• Hamzah (7/5): Pleasant stay for a short trip - Great location near Sunway Pyramid Parking was quite difficult as the hotel only provides 2 parking spots on a first come, first served basis. There is an open paid car park nearby, but it requires a short walk. The mattress (family room) felt like foam with no proper spring support and was uneven, sunken on one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep on and causing back discomfort.

Quite cramped. No kettle inside room, water dispenser located at ground floor. Tv only hv 4 channels. Not recommended if u are a big person.

Although could still do with some rearranging to have the same space feel more spacious The position of the shower head was almost right above the toilet seat, with the rack for hanging towels right beside this small space and toilet paper holder right in front of the shower... I do not get how someone came up with the spacial design.....

The staff are friendly and helpful. Not enough parking lot. I found an insect but i managed. The table under the tv not so stable. Quite dangerous.

• Li (7/5): One night stay - Room size just nice. Noisy from family staying next room. I told the reception to assign a quiet room.. but I was given a room next to a very noisy family. Unable to rest due to the noisy kids slamming door, crying , etc. too bad that reception did not listen to the request properly.

Lighting was good. Air conditioning was good. Water pressure for shower was great. Waster heater worked well. Bed was comfortable. That room was over priced in my opinion. RM75 - RM80 would be a sane price. Room was too cramped. Couldn't walk around the bed. Our room was near the lift and the sound of the lift moving kept us up at night.

Exhaust fans from nearby restaurants also noisy during early morning. Power socket and lighting beside bed not working.

• Gilbert (8/5): Walking distance to everywhere - Location, walking distances to Atm, restaurants, self service laundry and sunway pyramid..there are fews Nasi lemak sellers nearby in the morning. WiFi connection not functioning almost the time. Even my own data signal also very bad when entering the room..sliding bathroom door sometimes hard to lock, need to makesure it really lock before do the business as I book room for 3.

Super convenient location that I can walk to Shopping mall within few minutes and downstairs got convenient store and mamak operate 24hr Aircond is cold but wind not so strong, but that’s a strong wind ceiling fan

• Amielyn (6/5): On the cheaper side - Location was a walk away from Subway Pyramid and a Sunway Lagoon entrance. It's also one of the cheaper options and there's a lot of restaurants and shops surrounding the area. Our stay was decent. Despite arriving at around 2.30, we were delayed an hour before given our room card. Water gathered under the sink at the bathroom door, and there was noise outside our room, even at night.
