- A1538XDcindyb (2/5): Went down wouslnt recommend. - This hotel has really went down apparently the change in general managers at this hotel has lowered the hotel significantly, They don’t honor diamond member upgrades the general manager Erika won’t even return a phone call of a problem. Marilyn is very rude at front desk. This is quite a shame this use to be a very nice hotel wouldn’t recommend to any one now. They may need to go to the doubletree at the airport in Charleston sc and get the manager there to train the manager and staff at this hotel I hope the owners of this hotel realize the problems here.

- 132imar (2/5): Bad Attitude at Front Desk - We had stayed here before and had a positive experience, so on our return to the area we decided to stay again. Unfortunately, this hotel has changed. As members of the Hilton Honors program we used their app to make our reservation, to check in, and to get a digital key so we wouldn't have to stop at the front desk. Prior to arrival, we got a text inviting us to stop at the front desk for a cookie, so we did. That's where the problems began. Marilyn was working at the front desk. She was extremely rude to us as if we were bothering her. She started to check us in, but we were already checked in with our digital key on our phone and told her so. She had some choice words, so we left the desk and headed to our room only to discover the digital key wouldn't work. Back to see Marilyn for a key card. We asked about fixing the digital key and were told "You can tell Hilton about that". On top of that, the HVAC wasn't working properly. We would never stay at this hotel again. There's also nothing nearby in the way of restaurants or other conveniences.

- Odyssey00699860744 (8/5): Updated by still missing the mark - While this hotel is recently updated they forgot about the bathrooms. Very cramped. Dated and lighting is dark. Beds are very comfortable but pillows too soft. The gym needs attentions. No mirror. Nothing for abs at all. And the scent machine in the corner is so strong it will choke you out. The scent in lobby is overwhelming as well. If you are sensitive to that stuff- beware. Other wise it’s decent

He also reminds guests of safety issues. The overall environment of the hotel is nice, and what's more, parking is free. There is a rather strong smell in the room. The air - conditioner makes a lot of noise, and its control panel isn't user - friendly. The operation instructions aren't clear, which is quite inconvenient.
