• carlina (4/5): Awful but we had nowhere else to go everything was booked - Not much It was dirty they had mucus on the sheets the rugs in the room were dirty we let the management know and they didn’t care , we found feces in toilet and hair on the sheets , the sheets were dirty with human genitalia liquid stains it was disgusting

• Campos (6/5): - Friendly staff Hallways where hot. 86 degrees on first floor. Ac in my room only kept my room at 80 degrees. Felt better with the windows open but did not feel safe.

• Rey (9/5): very good - very good breakfast.... The shower curtain in the room does not reach the floor. As a result water flows out of the shower into the floor. This make is somewhat dangerous when stepping out of the shower. a person might slip

• Lopez (3/5): - The doors outside wouldn’t close properly and anybody could of gotten in. Some of the windows looked like somebody was picking at them from the outside. The hotel needs better furniture, had a lot of wear and tear.
• Cindy (9/5): Just needed a place to sleep. Breakfast was a bonus. Will stay here again when I need to. - Breakfast selection was great! Bed was comfortable. And the room was very clean. The water pressure could have been better in the shower.

• Gerald (2/5): Would not recommend this hotel. - Breakfast was good. The Tv did not have basic cable channels. The bathroom floor was greasy. The fridge did not work. There is no clock in the room. The desk chair was stained so badly. The back door to enter the building was taped open as it didn't work correctly. No ice maker on my floor.

• Jay (8/5): Relative to other hotels in Odessa, this room was reasonably priced. It is, however, remote. - Room was decent, but not very clean. The a/c was on when I arrived; good to start things off with a cool room The room was dirty. In particular, the carpet, though dark in color, still showed a number of large stains. There were left-over candy wrappers on the wall next to the bed. The sheets on the bed were not properly and tightly tucked in. And the light on the refrigerator was very bight - it lit up the room once all the lights were off sufficient to be bothersome when I was trying to sleep. And finally and importantly, the hotel has no external security cameras anywhere, either outside or inside. In this day and age, that is a travesty. I drive a very expensive automobile; when I parked it, a couple of people staying at the hotel walked over to have a look. Concurrently, they warned me to park it in front of the hotel where there were more lights, as several vehicles had had items stolen from them the night before. They also were the ones that told me about the lack of security cameras.

El desayuno muy sencillo, como en la mayoría de los hoteles de esta categoría. Pero lo que no me gustó fue que no había jugo y otra bebida para beber. Solo cafe y no tampoco me gusta. Por lo demás todo excelente

• Nichole (2/5): Good price, bad experience - The bed was actually comfortable, the location is good. Room was not clean, old food in the fridge, not cleaned when addressed, front desk lady not accommodating, a lot of prostitutes on the property.

• Jazmyne (4/5): Cheap - The location was convenient and the staff were really nice. It’s basically an oilfield hotel. The quality of the rooms were horrible. Patches of drywall slapped over cracked corners and restrooms that look like they’ve been there since WWII. Definitely not worth the amount I paid.

• Josiah (1/5): Very bad. - Breakfast was OK. Waffle machine was broken. We wouldn't have stayed here for that reason alone had we known it wasn't available. They overbooked the hotel and didn't have the room I booked. Which would have been fine had they just called me a few hrs prior to my arrival i could have gotten another hotel. When I arrived i needed the room asap. Refrigerator, and microwave did not work, lighting in bedroom did not work. Exposed wiring in non existant smoke detetor. (Not sure if that's legal to not have one, see image). Bathrooms were dirty. Had alot of womens hair. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. I had to remove the back toilet cover each time I wanted to flush to get the tank floater to fill up the water. I reached out to the manager several times whom was not available. Left my number. They never contacted me. Guess I'll take it up my my CC.

I didn't like this last time we visit due to poor quality of service, the bed sheets had a lot or hairs on them, the lights weren't working in the room, the toilet wasn't functioning properly. Definitely not what we expected, we always stay here to visit family; but dont think ill be coming back.

None of the mirrors had been cleaned, no hand soap (or any kind of soap by the sink), no rolling luggage rack available for guest use, no one at reception desk to welcome hotel guests or to check them in for at least 30 mins (I was sitting Downstairs visiting with family and watched as 3 guests waited for someone to come check them in, get their room keys, etc. I left before someone got there to help them (they called the number on the sign and could hear it ringing in the back). Won't go back to a Baymont.
• Kathleen (3/5): Understaffed. Dirty due to what I assume is forgetting to clean the room. - I’ve always stayed at and liked the Baymont properties before. This one in Odesa was terribly understaffed and I only saw one person at the desk when I checked in. She was competent but attending to a queue of 5-6 people. They forgot to clean our room. The sink was clogged and very dirty. The shower drain was full of black hair. The bathroom floor and carpet were very dirty. Even the tops of the desks were soiled. The little coffee pot in the room had an old, dried out coffee pod in it. As above

• Sarah (1/5): I did not feel welcomed or accommodated. - The breakfast was good. All of the women at this property we’re EXTREMELY rude and loud. I did not feel welcomed. I will not be rebooking at this property. I also booked for a late checkout ($25 extra) and online it says 1pm. But the lady kicked us out at noon and said they don’t do 1pm check out. If that’s the case it shouldn’t say that online because I didn’t have anything packed but we were rudely rushed out the door. For this being a hotel that I paid for I felt more like a bother to the staff.

• Willie (5/5): Less than fair - What I liked, it was quiet at night, location. Coffee was extremely weak and horrible, breakfast was less than fair, it filled a void, no thrills, has to ask for clean towels after the second day otherwise they would not have been replaced, desk chair broken.
