobby clean and stocked. Our room was very comfortable even with extreme cold and blowing snow. We left an iPad and the staff worked with us to retrieve and receive the item. It is not often you find such a hardworking, conscientious, and honest staff.

• Inurse54 (10/5): Happy with stay! - Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is on a major roadway so there was a lot of traffic and quite often noisy outside. Rooms were very comfortably appointed. Breakfast was interesting in it's choices but plentiful. Very clean. close to a lot of eating establishments and shopping plaza.

You can get anywhere you need to go in Canton in minutes! Akron is just a stones throw away. Easy jaunt to or from Cleveland. Highly recommend this hotel!
• 248karina (10/5): Highly recommend this excellent hotel - I have stayed at the Hyatt North Canton for 10 years on an almost monthly basis while visiting family. I highly recommend this hotel. Matt, the manager, always went out of his way to keep my room extra clean and to see to any special needs or issues that came up. The hotel property is clean, tidy, quiet, and very pleasant; the staff is friendly and eager to help.
