• Delosreyes (7/5): We love our stay, the place is spacious exp the lobby - room was nice and just right for us.. breakfast was good and keep it up "buffet" pool is good We just had a little discomfort of the parking afraid that the brach/es of the tree might fall to our car and it be damaged

• Marite (9/5): - It gave away an old collonial building vibe in a good way- spacious, solid wood floors and stairs, embroidered bed spreads. We stayed there just one night, but we do enjoyed it. Not that we didn’t like it-just to be avare, that hotel is on the outskirt of everything. Have to take a grab to get anywhere.

Despite being a PWD with two minors, mngt ignored my request for a lower floor and placed us on the far end 3rd floor. The room is clean, but when you open the door it was unclean, ac is hot, the heater was broken, and water pressure was weak. swimming pool was dirty. Unaccommodating and poorly maintained hotel.

• Michael (4/5): Once my family and I adjusted to the room situation, our stay of nine days was more that I expected. - The staffs were excellent. Assisting in every need or request that I or my family had. In my observations with the staffs, they are hard workers, always moving either cleaning, maintenance work or assisting customers. My family and I would like to thank you all. Keep up the excellent work that you all do. The photos need to be updated. Being six foot plus in height, the comfort room (CR) was very challenging.
• Tovsen (4/5): Dirty hotel - Staff was accommodating. Free shuttle to the airport. The receptionist suggested a very nice restaurant for dinner "BalinSaSayaw" on the water, we were impressed. Good food. Good ambiance. The lobby as we entered with first impression was dirty. No elevator. The stairs to our room (3rd floor) was filthy as if it hasn't been cleaned for weeks. There were only two small pillows, we asked for extra pillows and we were charged P100 each additional pillow. The bathroom was very small, enough for one small person like me. The dining room was dirty as well, no one attending to clean the floors. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

Hicimos la excursión de las luciérnagas que nos ofrecieron en el hotel y fue todo perfecto. Personal amable. Nos pusieron arroz, pollo y verduras para desayunar, de cosas de desayuno un poco escueto pero bueno. No nos pusieron toallas en la habitación, pero las pedimos y no hubo problema. El baño es bastante malo, no tenía jabón ni gel, no había presión de agua, no había agua caliente y se salía todo por el baño. La pila deja mucho que desear.

• Anonymous (1/5): Not happy. Won’t be coming back - Nothing at all! The room is filthy! They didn’t clean the toilet, floor and walls. It was very smelly, and there was no hot shower. The soap dispenser didn’t work. There were no towels at all—no bath towels, floor towels, or hand towels. I killed one large cockroach, and there were plenty of ants crawling around. There were bamboo clothes hangers outside the room, and when I hung my clothes there, a hornet started flying around and bit me. We had to request clean bed sheets because the ones provided had plenty of stains. The swimming pool was very dirty—we saw other guests cleaning the pool themselves before using it.

• Denise (4/5): If you’re looking for a hotel/inn to stay at, better check the others. This is definitely not worth every penny. I s - Great service. Accommodating staff The facilities look worn and old. The pool wasn’t cleaned properly. But what I hated the most was the room — it smelled sooooooo bad 🤢🤮 Kinda hate the fact that the housekeepers are probably aware but they aren’t doing anything about it. There were no towels or rugs when we arrived. The sheets weren’t clean — they felt itchy and super uncomfortable, like insects were crawling under our skin.

• Nerissa (7/5): Good - We were not able to get our breakfast because we check out early. As for the pool, we were not able to use it since we just booked for one night stay. The room is ok for the price. Clean bed, although the door of the rest room cannot be locked. I didn't expect a lot since this stay is just a stop over. Although it would be helpful if there is a refrigerator in the room since I like drinking cold water. Although there are water dispenser around.

• Nancy (4/5): Below average. The place is getting very run down & although staff at front desk are nice & helpful the rooms ar - Free airport shuttle. Room was not clean, floors had long black hair on then, walls had bug smears all over them by the bed, curtains in room 203 were full of holes. Restaurant not open so only food available was by ordering some sort of take out delivery which takes over an hour & arrived cold! Stay only if you have to. Pool only had three chairs so no place to sit by the pool which had room for many more chairs.

Establishments and food places are like 10-15minutes away. There's sari-sari store tho and carinderia around the area.

Not really a fan of having veggie dish for breakfast. Breakfast is very spartan. i.e. 1 choice of juice, one choice of bread.

• Jennifer (10/5): Marianne Hotel is one of the best decision we had during our vacation! - I love everything about our stay at the Marianne Hotel. The room is clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I also like that this hotel offers free hotel transfers. None at all. Everything was great!
• Nate (9/5): Great value for money - The airport shuttle was quick and easy. Willing to assist as we landed early way before check in. Could leave luggage at the reception and explore El Nido. Breakfast was basic but hits the spot. Allowed us to check in about 30mins early. The recepion arranged our transfer to El Nido as well. Awesome awesome service Not much to fault. Of anything the hot water was not very hot but more luke warm. But not an issue.
• Catarina (7/5): Stay in Puerto Princesa - The staff was super friendly and helped us in our needs during our stay. The hotel is a little far from the center, you will need a motorbike or a tuktuk to move around. The room are in need of a renovation

Our flight landed at 11:30pm. We checked in around 12:30am. The overnight shift guy was not that welcoming. No towels were provide in room. The next night we asked for ear buds but there was no response from him. Everyone was helping and nice except him.
