- Milda (8/5): Relaxing stay. Great sitting area by the pool - The staff are very nice. Also enjoyed the seating area by the pool side The menu was very small. No desserts and no drinks, so i thought it’s bit too pricey. I went out to eat most of the times, but i would still come back

Brak możliwości korzystania z terminala kart płatniczych MasterCard i Visa choć w ofercie była informacja o możliwości zapłaty za hotel kartą. Restauracja hotelowa to porażka. Nie ma niej dosłownie nic. Brak przyzwoitego gym. Brak w pokoju WiFi które miało być według zapewnień. Sygnał nie dociera do pokoju.

- Emma (1/5): - The lady at the desk ass understanding We didn't end up staying. We were assured that the noise from th bar would be over by ten then they said midnight. It was incredibly loud in the room. There was no one at the bar yet they wouldn't stop it. The room was filthy - I found so many dead insects and the phone was sticky. The bath in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the last people, just products and towels replaced. It was very disappointing, I have stayed in other hotels in abuja that were of a similar price and they were wonderful. I never expected much for the cost but the condition of the room was awful.

Will definitely be back again someday! - Breakfast was fine, service was good, everyone from the Gate Security to the Service Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. I didn’t really spend much time at the Hotel, as I was in & out most of the day, but my overall experience was pretty good. PS: The bathroom (and I’m VERY particular about Hotel bathrooms) was super clean 😊👍🏾!

The access door to the wing where some of the rooms are located is not well secured. Anyone could go in and reception area will not know and that’s somewhat risky.

- Baba-gana (7/5): A place in the heart of a city but feels like a resort. - Staff and the environment are serene and quiet. Is a love place to be, especially when your privacy is true. From my first stay, I enjoyed my stay and never stopped coming because of the excellent ambience and courteous staff reception at the front desk. Rita is super polite and nice The security need to identify their guests from the gate to ensure full security coverage as this will help control people who trail others.

The hotel price is different from what I saw on Booking.com, so I couldn't get the room I booked for. Hence, I had to resolved to a lower standard room.

And they charged me for a different price higher than what's in my reservation with booking.com. I booked for Delux room at a rate of 106USD per night. But on my arrival. They told me that they had some problem with booking.com, and my reservation was not confirmed though I presented the email I received from booking.com. They said the problem was due to flucturating exchange rate and the rate I got from booking.com is not applicable. They had to charge me 118USD per night for Delux room. I accepted the rate with no other choice and I found that I couldn't use my credit card. So I asked my Nigerian colleague to pay the property by Nira via bank transfer. My colleague did so and shared the swift. But the receptionist just wouldn't check me in until her accountant confims the deal, which takes surprisingly long time. We waited for 15 mins and argued with her and had to call the property manager for negotiation. It was absurd! They kept their guest, who had been travelling for 10 hours, waiting at the reception, just to wait for payment! It is just bureaucray! I understand that the poor receptionist had to follow formalities to answer to her boss, but it seems that she forgot that one of her responsibilities is keeping the guest happy! And I was not happy! Besides the above mentioned, I don't think this hotel a good value for money. For 118USD per night, I only got omlette, baked beans, one sausage and toasts. There was no fruit of any kind. And no brewed coffee. It was nescafe they served! And hot shower water went out really fast, it only lasted for two minutes, and then it was barely warm. And the matress was like piece of rock.

- Anna (5/5): Go if you have a lot of patience and a Nigerian bank account - The staff was friendly, the room was cleaned every day, the bed was very comfortable and the food was great for reasonable prices. The room wasnt on the backyard side as expected. I have been charged more money than stated by booking, paid twice and still having a lot of troubles with getting my money back. You could smell the fungus in the bathroom and the room. Long waiting times for getting anything organised. I had to pay in advance for 7nights without even seeing the room first.

- jj (2/5): gimme a break - The hotel was basically ok. What turned out to be extremely annoying was a small incident, but one symbolic of extreme miscommunication between staff and guest. For some reason never revealed the hotel could not access the payment from Expedia. They tried for three days. Finally using my skype phone I spent two hours with the front desk communicating with Expedia until the problem was solved. Two hours time and skype phone money. During the stay I broke a drinking class, and at checkout was charged with the breakage (alleged cost N 500). By the letter of the law, correct. By the spirit? After two hours, skype money... good samaritanship on my part, I found the request for N 500 nothing short of obtuse.
