Guest Reviews
- Lowe (10/5): - Very very clean and comfortable.
- Faulkenburg (9/5): - Het was erg schoon en de kamers waren mooi vernieuwd Eigenlijk niks.
Voor de prijs is dit een heel goed hotel om te overnachten

- Sandra (10/5): - It was very clean and the workers were so kind.
- Warren (7/5): Good deal close enough to everything in Louisville - This place wasn't bad for a Red Roof Inn. Sometimes Red Roof can get a bad rap, but this was a nice place that was clean and safe. We arrived at 2am, and the clerk was at the desk ready to help. Got checked in quickly and into the room. Someone had a dog across from us that would bark, but overall it didn't interfere much with the stay. You really can't beat the place for the price when you consider the other options around. We were attending an event at the Expo Center in Louisville near the airport and it was consistently a 20 minute drive with multiple ways to get there in 20 minutes in case there were delays with one of the routes. I would stay here again for sure. Nothing.
- Woodruff (10/5): - It was very clean and the staff was wonderful.
- mark (8/5): good. - easy location. didnt have breakfast, but thats ok.

- Kimberly (10/5): Great place for the price. - This hotel was very clean. It smelled good when you walked into the lobby. The front desk people all weekend were very nice. Upon checking in, the guy told us that there was a dog show in town, so it was probably better to not be on the 1st floor where the dogs were. He put us on the 2nd floor. The room was quiet, in spite of having a floor of dogs below us. Lol The room was very clean. The beds were pretty comfortable, in my opinion. It is next door to a McDonald's, which was nice since they don't offer breakfast. All in all, I would recommend and would stay again. Nothing really. I was pretty happy with our stay.

- Harrawood (8/5): - Affordable accommodations close to Louisville. Right off the highway. I have found that staying in affordable accommodations mean that you will have to put up with load, blasting rap music all night, disrespectful, pot smoking smell everywhere occupants. I will stay again for the convenience and price point. There is not much that can be done to change that type of cliental.

- Laurie (9/5): Very nice for a one-night stay. - Easy to get to the hotel. No breakfast at this location, but we had food in our cooler and there was a refrigerator and microwave. The room was pleasant and easy to access, beds were comfy, shower was great, parking was good. I went to make a cup of tea for myself and realized that the little coffee machine hadn't been emptied of the cof. Staff should be reminded to do that.

- Sylas (9/5): -
- Landon (9/5): - Its cheap and theres not many people there The bathrooms showerhead and Faucet weren't firm on the wall

- Jetdel (8/5): - Value for money, good location near I 64. Great mattress. Sink drain didn't work. Coffee wasn't good.

- Sonja (9/5): -
- Tiffany (10/5): - The room was clean the staff was very nice. They welcome pets but you can't tell because they keep things very nice.
- Dustin (8/5): - Staff was excellent. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Parking needs attention. They had no parking spots and allow trucks and trailers to take up multiple parking spots. Contractor trucks were parking sideways and taking up 3 to 4 spots. Staff did fix and allow me to park in handicap, so I didnt have to park across the street. They should make trucks/trailers park there.
- Sandra (2/5): - Very dirty facilities
- Amanda (10/5): - It was fine, just there for 1 night and didn't spend much time there, only bad thing was light from the parking lot getting into the window even with the curtain closed, everything else was good
- Sean (10/5): - Excellent stay, was responsive to all requests. Stay here once a year for Louder than Life and it is always excellent.
- William (6/5): Pretty ok. - There was a security issue with the front desk. Apparently access to my room was given without ID or any evidence of authorization.
- Cheryl (7/5): -
- Tara (8/5): Nice 1 nite stay with a 50lb dog - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that dogs stay free! Its so hard to find a place for a dog over 50lbs and a hefty cleaning fee Bed was harder than I would like
- Cristobal (9/5): -
- John (10/5): - I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable
- Denise (10/5): - Very comfortable, clean stay
- CINDY (10/5): - Loved
- M LUISA (7/5): -
- Anne-Louise (10/5): - Great room bed and shower very clean
- Spencer (10/5): I will definitely book again if in the area - I wanted to be near the expo but without the expo price. I was close to that and more. You have a McDonald’s , gas station and grocery store as your neighbor. The only thing maybe breakfast but with a refrigerator and places in walking distance I was okay.
- Ryan (8/5): - Comfortable
- G. Brown (7/5): -
- Paul (10/5): A restful hotel - Clean, well situated and comfortable.
- joel (6/5): Ok stay. - Location was convenient for our travels.
Price was right. The room was relatively clean. However, there was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower.
- Melissa (4/5): - The bed was very hard, very small pillows. There were ants in my room (I did not complain about it, just dealt with it). I booked 4 nights, but front desk lady demanded they have access to my room to clean after 3 nights to "protect their property condition" & argued with me about it. The a/c was cold, great water pressure in the shower. Property felt safe, served its purpose, but I most likely will not stay here again.
- Melody (8/5): -
- Justin (10/5): - Was a great spot for us to stay 2 nights. Had all the amenities we needed and allowed pets also. would stay again
- James (2/5): Musty and dirty - Musty and dirty.
My wife got glass in her foot from floor in the room.
Drive a few more minutes into New Albany but this place is for the dogs (dogs are allowed)
- Michelle (10/5): Family visit - Clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again.
- K paul (6/5): - Clean & restful. Not very personable.
- Robyn (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and staff was friendly. There’s literally a McDonald’s right next-door. We will definitely stay again.
- Megan (7/5): Good - Nice room for the price
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great Nothing
- Roberta (10/5): Very clean! - We were very happy with them. They were very helpful getting us a room and calling us when it was ready. The room was very clean and comfortable beds. The pool was nice and clean also.
- Ramos (2/5): Horrible stay - The smell inside is horrible also the air conditioner unit in the room had a strong piss smell and we had to take the old dirty towels etc to the front desk in order to get new ones I will never ever stay at a red roof inn in my life
- Wong (9/5): Superb -
- Cayla (10/5): - Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and staff was super friendly. Would stay here again.
- Tim (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (1/5): Bad - Tried to cancel...never heard back from the property No response from hotel
- Elaine (10/5): - Nice hotel.
- Amy (10/5): - Clean, efficient, and easy to access.
- Toni (10/5): Great place and friendly staff - Clean. Quiet. Easy access. Could use fan in bathroom so mirror doesn’t steam up.
- Kimberly (10/5): - It was a nice place to stay. Will definitely stay again
- Martha (7/5): It will do for one night. - Clean rooms. Bed was super hard. Not comfortable at all.. glad it was only 1 night for us.
- Paula (8/5): - The hotel was well kept and seemed good and safe. The management and staff were very friendly. There was a bit of confusion over my booking, where they were trying to make me check out 4 days early. We were able to get that straightened out. The hotel lists guest laundry as an amenity. Be aware that it is $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry, coins only.
- Lisa (8/5): - Good value for the money.
- Keith (10/5): Nice little place - The best red roof inn I’ve stayed in
- Dave (8/5): Very good -
- Stuart (4/5): Disappointing - Location good close to interstate No breakfast and elevator is the slowest I have ever seen
- Jennifer (10/5): - Na
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Very clean and affordable.
- Saja (6/5): - The room was very room. The AC didn’t work. The sheets on the bed looked dirty. Wouldn’t ever come again.
- Douglas (6/5): Ok Hotel - Older hotel that shows it. The room was quiet and clean and was serviced daily which was a nice surprise. The bed was ok but the pillows were horrible. There is no breakfast offered (we were aware of that) but they give you a very nice goodie bag upon check in
- Kelly (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (10/5): - Clean room. Relatively quiet.
- Conner (10/5): Exceptional -
- DRUANNA (10/5): - The property was recently remodeled and close to fast food and gas stations. I was very happy with the stay and would stay there again if I am ever back in the area.
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Loewen (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ellen (7/5): Good -
- cynthia (6/5): - McDonald's is next door. Not many food options. This motel was very good choice for one night.
- R (8/5): - Nothing was bad given the price. But the bed was so uncomfortable I wouldn’t stay again.
- Jennifer (5/5): Ok for a night - Appears nice, good water pressure in bathroom. Front desk person, unfriendly checking in.
Called down to ask if they had a toothbrush, told yes, go to get it and they don't have them.
The room itself REEKS of dog or some other animal. Pet friendly requires more cleaning and it was awful. This was the number 1 reason I was dissatisfied with my stay.
Towels are sandpaper in the bathroom.
Air conditioner struggled to keep up and ran all night.
We've stayed here before without issue, but this was an disappointing experience.
- Richard (6/5): - It’s a little dated but clean
- Brian (7/5): Good - Good value Very loud and not good sound proofing. Could hear all the people coming and going and dogs barking
- Jn (10/5): - The staff lady was very nice, I arrived over an hour early for check in, it was not a problem.
- Marion (8/5): - Not alot of traffic around it.
- Barbara (10/5): Great - Very clean, nice rooms. Close to restaurant and gas stations. Y’all could replace the pillows though! They were not comfortable. Could also use at least one comfortable chair in room! Overall I’m very happy with this hotel.
- Ryan (7/5): Good -
- Doug (7/5): Good -
