- Juliele (10/5): Conforto e bons momentos - Adoramos ficar nesse hotel, o café da manhã era espetacular, a vista do hotel maravilhosa. A área da piscina, spa e sauna também eram lindos. Tivemos bons momentos para descansar nele após os passeios. O único inconveniente é que ele é longe do centro, porém, conseguimos utilizar o transporte que o hotel fornecia sem custo. Gostamos da experiência de nos hospedarmos nele, o hotel oferece muitas atividades fizemos a trilha que ele disponibiliza de graça e gostamos bastante. Voltaríamos sem dúvida!

My only suggestion would be for the chef to enhance the vegan options. Breakfast and other meals are quite limited for vegans, and the dishes I tried, like the soup and salad with tofu, lacked flavor. Vegan doesn’t mean we don’t want delicious food! With some attention to this, the dining experience could match the excellence of the rest of the property.

Las vistas y alrededores de sueño. Nos quedamos con ganas de tomar la clase de tiro al arco pero ese día estuvo suspendida. Algunas partes del edificio necesitan un poco de pintura y mantenimiento pero el lugar es extraordinario.

- Dianne (10/5): Excellent Hotel - The hotel is just completing a total refurbishment and everywhere was clean and fresh and tastefully decorated. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially reception staff, who booked us a trip to the National Park that exactly met our preferences. The restaurant was excellent - we enjoyed the high quality food and the wines that were recommended were superb. The hotel is out of the town which makes it very quiet and it has stunning views over Ushuaia and towards Chile. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We also enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. Restaurant is very good as well as the breakfast buffet and location + views are really great.

- GUSTAVO (8/5): Muito boa opção, linda vista da cidade de Ushuaia - Nos hospedamos no Las Hayas por 06 dias, muito agradável. Linda vista da cidade, pois o hotel fica localizado no alto de uma montanha. Distante aproximadamente 10 minutos do Centro de Ushuaia, mas o hotel oferece serviço de transfer gratuito para o Centro, onde os horários funcionam precisamente. Todo o staff muito atencioso, café da manhã excelente e a piscina aquecida a noite atendia perfeitamente as crianças. Enfim, experiência muito agradável. Recomendamos.
- MARCELO (6/5): Não recomendo - Não gostei. Acho que a ARGENTINA deve sériamente rever as classificações dos seus hotéis pois estão no geral ULTRAPASSADAS e iludem os compradores. Em 2013 eu e minha familia haviamos ido a Ushuaia e ficado no Los Acebos, e olhavamos os Las Hayas e pensavamos na proxima vez. Pois bem ela chegou em 2018. As surpresas foram já no arranque. Ao chegar as 20h, ninguem para ajudar no lobby nem na entrada. Hotel parecia às moscas e somente um funcionário na recepção que fica NO PRIMEIRO ANDAR. Além disso, o térreo onde entramos estava em obras e permaneceu em obras durante nossa estadia, com pessoal, material, solda, barulho para lá e para cá. O hotel é VELHO. Tem 25 anos. E com ele, toda as mobilias dos quartos são antiquadas e gastas. O pior foi durante os tres dias de neve continuos em que ABANDONARAM o proprio estacionamento à nossa sorte. Ou seja, com muito custo retiravamos os carros e já não conseguiamos por de volta, tendo que deixar em local afastado. No resumo como disse no inicio, a ARGENTINA peca na classificação dos hotéis. Jamais o classificaria como 5 estrelas. Como muito, um 4, pela condição em que está....

Quando chegamos o primeiro piso passava por reforma o que nos deixou apreensivos até fazermos o Check in no segundo numa recepção excelente. A surpresa foi nossa suite ! Enorme , linda e cheia de mimos deliciosos ! Uma garrafa de vinho Saint. Félicien nos esperava como brinde de boas vindas , alem de deliciosos chocolates recebidos todos os dias ! Limpeza impecável ! No alto da montanha tem uma vista maravilhosa ! Café da manha excelente com serviço também impecável ! Traslados gratuitos para o centro da cidade várias vezes ao dia , de ida e de volta. SIMPLESMENTE FANTÁTICO !

E precisam melhorar a cortina do quarto que o blackout deixa a luz entrar e deixa o quarto claro mesmo de noite.
- Denise (8/5): Hotel ok - O Hotel é bom, um pouco antigo me pareceu, inclusive, estar sendo remodelado. Quartos bem amplos e demais ambientes bem agradáveis. Dois pontos a melhorar: 1 - serviço de transfer cujos horários são espaçados demais e o hóspede acaba utilizando o serviço de taxi e 2 - internet. No quarto é bem lenta!

- Olexiy (10/5): La estadía en ushuaia - llegamos a las 5.30 am. No tenia mucho tiempo para mirar como estaba el hotel, lo único queríamos dormir. El hotel esta en general muy bien con buena vista desde la ventana. El desayuno en general bien.

- Sol (10/5): Exelente!! - Exelente estadía en el hotel. Muy lindas habitaciones con buena calefacción y buen baño. Camas grandes y almohadas cómodas. El personal muy amable y a disposición en todo momento. Fui con niños que jugaron en el cuarto de juegos y la pasaron muy bien. Ambiente familiar. Las recomendaciones que me hicieron para actividades o restaurantes fueron muy acertadas y siempre tuvimos un buen momento. Dentro y fuera del hotel. Fuimos a esquiar 3 días y es para destacar el lodge que el hotel tiene en el cerro. Aunque no es muy grande, es calentito te ofrecen bebidas calientes y cosas para comer. Ideal para esperar la trafic para volver al hotel. Lo mejor el desayuno. Gran variedad y productos de calidad. Aunque esta un poco alejado del centro sin dudas es la mejor ubicación para descansar y ver los paisajes de ushuaia. El centro tiene horarios de pueblo y de 14 a 16 está todo cerrado. El servicio de traslado hotel-centro-hotel bueno. Siempre tuvo lugares para ir y volver. Lo súper recomiendo!! Volvimos todos muy felices.

- Sérgio (8/5): Muito bom hotel de montanha. - Hotel muito bom, localização privilegiada, porém aconselho estar com carro próprio devido à distancia do centro. A vista do hotel é espetacular e o atendimento, principalmente do pessoal do bar e do restaurante é ótimo.

- Flavia (10/5): - O Hotel é uma delicia. O staff é muito atencioso, bem diferente do Hotel ao lado que é do mesmo grupo e os funcionários são muito mal educados. A paisagem é incrível. O que deixa muito a desejar é o café da manha, para um hotel 5 estrelas, pois os pratos são exatamente os mesmos todos os dias. A única coisa que compensa é a beleza do espaço do café da manha. Piscina, spa e massagens top!! Restaurante esperava um pouco mais, as porções são muito pequenas. Mas a experiência como um todo é realmente inesquecível. Vale a pena conhecer.;

- Flavia (10/5): Great hotel with great services and food - The size and conditions of the room were very good. Staff is very kind. Food is great. There is a shuttle service to/from downtown that is very good and on time. I fully recomend it. When I come cack to Ushuaia I will definetely consider staying there again.
- Bruno (8/5): Excelente hotel. - O hotel fica afastado do centro, mas conta com transfer gratuito em determinados horários. Fica na era de montanha, um lugar muito agradável, o que fez valer a pena a distancia do centro. O restaurante e excelente, talvez o melhor da cidade. O spa e area da piscina são excelentes. Funcionários atenciosos.

- Fabio (8/5): Family trip - Great choice to go with children, great view, service was great at restaurant and reception. Hotel has play room for kids and kids activities. Whatever wasn't working well they were very fast to repair and fix. Restaurant was also really good, didn't have to go out for dinner, I stayed 7 nights there.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Hotel aconchegante - Hotel aconchegante, com uma excelente infraestrutura, a equipe muito prestativa. Na minha estada a piscina e parte do spa estava em reforma, mas mesmo assim as outras áreas estavam boas.

- com criança (8/5): Hotel muito próximo ao cerro Glacial - Hotel muito tranquilo e agradável , única dificuldade que pode haver é que fica um pouco longe do centro necessitando do uso da Van do hotel ( saída a cada 2 horas em Junho ) ou táxi ./ equipe muito atenciosa / /oferecem uma trilha com guia para explorar área ao redor do hotel e mais algumas atividades com criança ( checar horários no quadro na recepção ).

El único inconveniente fue que al llegar nos informaron que la pileta y la zona de jacuzzi estaban en mantenimiento. Me hubiese gustado saberlo antes y así elegía otro hotel. Pocos horarios de transfer hacia el hotel/centro.
- Susana (8/5): - Muy lindo hotel. Justo estaban haciendo algunas refacciones y pasaron situaciones como estar sin agua o que saliera muy oscura o lugares con poco mantenimiento, cosas entendibles pero tratándose de un 5 estrellas le restaba puntos al lugar.

Llegamos para la primera intensa nevada, asique vimos ambos paisajes. Instalaciones muy cómodas. Muy buen sommier con excelente ropa de cama. Desayuno fabuloso. Soñado el jacuzzi mientras veíamos nevar.El personal sumamente atencioso. En resumen; totalmente recomendable.

- Hector (10/5): Great View, close to the forest. - I was 5 days, the hotel has a great view over the bay and the islands of Chile. It is in the middle of the forest, where you can start your trekking. Has a very fun class of archery!!! Very nice teachers.

- Hadar (10/5): Great place to celebrate and get comfort... - The hotel was great, service - excellent, the rooms are big and renewed, the breakfast is very good and varied in argentinian standards. The hotel is far from the city, but it has shuttle (6 times a day), to and from the city center. We celebrated the end of our honeymoon trip, and we recommend it very much !

- Saydra (8/5): - The hotel needs to increase their shuttle service, particularly at the end of the night. We arrived for the final shuttle of the night 15 minutes early, and were turned away because it was full, thus having to take an unplanned taxi on our last night with little cash left on hand.
