• Lucy (3/5): Avoid at all costs. - Beds were well made. Had a disagreement with Raj over security bond. He invents his own 'fees' that areny damage related in order to steal bonds. Mine was 500. No damage whatsoever even took our own rubbish out. Ive never been mocked and treated so rudely by anyone before ever. It was absurd, and all the while several people came to reception claiming things had been stolen from their room. He even called the police who pointed out he needed to understand the legal requirements regarding bonds and contracts and receipts as I wasnt able to get a receipt of even paying the bond until the police asked him for me. I cannot stress how horrible this stay was in so many ways.

Nothing was too much trouble, and any request was handled quickly with great attention to detail. Their kindness and excellent service made the stay feel very welcoming. • CanuckAlberta (10/5): Great stay at Bailey's - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bailey's this week. In a great location walkable to everything the CBD of Perth has to offer. Very friendly front desk staff and they are currently in the process of renovating all the suites. Our 5th floor suites was beautiful with a large SE facing deck. Unit was spacious with full kitchen and washer dryer. Secured parking is available for a fee. My only complaints would be there are no TV channels available and the top floor gym is also in need of a renovation as all the equipment is very tired and the rowing machine and stationary bike did not work. Highly recommend Bailey's to anyone visiting Perth.

Loved having indoor outdoor choices with spacious balcony area to soak up the East Perth vibe and well presented clean rooms for a quiet retreat. While our visit was a short stay over the weekend, the apartment had kitchen and laundry amenities suitable for a budget friendly longer stay. Our arrival time was later than expected and our request for additional linen was happily accommodated by the welcoming, friendly staff. We really appreciated the secure covered off street parking as it took the worry out of finding a spot nearby and the car was nice and cool for our day trips . Highly recommended central location within easy walking distance of most city attractions. Thank you for hosting us for a wonderful weekend.

• Melanie (8/5): Did the job and friendly staff - Good stay. The room was clean, good A/C, comfortable bed. Good location for what we required. The downside is also location😢 Due to proximity to Wellington Square, you can hear noise from fighting also police presence due to anti-social behaviour.

I contacted Baileys directly and liaised with Raj and our whole experience was excellent. We got in slightly earlier, high floor as requested and excellent customer service. Even helped us with baggage from car. All staff lovely and friendly and nothing too much. Great apartment and lovely balcony. We will return.

Despite being in a busy and active part of the city, it was quiet and well insulated from sound outside and the staff are polite and helpful. I stayed with my rabbit and she was very happy for the veranda. The view across the city is great. Thanks to Raj, Sheree and the cleaning staff. We'd definitely choose to stay here again.

My Wife was my caregiver and she could access shops, parks and restaurants within walking distance. All in all the best place I could have been, thank you. Nothing absolutely perfect.

• Guest (10/5): Much appreciated - We loved the service from the staff, from first contact to arrival, to simple process too add on a night last minute, accomadations were made and with a smoke in every interaction. The beds were really comfy, the pressure in shower great. A great space to spend time with my beloved and meet up with friends and family near by. Ticked all our boxes, couch was comfy but too small for me and my partner to lay out and cuddle up with a movie but didn’t matter cause there was an additional tv in bedroom. Perfect location close to conveniences and cbd, short uber from airport etc yet also very quiet environment around us. I thought apartment had dryer with washing machine but I could have been reading the wrong room description. There wasn’t anything to complain about really.

Very good location to walk, use free buses or get to the station. It is also less than 20 minutes from the airport by Uber. The staff are all very helpful. The property is clean and has everything needed for a short stay. Nothing!

• James (10/5): First class apartments and staff. - Relatively quiet area of Perth, clean and well appointed apartments, great for a stay with all the facilities of home. Staff were exceptional and always very helpful. Perfect location for cricket stadia and CBD, great links with free CAT bus network into town.

We had stayed at Bailey's before but not for a few years and, if anything, the apartments were better than before. A hand towel would have been good. More cutlery as only 2 sets were provided so it meant washing up more than we would have wished. Some of the kitchen items needed replacing. The can opener didn't work properly and one of the saucepans had been burnt but a previous guest but not replaced.

The studio room was smaller than expected but still clean and functional. The 1 bedroom apartment we moved to was way bigger than expected and had everything we needed to relax with ease.

• Michelle (10/5): I highly recommend Bailey’s apartments for accommodation in Perth if you need the CBD as well as the crown complex and t - The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had to arrive after hours due to plane delays, and one of the staff members stayed back to greet us. All the staff were very helpful and lovely to speak to. We also really enjoyed the location, being a good walking distance through quiet suburban streets and bushland and Park to our two venues across the river. The apartment was extremely comfortable and very clean.
• ASTROLAND (10/5): - Nice place, spacious and comfortable, so close to Perth CBD riding free buses. We also had a pleasant stay thanks to the helpful manager. A little expensive to our liking, but that’s a general trend in Australia these days

There was an exceptional attention to detail AND the air conditioners had been cleaned. Nothing. There was even a live pot plant thriving in the unit.

• Z2580JOdenises (10/5): Specious appartement and friendly staff - The appartement is so specious, great for families, big kitchen, big balcony, big living area. But what made our stay special was the staff. Morning and afternoon receptionists were so kind, polite, helpful, friendly, they were really wanting to help us in any way they could. Very different experience than another hotel we stayed nearby.
