• Suzan (8/5): Meets expectations - Located in the mid-levels, near the top of the escalator (which only goes down up till 10am.) The deluxe suite we had booked was adequately spacious (for Hong Kong). The room smelt of moth balls. While tea and coffee are provided the rooms, you have to ask for 'creamer', which is not made obvious - I thought it had just been forgotten. We have been staying there about twice a year for several years and there is never any acknowledgement that they have seen us before.

• San San (8/5): - Bed comfortable. Rain shower very nice and always hot water. Wifi worked very well. Staff very friendly and helpful Room nice but there is NO PLACE to put a suitcase. My carrier-on suitcase had to be on the floor, pushed into corner of the bed near the window. Very inconvenient, plus not great to have it on the carpet. You need unfolding table for a person's suitcase and a guest's convenience. Also, maybe add a channel like CNN for non-Chinese guests.

Appreciated the shuttle bus to Central Station and Convention Center, very practical. Walking distance to HK zoo, a pleasant place for a morning stroll Very small rooms, but this is quite normal in HK where space is so scarce...

A pity food cannot be served outside on the terrace as there is no license to so do. perhaps one could be obtained. • Max (4/5): - Unfortunately after the second night I woke up in the morning covered in bed bugs bites ... More than 50 bites — I had the bad luck to sleep in an infested Airbnb + 5 years ago so I recognized the bites right away. And I didn't brought them in since I spent the 2 first week in Hong Kong at a friends place that would have told me if they had an infestation yet. I informed the staff so they can treat the room and I left right away. I had to change hotels and treat all my luggage with high heat (probably wasted half a day on this) The staff was quick to respond to the issue, they reimbursed the 4 others nights I didn't spent in but didn't wanted to reimburse the 2 first nights... I think that was a bit of a bad move from their part especially with the extra money spent on another last minute hotel + all the cleaning i had to do with my suitcase + all the time wasted. They told me they didn't found any in the room but the room was full of furniture and carpet floors so not the easiest place to locate them. I really hope they treated the room and the rooms because I wouldn't wish this to my worst enemy lol — On another note the Hotel is old fashioned but seemed clean enough (Bed bugs are not an cleanliness issue) Bed was rock hard Very small room but I guess it's an HK issue. Very good location in mid levels... But of course with this bed bug issue I wouldn't probably spend another night here !

• Krzysztof (10/5): Great! - Great location, on the mid-levels between the busy city on the lower levels as well as the really nice green areas above near Victoria peak where you have beautiful views of the city and harbour below. The room itself was really nice and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would stay here again next time I am in Hong Kong! :D

• David Fletcher (7/5): Well located hotel for stays in Hong Kong - The Bishop Lei is perfectly located on the Island for getting around. Convenient and near the top of "the escalator". Helpful staff. The shuttle bus service was frequent and really convenient. Room was a little smaller than expected however we did manage fine, it is Hong Kong.

(Oui oui à mentionner) Conciergerie inclut dans le prix, non négligeable quand on a son avion que le soir. Chambre un peu plus petite que ce que je ne pensais, je ne pouvais pas ouvrir en grand ma valise.

• Julia (8/5): - It’s very simple basic hotel, the room is small but in Hong Kong it’s common, at the same time you have everything necessary and it’s clean. Location is convenient in general, not walking distance to the pier but there is a bus just on the entrance to the hotel. The staff was sweet and friendly. Not sure which amazing views people in the comments are talking about, I had this view Very poor choice for the breakfast No drinking water in the room

Very small room, no chance to keep a bigger suitcase open. High up on HK island, took a while to get to the restaurants and places I liked.

• Dreamer752182 (10/5): Convenient, Affordable Lovely - Bishop Lei International House is a wonderful place to stay in Hong Kong, excellent quality combined with an affordable price. It’s located in the Mid-Levels, a great and convenient location. The view is stupendous (we stayed on the 22nd floor). Breakfast is good and filling. There is a nice swimming pool which also has a nice view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Bishop Lei.

• PATRICIA (10/5): Wonderful ! - Un immense merci à l'établissement d'avoir répondu à notre demande de chambre en étage avec une belle vue. Nous avons été comblés. La vue était incroyable et la suite magnifique et très confortable. Propreté parfaite. Ménage fait tous les jours. Accueil et service au top. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

They reply fast and so politely to emails too. The pool was cute. The room was totally fine for one person. Super helpful to have a shuttle bus. They have umbrellas you can borrow when its raining. Sad that the smaller rooms all face the road rather than the HK view. Shower was rather small, but nice and hot.

• Otávio (8/5): Nice hotel near the mid-central level escalators - The hotel is located near the mid-central level escalators, which connect many interesting streets in that area of HK that you can tour by foot. The hotel staff was always very nice and helpful. The hotel is near the Hong Kong Park, very beautiful park that is also an aviary (birds zoo). It's worth a visit. Like 90% of hotels in HK, the room was very small. There was no space to fully open a standard large-size luggage.

• Serena (9/5): - Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, stanza da letto con vetrata con vista sullo Skyline di HK, tè e biscottini disponibili ad ogni ora alla reception. Abbiamo ricevuto upgrade di stanza gratuito quindi avevamo anche un salottino comodissimo soprattutto per le valigie. Posizione abbastanza comoda soprattutto considerando le scale mobili a pochi minuti dall'hotel. Vicinissimo allo zoo/giardino botanico che ci è sembrato molto carino. Colazione non a buffet ma a scelta da un menù (essenzialmente o cinese o inglese), un po' di varietà in più sarebbe preferibile.
