The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety to offer. We didn’t get to go for a swim but will be back for sure!

Owner made sure that everything good and even helped us find an atm. Only complaint was the room got very cold over night. Air worked overtime. Would stay again anytime

Clean, great location and great customer service ...this isn't my first time staying here ... the guy that owns this place is soooo nice friendly and caring he cares about everybody's stay being the best it can be ....and will gladly do anything to make your stay as good as possible .. the rooms are spotless and super comfortable the beds are very plush like and comfy as well ... definitely recommend staying here and the price is Great for the customer service the comfortable rooms and the kindness of the man that owns it ..this definitely will be my spot for as long as i work out in benton . - Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay! - We had a great experience staying at Benton Inn. The room was very comfortable! The bed was plushy and comfortable. The sheets were smooth, soft, and clean. (Not starchy like so many hotels, they also smelled clean without having that hospital smell) We had a mini refrigerator, microwave, and a table with two chairs. The bathroom came stocked with a hand soap dispenser at the sink and body wash and conditioning shampoo dispensers in the shower. These smelled sooooooooo GOOD!!!! The area was quiet and safe. With plenty of parking. There was a grassy area around the Inn where we could walk our dog. Bonus for being dog friendly. The owner was SUPER NICE! He checked on us to see if we needed anything. This is a family owned place. They are working on remodeling the rooms as they get the money. You will be taken care of here. We would stay here again.
- Philip (6/5): - The property is VERY old, with a vaguely Bates Motel vibe on the outside. Our room had a fridge and a TV, both worked fine (no coffee pot or hair dryer). Although most things were old (as well as the decor), they were clean and everything worked - plenty of nice hot water with good pressure. It was a quick one-night stop on the way to view the eclipse that I booked at the last minute, so I couldn't too choosy. Nick, the Property Manager, was very friendly and competent and seemed to run the place well.

- Jason (6/5): - The room was pretty clean, minus all the dead bugs around the window and floor. But my bathroom was nothing like what was advertised. The shower was a literal hole in the wall with a lowered floor to prevent water 'leakage'. Online pictures showed full tub bath. But the bed was comfortable and the staff was super friendly. The electric outlets were all very loose and my cords kept falling out.
- Dann (8/5): Great clean & quiet motel close to shopping and the lake. - The owner was very accommodating and friendly. They live on premises and take care of everything very well. The rooms had LVT flooring and no carpet. The AC was great - no smell as some other motels have. Not that I didn’t like it, but the one thing about our 1 queen bed room was slightly smaller than other places I’ve stayed; however they still had a desk and a nice little area with a fridge and to put luggage out of the way. So it was not bad at all; I point that out because if you want a room with more space, you need to make sure you request it.

Web site said "pet friendly" No mention of charge of $15.95 until check in. Don't stay here unless you want to pay extra for your pets. Questioned the charge and the answer was "we don't put that on the website".

- 103kyranr (2/5): Stay at Your Own Risk!!! - We paid for our room online and had to pay an EXTRA $50 deposit when we signed in. Had we known about that we would've found another place to stay. THEN . . . while we were gone, they snuck into our room! How do I know? Before we left, I went back to ask about the deposit and he said we couldn't get it back. He then pulls out his phone and shows me a picture of a red ash tray and said we smoked in a non-smoking room. Nevermind the fact, for all he knew, we smoked outside and brought in the ashtray so it wouldn't be stolen. Honestly, I don't care about that either way. What I DO care about is that they waited for us to leave and went into our room! There's no "Do Not Disturb" door hanger, btw, so there's that. Bit they didn't make the bed, they didn't take out the trash, and they didn't even give us fresh towels. They ONLY went into our room to snoop around!!! First night we couldn't get the TV to work so on the second day we asked them to come look at it. Now, get this, when he gets to the door he ASKS if he can come in. Really??? You're going to ask to come in but go snoop around without our permission after we keave??? Luckily, we had our valuables with us in the car. Besides that, the picture he showed me was an up close picture of the ashtray. You couldn't tell if that was in our room or the room next door! But, whatever. So unless you want to risk having something potentially stolen and you don't mind losing your hard earned money, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Was not clean, could not use plug ins because it would pop the breaker the breaker box was in another room. So the person staying in the room has to go to another's customers room wake them up to fix it. Hours with out power.
