- Dr Chad (1/5): I did not stay at this property because they were fully booked. - The hotel was completely booked. Your website made the reservation with no availability. I did not stay at this property! Please issue a FULL REFUND. Booking accuracy (lack thereof).

- Conner (4/5): We have stayed there multiple times but will probably try a different hotel the next time we visit. - Property location is in a great place and the staff were very nice and friendly. The room seemed to be clean. The bedding was rough and uncomfortable. The blankets barely even fit on the bed, almost like they were too small for the bed, and they were just not comfortable at all, and the pillows were way too soft and flat this facility could stand to get new sheets and blankets and pillows for their beds. We did not get good sleep. Then in the morning the breakfast was not good at all. The bacon was beyond crispy. It was burnt, and the hashbrowns were extremely burnt as well. They were actually like eating burnt potato chips. The eggs on the other hand were very good.
- Paige (10/5): Best hotel experience for my family in years. - Love the made to order breakfast option N/A

- Todd (10/5): - Great hotel. Will definitely stay again if in the area
- Diane (6/5): - All the hvac equipment was outside our window and it was very loud all night. Was told the sheets would be changed every other day we put a tiny little pen mark on all the bedding and it was not changed we even tipped the housekeeping person in the hallway. The hotel staff really didn’t believe me. After our first night I had to go ask for towels. And I was told I couldn’t use AAA or AARP discount because we booked third party. If that’s really a rule that’s stupid. Anyway for a Hilton and paying almost $200 a night we weren’t impressed. Will not be staying there again.
- Lorie (9/5): Superb - Loved the location so peaceful but not far out of town and near I75 ( I lived in findlay for 19yrs) hotel room was amazing very clean and comfortable Internet service stunk we were finally able to hook up to wifi but it was slow
- Jinho (10/5): - No 1 in findlay
- Miriam (10/5): Business trip great location - Loved the location
Best value
Great staff from the front desk to the barmaid everything was excellent!
- gt13 (8/5): A great option in Findlay - We stayed at the HGI on our way north from Florida and would definitely return.
The hotel (as well as several others) is very easily accessible and perfectly located directly off I-75. Staff were friendly and helpful, fulfilling our request for a quiet room and recommending a great dinner option. The room was clean and well appointed, and common areas are kept spotless.
What keeps this from being 5 stars for me was the lack of coffee/tea available throughout the day as well as the absence of a free breakfast. While there is a restaurant on-site, I expect a simple breakfast to be included for a hotel of this type. Otherwise, this is an excellent option for a place to stay in the Findlay area.
- Cheyanne (4/5): Stranger in my room - A strange man walked into my room on my first morning there, which is terrifying as a solo female traveler. He did not knock, didn’t tell me who he was and I did not see identifying clothing or name tags on him. I went down to front desk to complain and they just shrugged their shoulders and said “yeah, that was probably maintenance, sorry” as if that makes it okay. I filled out a complaint form online and still haven’t heard back from management and it’s been two weeks now
- Susan (10/5): Our go to town for stop over night - We were on our way back home from a long trip. Perfect spot for a good nights sleep. Away from the highway and other noisy roads. Conveniently located for restaurants. Will stay here again.
- Emily (9/5): Superb - Our room was clean.
- CT1555 (10/5): Excellent hotel… right off the 1-75 - Consistent excellence!
Friendly front desk
Restaurant in house… good menu choices ( our favourites: tomato bisque and brisket tacos!
Breakfast buffet was included with our reservation
Our room was clean and very spacious
Free parking
This is our third stay here…will definitely stay here again
And … bath tub in room… a real plus for me!
- Glenn (10/5): Can’t go wrong here - Hotel as it should be with no negative surprises and friendly staff.
- Carlos (8/5): - Good location for University of Findlay visit.
- 86rod (10/5): A great experience at the HGI Findlay! - Once again, the Hilton Garden Inn did not disappoint. I was in Findlay for about 8 days. The first 2 days I stayed at the Hancock Hotel downtown Findlay. It was nice, but expensive. I felt overwhelmed. I decided to go "home" to HGI. This was the best decision ever made. All of the employee's from the front desk personnel to housekeeping to the on site resturant were absolutely outstanding. Friendly, professional and welcoming! My room was cleaned daily and I truly enjoyed my stay of about 6 days. When business takes me back to that area, I will without hesitation, be staying at the HGI Findlay. I am a Lifetime Hilton Diamond Member.
- Joseph (8/5): - Checked in late , 11:15pm checked out 9:30 am . No issues. Room was clean and quiet.
- Neal (9/5): Superb -
- Rebecca (8/5): - We were there over Christmas and the hotel was clean and inviting and the staff was remarkable.
Cheyanne was our server for breakfast all of our days and she was outstanding!!! Friendly, courteous and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed.
- Ruth (7/5): Good -
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (10/5): - Room service was a nice added convenience.
- Jasmine (10/5): Exceptional - made you feel very welcome
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- Josh (9/5): Superb -
- Shedrick (10/5): Fabulous stay with Hilton - I was totally impressed with the hotel decor in the check in area as I walked in. The hotel gives off a great atmosphere as you approach from the outside. The bar /restaurant amazing and the seating with fireplace was a plus. Excellent outdoor seating as well with warming accommodations. I will be back / thank you !
- Michelle (10/5): - Best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. We decided we will continue with Hiltons moving forward.
- Carneilia (10/5): Great! - It was right off the freeway. With so many restaurants at the front door! Gas stations even a grocery store. I will be staying here again N/a
- Todd (10/5): Great hotel - Great hotel, perfect location, super clean rooms and all Hilton grade service and amenities. Nice courtyard for walking your pet. Quiet and lovely.
- Christine (9/5): Lovely. - Beautiful hotel, looked like it was brand new! Pleasant lobby area to greet me. Check in was quick and up to my room. The room was very nice and comfortable. Everything appeared to be in order. I loved the walkway behind the hotel with gazebo. After a long day driving, it was nice to have somewhere to stretch my legs. It was conveniently located right off the highway and close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast appeared to be quite lovely but I did not partake of it. Very pleased with my overnight stay.
- David (8/5): Nasty smell - The room had a musky nasty smell to it.
- Sandy (9/5): Superb - Very nice room. King bed was comfy and nice clean bathroom. Loved the setup of the shower. Not really anything. Was their for my boyfriends class reunion which was held in the conference area
- Stephen (10/5): - Excellent hotel
- Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional -
- Smith (1/5): My Terrible hotel stay!! - NOTHING! THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS BAD
FROM THE STAFF BEING RUDE, THE ELEVATOR WAS BROKEN, THE PRICE TAG FOR THE ROOM YOU WOULD THINK IT WOULD COME WIT BREAKFAST NOT HAPPENING! BUT HERE IS THE KICKER WHEN I DID GO DOWN AND PAY FOR BREAKFAST THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD!!!!!!!SO NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL IN OHIO!!! There was not a nice thing to say about my stay at this place if you are black.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Room was very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Located near several dining establishments.
- Steve (10/5): Exceptional -
- angela (10/5): - The hotel was nice and clean. All the staff we encounter was very friendly and helpful.
- Katharine (10/5): - Great location, great price! Would definitely stay here again.
- Elaine (7/5): Good -
- Mariah (10/5): Clean friendly and wonderful stay - Location was great. the breakfast was exceptional. Room was clean.
- Edward (9/5): Superb - Very nice Hotel N/A
- Josh (8/5): Very good -
- 952aw35 (8/5): Quick stop - Clean, comfortable and close to what we needed! In town for baseball tournament. Great location for what we needed. Entire facility was clean and staff was very helpful. Tons of seating in the lobby for after the games. Pool was pretty small but most are. Would stay again!
- Christina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mickey (9/5): Superb - The staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms and common area were very clean. We did not use the pool as it looked green and dirty.
- Richard (10/5): Great experience - It was a very pleasant stay.
- Laura (10/5): - Front desk is great, room was a bit dated but clean and serviceable. Breakfast staff was a bit lax…you have to approach them for anything. They do not engage unless you talk to them. So it’s annoying when you have to wait for them to finish chatting before you can ask them a question. Location was great, since we had to be there for diver certification. The gentleman who checked us in (name began with A) was wonderful. He was so professional and personable. Overall great just don’t expect stellar service for breakfast.
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Charles (10/5): - Nice clean and quiet.
- Thomas (10/5): - On site restaurant was good. Good facilities. Did not notice any electric vehicle charging?
- Elizabeth (10/5): Eclipse - Our stay was great, just as expected from the chain. Hotel was sold out and service was still exceptional!
- Cindy (10/5): - Staff was very nice and helpful
- George (9/5): Very good. - Breakfast was not included much to my surprise.
However upon our late arrival their kitchen was still open and we enjoyed a very good bowl of tomato bisque soup and a good cheese tray.
The staff and check in manager were very accommodating. Appeared to be a very well run hotel unlike the Hilton in Locust Grove , Ga. As said before everything was very good. I was disapointed that breakfast was not included.
- CT1555 (10/5): I’m fussy…. This place was excellent! - Front desk staff very friendly…. Pleasant greeting!
Accommodations were updated and pristine.
The dining facility was so convenient. The menu was excellent and our meal was freshly prepared by their chef…. Served till 10 pm
Easy access from 1/75
Highly recommend!
- Bashir (9/5): Enjoyed our stay - Clean
Comfortable beds
Friendly staff
- Taylor (10/5): Great for a short stay, quiet, and accommodating - Very accommodating, clean, fresh hotel. I was here for a conference and all the staff was amazing. The conference room could use some updates on larger screens and fixing the effects of using microphones because it messed with the speakers and caused multiple interruptions.
- Ashlee (7/5): Good - I like the bottle water was free. The pillows were to soft.
- Michelle (10/5): Great Place to Stay - This was the second time I stayed here. Service is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. This is a great hotel and will stay there again if in the area!!
- Julie (9/5): Superb -
- Samantha (10/5): - Clean, welcoming, safe
- Weberpal (6/5): Pleasant -
- R1674HNteresal (2/5): Worst Experience Ever! Will Never Return! - Not friendly or welcoming on check-in. Did not mention that breakfast was an extra charge when I asked when breakfast was served. Gave me the wrong room - I booked a king size bed and was given two doubles; the process to change rooms was ridiculous - the front desk clerk almost locked me out of the room that had my stuff in it when he started to process the room change. After arriving home 6 hours later, I realized I had left my prescription reading glasses at the hotel and called the hotel, the "front desk" clerk (same guy from night before) was extremely unhelpful, almost reluctant to do anything to help until I insisted and the Guest Services representative was even worse. I understand that there is a process that needs to be followed, and that it takes time to do that; but to be told that it may be days before housekeeping even "empties their carts" and turns my missing item into the "Lost and Found" is absolutely ridiculous. Sounds to me like the staff may go shopping in the "lost" items bin before turning things in to the lost and found. The front desk clerk did not even offer to call me back, just told me to call again in the morning. When I insisted that he should be calling me back, he asked for my phone number, but not my name. The whole experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I WILL NEVER stay at this Hilton again. They may be associated with the Hampton Inns, but the Hamptons are MILES ahead of them in all areas - customer service, friendliness of staff and FREE breakfast. It pains my that the Hampton I usually stay at in Findlay was sold out. What an expensive lesson to learn!
