Important Information

We are excited to inform you that our hotel will be undergoing a renovation of guest rooms. The work will be carried out in phases to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption for our guests. The renovation will be conducted from April 2025 through January 2026, with updates to rooms and halls being completed in sequences to ensure a smooth transition between floors. The hotel will remain fully operational throughout the renovation, with all services continuing without interruption. Renovation work will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, to ensure minimal disruption. Takehisa (3/5): ハイエットの世界基準に達していない、部屋の窓ガラスも汚かったし、掃除のおばさんもコーヒーカップも交換せずにそのままだった。 - 駐車場が内側で安心。スタッフの Mr.Dastanが親切で良かった。シンガポールへの郵便またはDHL手続きをやってくれなかった。仕方がないので自分でDHLへ行ってやった。車に日本から持参した荷物を積んでいたら、空の段ボールを指摘され、ゴミだから持っていってくださいと頼んだら、忙しいからと拒否された。彼は忙しくなかった、その後もズーっと私の作業を見ていた。レストランで昼食にステーキを注文したら、40分間も待たされた、ステーキも美味しくなかった。

Вкусные, сытные завтраки Объективно очень дорого. Скорее всего не выберем больше из за цены. Не увидели супер преимуществ за такую стоимость. Мы приходили на завтрак к 9.00-10.00. К этому времени овощи, сыр, мясо были уже заветренными, вялыми.

The food was delicious, housekeeping was timely, and the front desk was extremely helpful in the navigation of any issues. Dmitry (7/5): Необходимо полностью реновиолвать отель. - Большая благодарность девушке на ресепшен Айжане, помогла разобраться на местности, любезно предоставила необходимую информацию, очень быстро отреагировала на все наши просьбы. Ресторан в отеле по интерьеру напоминает ушедшие 80-е, персонал работает слабо, заказали свежевыжатый сок, получили его спустя 15 мин все осекшийся, правда в качестве комплимента за счет бара принесли в конце завтрака еще один, что тоже приятно.

codybP9740IL (2/5): Worst 5 star hotel experience of my life. No AC, unhelpful front desk. Unbelievable for a Hyatt standard. - FIND ANYWHERE ELSE, HOT ROOMS WITH NO AC. Unbelievably miserable experience at the Hyatt Bishkek. Extremely outdated rooms, and no working air conditioning (A/C) unit in any of the rooms. Called front desk at 10pm after long day of travel and just having finished dinner to let them now my AC wasn't working. They assured me they will contact their "engineers" and have some be sent to check on it. 45 minutes goes by, sweating in the room so I give the front desk a call back, to which they answered "Our engineer came and said everything was working fine". Shocker to me because nobody ever knocked or checked the AC in my room at all. I ask again if they can send somebody, so they tell me "Okay, we will change your AC to your desired temperature in the system". Another 45 minutes goes by, still not working so I give front desk another call, to which they answer "You know you can change the AC temperature manually by yourself right?". Taken aback, I told assured them I understood how to change the temperature on an AC unit, so they sent another "engineer" to once again check the AC and also bring a portable AC unit. Engineer comes, does the exact same thing I did to change the temperature and assures me to just wait for it to get colder. An hour passes, room temperature is still hot and has not budget at all, so I give reception another call. A new receptionist answers, and I have to go through the whole process of explaining that I understand how to change the temperature on the AC, and that an "engineer" already came to check as well and it is still not working. The engineer comes back, once again does the same thing and tells me to wait. I wait until 1 AM until I've had enough, call reception to ask for a room change, to which they thankfully swiftly relocate. In my new room, I set the AC once more to 18 degrees and wait an hour for the room to get colder. Low and behold, the room does not change temperature at all. I raise my arm to the AC vent and once again it is simply blowing air like a fan would, nothing cold. I call front desk once more, it is now 2:30 AM by the way with a 10AM flight the next morning, and they tell me they can set the temperature from their desk. I tell them the whole experience I've already just been through (Since it is a new receptionist), so she tells me she'll send another engineer and a portable AC. She also doesn't hesitate to remind me to "Just open the window". A valid point, but not one when you consider the Hyatt as labelling themselves with prestige and being an "acclaimed" 5-star hotel. When I pose the question "Is the whole hotel AC system broken?", the receptionist answers "Maybe, it is an old AC system." A bewildering statement for a '5-star hotel' and one that embraces the Hyatt name. Definitely the worst, most unorganized, uncomfortable, and frustrating 5-star hotel experience I've had in my life, and would recommend people visiting Bishkek to look for literally any other accommodation. After spending a week in yurts and guest houses in the Kyrgyz mountains, I thought staying at the Hyatt would be a nice treat, but am now surprised that the Hyatt was undoubtedly by far the worst experience out of them all. In all honesty, I would've preferred to simply hear it wasn't working form the beginning, so I could simply rebook and move to another accommodation before the clock struct 2:30AM and I'm laying in a pool of sweat.

The staff members are what set this hotel apart from the rest. The front desk staff really went out of their way to make sure our stay exceeded our expectations.

Рената (10/5): Отличный отель с высоким уровнем сервиса, вкусными завтраками и комфортными номерами – рекомендую для поездок в Бишкек! - Мне очень понравился теплый прием и высокий уровень сервиса. Персонал был невероятно доброжелательным и внимательным, особенно администраторы на ресепшене. Номера просторные, чистые, с комфортными кроватями. Завтрак разнообразный и очень вкусный – особенно понравился свежий кофе и выбор блюд. Атмосфера в отеле располагает к отдыху, а местоположение удобное для прогулок по городу. Все было на высшем уровне, никаких недостатков для себя не нашла.

sorop (10/5): Comfortable Five Day Stay - Large comfortable room and beds. Prompt attention to needs—room service, laundry pickup and delivery. Great view of the mountains! Breakfast a little disappointing with no hot eggs except special order. Loved coffee machine! No place for me to plug in a curling iron with a mirror to do my hair!

Заветренная рыба и колбаса это конечно……, сыр был нарезан наверно на прошлой неделе, весь был покрыт каплями не знаю жира или влаги. Ну короче при виде всей этой еды аппетит уходил. Ну раз вы Hyatt ну соответствуйте ему! Съездите посмотрите как в Hyatt обстоят дела в др странах. Неужели не стыдно предлагать своим гостям такое обслуживание?
