- Gil (2/5): - The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, I would barely give it 2 stars. The hotel is extremely dirty and more of a hostel look then a " 4 star hotel". The sheets are dirty, the walls have stains all over, the bathroom looks disgusting. We had to leave due to a lack of hygiene maintained by this hotel. The front desk was not looking to accommodate or offer any alternatives.I would stay far away as there are much better hotels in the area!

- Dana (8/5): Nice place - Overall good. At checkin, it was very noisy and the host didn't give the usual introduction info like bewakfast times, wifi code etc. I had to ask specifically. Also i called to ask foe help to put away the sodabed and no one arrived. I called hours later and again, no one arrived.

- David (4/5): NO PARKING!!!! - First... there is NO PARKING. The hotel advertises free parking, however it has only 30 parking spaces in which half are reserved for employees. We had to pay 60 shekels a day in a parking lot in front of the hotel. Second... the pool is very small and they put some kind of protection on the border that looks like you are going inside a “pool prison”. The rooms are renew and the cleaning was good. Breakfast was ok, the normal international breakfast. Anyway, this a hotel that you should stay only if you like a lot of people together, kids running for everywhere, families smoking in all places, teenagers smoking hashishi and drinking around pool. And of course loud music all the time.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Nightmare - The second day of my stay was a complete disaster. The hotel was setting up for a concert right outside my room in the early morning. Towards the afternoon the were doing sound checks with blasting music. At night a full concert was going on until 1 am to the point were my room was vibrating. This is unacceptable!

The children club was unprofessional and the responsible didn't do anything with the kids and the food was not fresh (in the second day better but still). The staff easn't too nice, the gave service but we dodn't feel they happy to serve the guests in the hotel.

- Artiyom (6/5): Невкусно!!!! - Третий раз отдыхаем в эйлате, и впервые такая невкусная еда(( было неплохо только на ужин в шабат! отель конечно никак не тянет на 4звезды, пошарпанный, мебель и туалет-ванная все ооочень скромненькое, троечка всего лишь! Хотя фотографии на сайтах отличные. Уборку в номерах не делают! Только по запросу, мы на третий день попросили убрать в номере и оказалось что нашего номера нет в списках на этот день, убирают только после отъезда (((

- Verified traveler (2/5): - I will never go back there. They don’t have housekeeping on Saturday And they didn’t say anything about it before. The ice machine got broken and instead of giving me ice from the dining room they sent me to buy at the store. And the worse part is the workers there have no manners one of them open my room door without even knocking while my girlfriend got dressed up. And instead of say sorry and leave he start asking questions while I pushed him out and close the door on him. I will not return to this hotel and none of my friends.

- Barbara (8/5): - Ligging hotel is prima. Goed zwembad ook. Let wel op bij boeken voor meer mensen. Hotel biedt slaapbank gewoon aan aan 2 persoonsbed. Na zoeken op drie twee persoonskapers deed hotel een aanbod wat bij aankomst bleek een soort appartement te zijn met 2 slaapkamers en in de kleine woonkamer een slaapbank. Voor 6 personen ook maar 1 wc en doucht. Beetje behelpen.... we boekten aldaar een extra 2 persoonskamer erbij. Wij kregen daarop wel iets korting op die kamer...

If you want newest furniture and Western luxuries, you will pay much much more. The staff was great, the housekeeping was very fine. Huge, full breakfast buffet included. I highly recommend this place.
- Ilana (2/5): COCKROACH INFESTED!! - I was horrified by this hotels cleanliness! We have found 7 cockroaches in our room! some still alive! When i approached the hotel they said they couldn't do anything about it because we were staying in the room! So we vacationed with big nasty cockroaches the entire stay! It was very disappointing, and defiantly not worth the money! on the second day of the stay, they had to close down the boating area because one of the workers got sick and didn't have a replacement, so we didn't get to enjoy that either. the room service was a disappointment as well, we asked for towels we never received, several times! The bathroom was a disaster! the tiles were broken, the sewer was open, and pieces were missing from the shower head. overall DISAPPOINTING to say the least!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Lack of Communication - We booked the Astral Palma Hotel 3 weeks before our vacation and when we arrived at the airport in Eilat we took a taxi to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we saw it was closed and under construction. We were left standing there with all our suitcases not knowing what to do. We had to call another taxi who took us to Astral Nirvana, but when we arrived there they told us they will put us up at a different hotel Astral Maris. It was a very disappointing experience that put a damper on our vacation. The hotel never bothered to let us know that they will be closed under construction. We were stranded and had to scramble to figure out what to do. We had to pay for a taxi to take us to 3 different hotels.
- Ruth (2/5): un vrai cauchemar, je le déconseille - Arrivée à l'hotel, le receptioniste me demande d'ajouter 135 dollars de plus pour mon fils de 6 ans pour les 3 nuits, car la chambre ne peut accueillir que 2 personnes, alors que je suis accompagné de 2 garçons de 6 et 7 ans. Je voyage un peu partout, c'est la première fois que je rencontre des personnes incompréhensibles qui ne pensent qu'à se faire de l'argent sur les dos des touristes. J'avais deja payé à l'avance, accompagnée des enfants, je n'avais pas d'autres choix. L'Etat vétuste du mobilier et de la salle de bain ne justifie pas le cout exorbitant que j'ai payé Petit déjeuner basique Mon fils a retrouvé un gobelet en plastique dans la piscine. Le deuxième jour, notre chambre et salle de bain n'ont pas été nettoyés du tout L'hotel a besoin d'une rénovation pour être une vrai hotel 4 étoiles. La vision de cet hotel est à revoir

Check in took 15 minutes Towels weren't clean and had holes Breakfast - disaster , everything was uneatable The pool - ok The location - walking distance to the sea, very close to shopping mall TV - one didn't work, the second one had awful quality After midnight was music in full volume for at least one hour, we couldn't sleep

- Cate (6/5): Bounced three times - We booked our family into the Astral Marina. One week before leaving we were told we had been moved to the Astral Village because of renovations. When we arrived were informed that this too was undergoing renovations. We were taken to their basic original hotel with much lower grade facilities and location. We felt short changed so they gave us free meal vouchers which was better than nothing. However, it was a fairly big disappointment. When one travels half way across the world expecting something good and end up with something schlocky, it's just not great.
