Steve (1/5): Failure to honor a confirmed reservation - I confirmed a reservation at Booking.com for a queen room. Later, the hotel refused to honor the reservation. They said they had no queen rooms available. I coordinated with the hotel and Booking.com. The only solution offered was another room,(king) at a higher price. I reused to pay more as I don't need a king room. I had to start the reservation process over at another hotel. Now I'll have to monitor the cancelation carefully to make sure the promised refund if done. What an unnecessary waste if my time. This was all done as I tried to enjoy my day in a national park with little internet/ cellular service. I estimate two miserable hours of phone tag. Failure to coordinate between the hotel and booking.com. Their failure to honor a paid, confirmed reservation was dumped on me to resolve.

Tamara (7/5): We enjoyed the games, the comfort of our room and having friends hosts/staff! We did not care for the pool and hot t - The room was clean, nice, and the bed were comfortable! The staff were super nice. We stayed here on our family vacation with a child, so we stayed a few nights and had interacted with 3 different staff members throughout our stay. Our child enjoyed the playground at the hotel. We drove over 10 hours through the night and they allowed us to check in early to get some rest before we adventured the area. The heating source in the room was a bit irritating to try and work with. We tried to turn the heat on whenever arriving, figured it needed time to process the switch over and actually turn on, we took a long nap and whenever we woke up we realized it was not on still (about 5 hours later). The girl working the office was phenomenal (wish i had gotten her name!!) and got maintenance to come fix it, however once they got it on it was like on non-stop and full blast. We just opened the windows whenever we felt it was too hot in the room for us / then close the windows back when it was cooler. The hot tub was dirty. I thought it was inside but it is outdoors, like built into a patio deck. it is nice but maybe a cover at night and a nightly cleaning would help. The inside pool was also dirty. We could visibly see chunks of hair floating in the water while walking by to look at the hot tub.

Patricia (2/5): Room heater did not work. Unacceptable! - Run was clean with good working microwave and fridge. The heat did not work, and it was only 11 degrees that night. They did not bring in a professional to fix because it was late night. They brought me small space heaters and a blanket. After I I'm plotted in the heaters the to power went off in my room. They fixed it, but didn't fix the main heater. I froze half the night, then I was able to get the main heater to come on very early morning. But then it over heated the room, and would not lower temperature or for off. I've asked for a refund but they have not complied.

Only hitch was for whatever reason there was some sort of issue with their reservation system, but once I showed the person working the desk my receipt from Trip Advisor, she went above and beyond to correct the situation and among other things gave us a free upgrade to their sister property next door which turned out to be a suite. Is it possible to give 6 stars on service alone? Everything was very clean and in good repair in the suite and I absolutely LOVE that they have quiet hours since I am a lite sleeper and rent hotel rooms to sleep in not to party. We will definitely be back the next time we want to spend a night in Estes Park and will definitely check out all of the great amenities the property offers .

My UV flashlight revealed nothing in our specific room which is a HUGE plus! Speaks to the cleanliness of the linens, carpets, walls. The curtains let in too much light, and I could hear every door open/close, to include the cars outside.

The indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, ice machine, and laundry facility are in the adjoining hotel and a separate building past that. It’s a bit chilling to walk outside a bit after relaxing in the pool or jacuzzi.

If you bump the air conditioner cord it makes a beeping sound so I don't know that it actually works but we came in the winter so we didn't need it. There are zero places to set things down. There's a chair and a nightstand. The squeaking noises. The size.

Jennifer (7/5): Worth a short stay. Bring earplugs! - Lovely view, close to city center. S’mores! Incredibly kind staff. Spiders in the room! Breakfast was meh. You can hear people in the rooms next to you. Hotel guests are put into side by side rooms instead of spreading them out.
Alexander (9/5): Great stay for the price - Great staff, location, internet, coziness. My window had no lock or screen. If I’d noticed sooner I would’ve requested to change rooms. Turning my fan up to a high speed causes it to shake violently and turn off and back on every 10ish seconds. I imagine a wire is shorting.

Mandasari (10/5): VERY RECOMMENDED! - It has an outdoor jacuzzi! perfect! The staff is very friendly, informing us about which can drive us to Bear Lake. Thanks! It aslo has nice breakfast :) Almost none! Just a bit disappointed because the shuttle bus is not operating during this season. It's frustrating to get around without a car.

Dawson (5/5): - The location and staff were good We didn't have proper tv and werent able to watch channels in it and we also didn't have proper heating in the room and it was very cold when we asked the staff to increase the heat they did something but was not so effective and even the tv was not working well

Dalia (8/5): Comfortable stay close to the park - We had a beautiful cabin that was very comfortable for my friend and I to have our own rooms and the little kitchen The take away snacks all had peanuts, Which was disappointing because they were all different kinds of snacks.
Everhart (10/5): - Great location to shops and Rocky mountain national park. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was so nice,clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
Victoria (8/5): Very cute mountain stay. - Good continental breakfast. They had warm egg bites and waffles along with cereal, breads, yogurt, and juice. The indoor pool was heated and the hot tub was nice. They also had smores available each evening. The tap water did not taste great but there was filtered water in the public rooms. The beds were a little hard and there was a strange humming sound all the time.
