- Mandy (9/5): An overnight family trip away. - It was a big camp but very well maintained, lovely heated pool, jumping pillow and a small pump track, our deluxe 2bedroom cab was very comfortable and modern, Beds were comfortable. Close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and a busy cafe across the road. Bathroom was a little small, and could do with seating around the kids play area, otherwise almost perfect 😊👍

- Lynette (8/5): Pleasant accommodation near the beach. - It was a brand new cabin therefore everything was fresh and clean. The locality is within a short distance of a shopping centre and the dolphin experience at Koombana Bay. Lots to do if you have children with you. The bathroom floor is very flat so when you have a shower the water flows across the floor. Once we’d dried ourselves we laid the towels across the floor to soak up the water for safety reasons.

- James (8/5): We loved our stay, clean comfy and handy to a lot of sights and the ships comming to dock. - Excellent location handy to everything, easy check in, and out. secure parking. Clean very well maintained grounds. Comfy bed. Bathroom is separate building, down three steps but adjacent to the cabin. However the bathroom was clean and roomy and had everything you needed. Could be a bit tricky for seniors.

The outside bathroom which proved dangerous when accessing the toilet during the night. The light switch behind a wardrobe which had to be moved to switch the light on and off. - Melissa (3/5): 2 bedroom unit was not clean - we found the park facilities to be excellent for children, and our boys really enjoyed that aspect of their stay. Maintenance issues: The lounge room TV remote had a broken backing, making it difficult to use. The bedroom TV was not connected to Wi-Fi, and we were unable to connect it during our stay. Cleanliness concerns on arrival: Gummy lollies left on the decking floor. Dirt and cereal on the lounge room floor. Marks on the toilet wall, along with visible dust and dirt around the floor, sink and bin area. Noticeable dust build-up on surfaces, including skirting boards and tiles. Bunk bed mattress protectors were heavily stained, which was particularly concerning, especially as the beds were not fully made on arrival. During our stay, we also noticed our feet were becoming dirty indoors even after showering and not going outside. Upon closer inspection, we found the flooring under the furniture was significantly lighter in colour compared to the exposed areas, indicating a substantial build-up of dirt over time. We used the mop and bucket provided to clean a small section of the lounge room floor and the amount of dirt lifted as well as the colour of the mop water suggests the floors have not been properly deep cleaned for some time. Photos have been attached for reference. Another concern was the location of the caravan sewage disposal point, which was very close to the BBQ and eating facilities. This made it quite unpleasant when preparing food, as the smell was noticeable. In addition, there was only one path to access this area, which required walking directly past the sewage point.

- Cecil (6/5): - Every thing was perfect, except when I woke up and saw blood on the doona near my face, I thought it was mine but when I pulled the quilt back it a lot of patches of fresh blood. They were very quick at changing the doona . We never felt comfortable after that. It was special for our 50th wedding anniversary and we came away disappointed 😞

Doing chairs heavy, loud and scraped across floor - could use rubber castors.

Ik ben ook ditect weer over gegaan waar ik tot nu toe betere ervaringe - Niets, we zijn na het schuurtje gezien te hebben gelijk terug gegaan naar de accomodatie receptie en gemeld of we een upgrade konden krijgen en daarvoor wilde betalen. We zijn met 3 volwassenen en dit was niet te doen. De receptie antwoorde sorry en dachten al dat we terug zouden komen. Klacht moest ik bij Booking indien omdat zij niets konden aanbieden. Het park zat vol. Wij vertrokken en direct iets anders geboekt wel 45 minuten verderop. Niets
