• Vergerio (6/5): Desilusionados - La alberca No andaba el aire acondicionado de la cocina, no andaba el ventilador de techo del balcón, el aire acondicionado de la habitación andaba mal, hacía tanto ruido que no pudimos usarlo de noche, chorreaba agua. El baño estaba lleno de agua detrás del inodoro. Había un solo vaso rajado, un solo tenedor, no habían cucharitas de café, no habíauna cafetera que nos comentaron iba a haber. En la cocina no había mesa y sillas, sólo una especie de sillón doble de plástico y una mesa ratona, por lo que tuvimos que comer en la habitación en una mesita un poco más alta y sentados en la cama porque aunque con un ruido tremendo del aire, era el único lugar fresco mientras lo soportábamos encendido. La alberca abre a las 9 y no había a quien pedirle toallas ya que nos dijeron que no podíamos usar las de la habitación. Pagamos por la habitación más cara con cocina y balcón con vista al mar y cuando pedimos cambio de habitación porque nada funcionaba bien, nos ofrecieron una muy chiquita sin vista, cuyo valor era inferior a lo que pagamos, diciendo que estaba todo ocupado, mientras una persona del hotel nos comentó ese mismo día que no habían pasajeros y habían habitaciones libres. Al pagar en el hotel nos cobraron un importe diferente al que figuraba en el mail de booking. Lamentable porque el edificio es bueno pero el mantenimiento y la voluntad de algunos empleados no acompañan.

• Manuel (8/5): Muy a gusto y económico!!! - Tienen una alberca grande con un pequeño jardín muy bonita pero el acceso es por el exterior. Cuentan con A/C que se agradece con el calor de por allá. Muy buena presión del agua en el baño. La ubicación tiene un pro y un contra, aunque parece alejada del centro en realidad no lo está, son apenas 2 o 3 cuadras pero está en una pendiente arriba, como en una loma, pensé que me cansaría mucho pero la verdad es que no porque la distancia es engañosa, es corta, además hay partes donde el terrero no está tan inclinado. Por otra parte, en el centro suele haber mucho ruido de bares con música muy alta y aquí es donde viene el PRO, a pesar de la distancia que menciono que no es mucha... ya llegando al lugar NO SE ESCUCHA NADA del ruido del centro, es increíble por lo que puedes descansar completamente tranquilo. El PRECIO!! super accesible. Detalles mínimos que no afectaron la instancia, por ejemplo podrían remodelar un poco con azulejos mas bonitos, reemplazar llaves del agua viejas u oxicadadas, mejorar la ubicacion de los contactos de luz, etc.

• Esthela Mtz (5/5): No solucionaron detalles en nuestra estancia - La ubicación y la alberca Reservamos 3 habitaciones, las 3 tenían daños en el drenaje, se inundaba al bañarse, en dos habitaciones los aires acondicionados no funcionaron, no enfriaban y uno goteaba y caía justo en la cama, les hicimos saber al personal y debido a que no había nadie no se pudo solucionar, eran las 8:30 p.m. pero justo en ese momento querían que movieramos el vehículo porque le estorbaba al dueño, siendo que al reservar hicimos saber que llevábamos coche y dijeron que sí había lugar donde dejarlo. En un baño matamos un alacrán... el señor de mantenimiento nos ayudó a la mañana siguiente con uno de los aires y fue amable... la recepcionista amable.

C'est tellement facile de se déplacer à partir de cet endroit j'y retournerais n'importe quand. Les piscines n'étaient pas propre et l'air climatisé coulait dans notre chambre.

• Carla (6/5): Great location and pleasant stay - Cheap and close to town and the staff staff were lovely. Property was a bit dated. The air conditioner leaked and dripped on you while in bed.
• Roberta (3/5): Run down room needed repairs, but cozy and comfy - Mosaic tiles were nice in bathroom. Patio and tiles were nice where we ate all our meals. Antonio carried up arm chairs for us, as I couldn’t climb up the tall chairs. I was the oldest person staying there on top of what the Uber driver called Gringo Hill. Hotel is ion a steep cobblestone street. I wrote the hotel many times asking about our room selection . The answer was the same that the accommodations were unavailable until check in . At check in we were given a room . We didn’t get a huge patio with with a vista. We had no windows just a small screen facing a concrete wall a foot away. We had 1 forty watt ceiling light in living room , none in kitchen. Couldn’t use mini fridge freezer as it was totally full of old frost. To reach our apartment we had 47 steps after climbing 37 concrete stair and a cobblestone hilly road, past Yolanda’s Polla stand followed by further cobblestone climb to Villas Vista Suites . I was in boot camp . I am almost 79 and my husband 76. On 2 days we had no water Most people staying here are Canadian . One day the AC dripped water down the email into my open suitcase. My husband’s suitcase fit in the closet. Our room stated Pool View which was the smaller of 2 poois, I heated and indoors. The other pool was up the cobblestone road thru a gate. There was a bathroom down about 12 stairs behind the pool, You needed to walk past a urinal to the toilet which didn’t have a seat and I had to bring my own toilet paper. It was green inside. The 5 staff members are really nice but no one speaks English. You need at least 1 bilingual employee who speaks and reads English not thru Phone Translator. Pipe under our kitchen sink rusted and was replaced, Living AC is disabled to use . Anna Jasmine cleaned for us We washed to see the Villa for the month of March in 2027 as there are only about 5 stairs and it has a pool next to big pool. And has 1 king bed. Lux at desk didn’t understand that we can’t do all those stairs again. We told her we want to book the Villa for 1 month March1- March 31 in 2027 please .

• Soto Moreno (10/5): - La relación del lugar y el precio es la mejor, es muy amable el personal ,sobre todo don Toño siempre dando recomendaciones de establecimientos con precios accesibles, la ubicación es muy buena. Solo un detalle que en realidad no es culpa del hotel, al llegar al lugar y ser primera vez la aplicación Google Maps me mando por la carretera que va a Punta de Mita y esta te obliga a tomar una subida extremadamente inclinada, lo cual es muy peligroso para vehículos que no son 4X4, recomiendo ampliamente entrar por la calle principal y al esta a la altura de la plaza, esta entrada mucho mas accesible.

Staff is amazing though. - I liked that it was close to town and the staff was so nice Bit of a catfishy property, the beds were soooo uncomfortable and the door to my bedroom didn’t close, looked like it was kicked in. The rooms were big, the kitchen was useful, we did cook many meals. The pool was nice too, in a separate building. The AC worked well, the shower had very nice hot water. The fridge leaked, it was old and the door couldn’t close properly… But that’s a minor thing. Overall would stay again and the suite was really nice!!!

• FABIOLA DENISE (5/5): normal con detalles - Es una habitación amigable, tienes refri, micro y el tamaño es aceptable Al llegar hay un teléfono que te indica que marques para que te den acceso pero estuve 15 minutos intentando que me contestaran sin éxito hasta que una persona me dejo pasar y pude ir a recepción por mi llave, durante toda mi estancia 5 días nunca fueron a realizar la limpieza de la habitación, el refri no cerraba bien

• susan (9/5): It is not fancy, we were very happy & will stay again - We had an outer deck with table & chairs plus hammock. Super spot to relax. We overlooked the city. The larger pool was beautiful. Great breeze. Very Mexican place, (meaning kind, thoughtful & helpful) and when a problem arose with Booking.com not reserving the extra night we had added and paid for, the owner & manager at hotel went out of their way to make other arrangements for us, in spite of the inconvenience caused by our not packing up prior to new guests arrival. Once we explained they quickly found us a place for the night, they then moved us and our belongings to now location. We loved the place, constructive criticism is that kitchen was quite sparse (no coffee pot, few utensils) but we made good use of it and appreciated being able to eat in and make fresh fruit smoothies in blender provided.

• Nathalie (6/5): Be prepared to walk up the hill! Great outdoor space and excellent pool area. Super noisy. - We enjoyed the outdoor space, it’s massive! The pool area is really wonderful and the staff gave great service. Thank you Antonio! The cleanliness of the room was subpar and the bed is extremely hard. The room is run down and could use more indoor seating; there wasn’t anywhere to sit as they had a day bed set up in the main living space. The music and blaring horn sounds went into the early morning hours. Bring earplugs.

• Tom (4/5): The website/booking .com hid the truth and they should be ashamed. - There was no breakfast, no cafeteria either as indicated on the site. They did make coffee every morning which was nice. We were excited to rent the Queen Room. When we were taken up to the room on arrival two other quests popped out of an adjacent bedroom into what we thought was our kitchen/ dining/deck area. Nope, we apparently were to share the common area, our jaws dropped. Unbelievable, it was a Hostel ! Sleep did not come easy that night. Next morning we realized the room was non-cancellable so we were stuck with the lies and had to put up with the situation. The 2 other rooms luckily had pleasant guests staying for short stays. Be aware the very steep climb to the hotel from town and then the many steps to the room are taxing to say the least. (We are very active early 70 year olds, thought we'd get used to the climb, not even after 3 weeks). We left a week early and of course did not get any credit. Antonio was a lovely man who helped when he could, best part of the stay, the pool was pretty good too except for the water. Some of the rooms were private. (The rating we gave of 4 is out of 10)
• John (9/5): - The room C3-1 was clean, spacious and I found the firm bed very comfortable. The AC was very cold and I loved it. The accommodation is a super value. Not a lot of extras. No beach towels, or chairs or umbrella. Soap and shampoo provided. Plenty of clean towels. The water pressure gets the job done but don't expect massage type pressure. Ceiling fans throughout keep things comfortable. Great value for people on a budget. Great space for one or two people. I would stay here again. More balcony furniture would be great.

• Miriam (6/5): Bien situé mais très vieillot - L’emplacement était bien situé pour se promener à pied. Belle grandeur de piscine mais avec une brouillée blanche. Manque de vaisselle, pas de table ou chaise pour manger alors il faut utiliser le coin du lit pour manger pour les chambres standard avec cuisine et pas de balcon non plus pour y manger.

• annick (9/5): Très beau séjour , nous y retournerons - Nous avions un grand appartement une chambre avec piscine privée pour 4 personnes, grande terrasse. L’emplacement est parfait : en hauteur pour la vue, à quelques centaines de mètres de l’animation du village mais nous étions peu dérangés par le bruit. L’équipement de la cuisine aurait pu être un peu plus propre. Il n’y avait pas de linge de vaisselle. Sinon rien à dire .

It was not a Jr. Suite and tt overlooked a children's pool in the lobby. I am sure it is the very worst room in the hotel! We could not upgrade because we booked it through booking.com .. You should be ashamed for your description of that room. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE YOUR SERVICE !
