One staff member on check in was awful but the night staff person was amazing! I paid extra for two queen beds and was given a king bed and small pull out couch. The bathroom door was broken and you could not shut it all the way. It was an expensive hotel then I had to pay extra to park my car.

Fueron muchas cosas en primero llegamos en la madrugada y nos dijeron que cobrarían $40 terminaron por cobrarnos $50 (En hoteles anteriores nunca nos cobran si tienen el cuarto disponible) pero estuvo bien no nos negamos a pagarla.. En segunda el desayuno no tiene nada que ver con lo que ponen en las fotos que publican dejó mucho que desear la vdd..! El personal de cuando llegamos la vdd fue muy feo la vdd ..! Tercera el GPS no se porque te hace entrar por la parte de atrás tardamos en dar al hotel tomando en cuenta que es la primera vez que íbamos y a causa de eso pedimos comida y no dieron con el hotel..! La verdad no se si sería un lugar donde nos volveríamos a hospedar..!

Christine (9/5): Good- what we expected - This is my second time to this property. It is clean and nice. The location is super fun. It has nothing to do with the property, but I did not like having to pay for the parking in the back parking lot that most hotels offer as part of your stay.

Amanda (1/5): Very dissappointed in this hotel- - beds , soft pillows breakfast: smelled and tasted bad, stains on the floors/frames, fire pit would not turn on unless we had our own lighter- staff said this, the tv had a few channels and was dated Dec 31, broken sink / tub fixtures and very low water pressure. The drawers on the dresser stayed open which tell me there is a structual issue.

Mardell (2/5): - They tried giving us a room we did not book. Two queen beds was not what we reserved for our anniversary. The hotel was fully booked and even though we had a receipt showing a king room, they refused to help us. Very rude and unhelpful staff. We spent the next 4 hours driving around looking for another hotel. Everything was booked due to a concert in town. We would definitely not stay here ever again.
