• Juan (5/5): You guys need to work more about the clean service - To be honest, nothing the room was very dirty i found two cockroach in my room was gross, the bed sheets was dirty with a lot of dogs hair very bad experience i had in this motel i wasnt expecting this kind of dirty room No clean enough Rooms very bad service my experience here was terrible i asked to lady in the front if she would be able to bring me another clean sheets because it was hair everywhere around the sheets in pillows nasty i’m not doing no more resevation in this motel

• Sarah (1/5): - Nothing. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. When checking in it’s a kiosk and not an actual person. They failed to mention a $20 deposit they stated I would get back after checking out. I never received it. The place smells of weed and cigarettes. The hotel room was dirty. The deadbolt was broken, which made me feel very unsafe. The TV remote wouldn’t work and there is no one on the property to help fix it. I was woken up at 2am to a couple fighting and yelling loudly. They began banging on the door that was between our rooms. I tried to call the front desk but there’s no one there. I do not recommend!

Waking up to people yelling and banging on doors and fighting at 3.45am and called the front desk to handle the situation and couldn’t get a hold of staff. Supposed to be a smoke free facility but seems like people don’t abide by that policy.

It’s sad that they can’t even staff a person there. It seemed like nobody actually worked there. Anybody can just walk in or out no one would ever know. Although it was right off the highway, it was difficult to find, it was attached to another hotel, but this one was in the back, poor lighting and not convenient to get to

• Keisha (1/5): I’m considering staying somewhere else on my travel very disappointed and I recommended for my friend to stay there and - The location and I have always enjoyed my stay but the last two stays have been terrible I was there for 6 hrs no television to use the microwave I had to carry the microwave to my nightstand cause of the plugs. Also you can tell my sheets were never changed and my blanket had a big cigarette burn in it ask them to change my bed they stated that housekeeping was gone and that’s not there job but they will give me the sheets to do it myself

• Nick (4/5): Remember that if a deal seems too good to be true, it probably isn’t. - The property is close to a Waffle House. Be aware that if you try to escape the property as early as possible, the Waffle House only opens at 6 AM The surprise video check in. The surprise security deposit, which I am not sure was reimbursed. The lack of paved parking, requiring parking in a dimly lit rough surface spot. The screaming, crying child somewhere on the first floor near check in that made the otherwise annoying video check in more annoying. Not sure guest rooms are on that level so if sound was coming from owners quarters, doubly troubling. The screaming crying child near my 3rd floor room. The fact that the tv reflected a “no signal” message and was thus non-operational. The unclean bathroom sink, where a cleanable ring-shaped stain was left unclean. The two small pieces of some black matter on one of the bed pillows.

I didn't like having to pay 20.00 when I got there for a deposit so they say,I was also lied too about getting it back once I checked out but didn't get it!!! The staff was rude and unprofessional!!! Told me deuces and held up 2 fingers !!!! I will never stay there again nor will I recommend anybody else to stay there!!!
