No concerns with the breakfast all good and pleanty of selection. My room was very comfy

• panditrao (10/5): Its a great place for solo traveller and also for couples. - This place hotel is around 1 km distance from Nana Metro. I could comfortablly walk every day and travel thru metro within Bangkok. Even from Airport to Hotel & return with one Checkin and carry on luggage i could walk this distance. They have free drop to Nana station every one hour in case you are old person who cannot walk such distance. Hotel room is spacious. It doesn't have swimming pool and room that i was assigned didn't have bath tub. However, rest all experience was superb. Quality of sleep on bed is good. Hotel is hygienic. Toilet is clean. Room cleaning service is top class. Its a great place for solo traveller and also for couples. It provides breakfast at 250 Bhatt local currency which better to take as outside food will cost you mini 500bhatt per meal.Lots of indian Restuarant around this place. Overall best place to stay at Bangkok.
• NAI-JUNG (8/5): - Location is double edge sword. It's so close to soi 11, like, 3 minutes walking distance. And staffs were very friendly. Good water pressure. It's literally right next to soi 11. So the noise can get through the window. But ear plugs helps a lot.
• debst2026 (10/5): 4 Star Experience at Budget Friendly Cost - I initially chose this hotel based on proximity to Bumungrad hospital and the cost. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The hotel is small, As a solo female I appreciated the front of house staff who were always smiling and saying hello. The restaurant staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. After surgery I needed a soft diet. They accommodated me wonderfully at breakfast. The room was cleaned daily. Complimentary daily drinking water:coffee:tea and hot chocolate. It’s not a luxury hotel. But in terms of value for money and service in my opinion you will struggle to find better.

I could not have been happier with my choice. The hotel is boutique. The front house staff always had time to say hello. The restaurant staff at breakfast were lovely. No request was too much. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and nail/ hair and massage salons. It is a lovely hotel that fits easily into a realistic budget. I cannot fault in terms of cost and service.

Her friendly attitude, attention to detail, and sincere care for guests truly stood out. Poy was equally impressive as a supervisor—professional, supportive, and clearly leading by example. It’s easy to see that the excellent service provided by the team reflects strong leadership and dedication to hospitality. Together, Aommie and Poy created a wonderful dining experience that was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Thank you both for your exceptional service. • HarryT845 (10/5): A simple good place - Stayed there for 5nights in January what a wonderful a reasonably priced gem 4 star hotel at quite end of busy Soi 11. A really helpful mix of staff. Beer greetings to u lead reception staff who helped us to sort taxi out for Pattaya a polite and courteous young lady and rest of reception staff. Aom and Pear who became friendly with my wife and took good care of us. Good quality breakfast compared to other 4 star establishments. A young man called Jonny a house keeping man was very efficient friendly and courteous Thank you Jonny. When we visit Bangkok we will be staying with you again :)

• jatinm681 (8/5): Good Hotel, Good Reception Staff - BUT HOUSE CLEAN SERVICE HIGHLY UNSAFE - I arrived and stayed at CITRUS in March. The reception staff was very cooperative and helpful. I stayed with my family for 3 days (03 - 06 March). We had a packed schedule with day long city tours and events. We had an early morning flight on 6th morning, so we quickly packed and checked out early morning. It is only when we came back and checked our bags, we found things missing - (A) New pair of TShirts, (B) an 8 pocket trouser, and (C) US$ 300 from wallet, which was in the briefcase in between the clothes. All of these were securely packed, zipped-up the brief case, and stood them up. Unless someone opens the briefcase and finds them, it cannot be taken out. I 100% believe that house clean people have done this theft. I recommend that anyone staying at CITRUS, while all other staff is very very helpful, dont trust the house clean people, dont keep cash in the room. and always lock your suitcase/breifcase and scroll the numbers. Dear CITRUS Management - Please note of this complaint, and take necessary action.

Overall was a good stay and easy to walk to from the train as I did from the airport, only about 10mins. Maybe tucked a little further from the main areas than i would of hoped for but besides that its fine.

Very good experience, - I am Mohammad Tauhid BIN Islam,It was very good trip & experience to staying at this hotel Citrus, I have rented the room no-205 & 206 for 7 night (5-12 Feb'26), the rooms were neat and clean , room items were available and enough,the staffs were very humble, helpful, good behaviour & polite, Specially the reception staff named Beer is very humble and polite, I wish her success in the future and also will recommend to others to stay at this hotel when travelling to Thailand as this was my 5th time visit in Thailand and for me this is the best hotel I found within my 5th visit. I wish more success of this hotel in the future.

• Allen (10/5): Citrus Sukhumvit 11. - Love this place! I have stayed at a few hotels in Soi 11, and honestly this is one of the best. The receptionists and all staff are great, the service is of high standard, the bathroom and room in general are clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff are super friendly. I will be returning to Bangkok in 5 months, and I know exactly where I will be staying: Hotel Citrus at Sukhumvit 11. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good but inexpensive stay in Bangkok. Thank you Citrus staff! N/A
