• John (1/5): Hotel was total disappointment - The location was nice. That’s why we gave it a chance. As soon as we entered the room it was clear someone had smoked in the room a lot. The smell was strong. They sprayed the curtains with air freshener but that only covered the smoke smell. Second the aircon did not work as soon as we got in the room. They worked on it a couple minutes and said just give it time. It never got the room anywhere near cold. Next the safe did not work they had to come reset the password so it could be used. Last straw was the bath towels smelled so bad we didn’t even want to use them to dry off. We spent a total of about 4 hours then packed our bags and left the hotel. Hotel basically said too bad we are not giving your money back for the 4 additional nights we had booked.

Previously I have stayed in a similar room with a modern samsung TV. This time an old Panasonic which cannot screen mirror so disappointed.

• Nigel (7/5): Needs and upgrade - Ladies on reception and the bar staff were polite. The pool. Too small and indoors kills it. They need a rooftop pool. The shower had no hotwater and virtually no pressure for 3 days in a row. They offer you a welcome drink on arrival but for 2 days they ran out of tequilia and would not change to vodka or gin - Manager's orders, so only coffee was available.

• Cary (4/5): Rooms were okay, but service was bad. - Location was close to entertainment and restaurants One of the 6 rooms I reserved had strong odor from smoking. Staff offered much smaller room as replacement. Room would not work for one adult and three children. Property had adjoining rooms available but refused to move my two daughters with 6 children to those rooms staying they couldn’t move them because I made my reservations through 3rd party. Tried to give 3 rooms for the two adjoining rooms but told no because it would be an upgrade, even though the rooms I wanted to trade cost more than the adjoining rooms. Doesn’t make sense that they could change rooms for their convenience but not for ours. Also, no elevator in older part of building, carrying bags up and down stairs was not fun.

Doors closer not working proper its too heavy to handle and heavy noise while cloaing the door. bottom of the door more space and passage light entering inside gap and spoils darkness of the room.

• Verified traveler (8/5): My Stay - Valentino's is a nice hotel, I had the balcony room which added a special touch. I really liked the fact that the cut off time to have your room cleaned was 6pm. The only thing I did not like about my stay was the construction noise from the building next door.

• KM (10/5): - 事前にクラーク空港までのサービスカーをメールで依頼した際の反応もよく、きちんと手配をしてくれた。ホテル内はエレベーターがないが、それほど気にはならないと思う。以前に宿泊した時よりも、細かい設備、例えばシャワーノズルなど、改善されていた気がする。スタッフも感じは良いので、またアンヘレスに行く時は宿泊候補とする。

• Verified traveler (10/5): Professional staff, great stay - I booked the standard room which are all at the back of the hotel overlooking a huge construction project in progress. Thankfully it was most hand tools being used, just hammer and chisels against concrete, no jack hammers or tile saws just yet. As a former hotel mgr. I have a habit of inconspicuously placing tiny dots with a pen on the very corner of the bed sheets. After several days of the same dots, the manager was advised sheets were not being changed, and I got fresh sheets like clockwork thereafter. Squeaky clean. For 3 days the aircon poured water onto a table, I came home finally to see the a/c disassembled and an upgraded room change was made. With the generator engine just outside the window, almost a deja vu of the last hotel, I was SO happy the generator was never on during my extended stay. For sure, pay the extra for a balcony room on the front, king bed, not queen as in standard room, and bigger flat screen as well. The lobby air con was a water fall and failed, making use of the lobby computer station a sweltering misery. Computer just would not connect for more than a few minutes after sundown! Also antivirus program expired with lots of security warnings and prompts. Request a second floor balcony room AWAY from the stairs, as with no elevator drunken guests coming home in the wee hours on the stairs is no fun. If you go to sleep for the night, and the ceiling lights are still on, you are not going crazy. Confirmed with staff that unscrewing bulbs does it.
• Jimmy YH (8/5): Will considered to return - The room is ok for two person. The air-con, toilet fitting, furniture, door lock are old. Probably require some services or replacement. Location is fine, away from the noise and traffic. Friendly staffs. There is construction going on just next door to this building. Fortunately I wasn't disturbed by it.
• gary (8/5): Great location no frills place - Good stay close to night life and restos I stayed here because the place I usually stay was full. No lift. No pool. Friendly staff , no frills place. Will use again as an alternate if other not avail. Not bad for the money.
