Dårlig information om receptions åbningstider , personalet sagde en ting og der stod noget andet på opsatte skilte. Restaurant der stod der var åben til kl. 21 , vi kom kl. 20 og følte lidt vi skulle sluge vores mad, da de gjorde op mærksomme på flere gange de lukket kl. 21 . Kl. 20.15 komme de og spurgt om vi ønsket kaffe , for de var ved at kaffe maskinen ned.

Kayla (8/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with fans, a toaster oven, and a mini fridge. The balcony offered a view of the lake and mountains. The location was very cute. The restaurant was fairly priced, and the food was good.

Lucy (6/5): - Kamer was netjes en bed was goed. Personeel had het te druk met het restaurant en weinig tijd voor hotelgasten. Waardoor er fouten werden gemaakt: sleutel van een hotelkamer meegeven, die al bezet was. Dan sta je raar te kijken dat er iemand in zijn onderbroek opendoet......

Jeanique (10/5): - Fantastisch verblijf gehad! Alles was super schoon en het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben ons zelfs geholpen met het boeken van een ander hotel voor onze terugreis. De bedden lagen heerlijk en de locatie is prachtig en makkelijk bereikbaar. Zowel ideaal voor een tussenstop als voor meerdere nachten. Het ontbijt was ook erg goed verzorgd. Zeker een aanrader!

simon (8/5): - Hôtel très bien placé à côté du lac. Lit confortable, chambre propre. Chambre un peu sombre, en rez-de-chaussée avec le passage des autres clients devant les fenêtres qui jettent un œil pour certains. Un bruit de fond continu difficilement explicable toute la nuit.

Das Apartment war sauber, hell, gemütlich und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Terrasse war herrlich mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und den See.. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Restaurant! Es ist wunderschön eingerichtet, das Personal ist hervorragend und das Essen köstlich und ansprechend angerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren so freundlich, dass ich sogar meinen eigenen Kuchen mitbringen durfte, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern! Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Sandra für ihre Herzlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit! Vielen Dank an alle, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.!❤️ Alles war Perfekt!

Antonio (10/5): Soggiorno a Fussen - Appartamento grande, pulito, caldo in ottima zona davanti al lago, peccato per il brutto tempo Piccoli problemi poco importanti ma li segnalo per far modo alla struttura di recuperare: il led della specchiera in bagno non funzionante, la mancanza del sapone per mani (segnalato subito all’arrivo ma senza esito) e la dotazione di stoviglie scarsa ( non c’erano piatti fondi e un pentolino piccolo scaldalatte)

Only positive things to say for this little hotel.

Sabrina (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung in der Nebensaison! - Toller Ausblick auf den See, super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, Tiefgarage vorhanden und Hunde waren herzlich willkommen. Günstiges Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl. Der Aufpreis für den Hund ist relativ hoch gegenüber des Zimmerpreises. Leider war das Obst beim Frühstück teilweise verdorben.

Jean (10/5): Wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft mit Sicht auf die Berge - Unser Zimmer im Hotel hatte noch eine Küche, welche uns erlaubt hat gewisse Mahlzeiten selber zu kochen, wobei die notwendigen Küchenutensilien vorhanden waren. Ansonsten lohnt es sich im Restaurant vom Hotel zu essen mit einem ausgiebigen Frühstück und italienischer Küche. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, es war ruhig und das Zimmer hatte alles, wo man braucht. Wir können es gerne weiter empfehlen. Nichts zu bemerken, was nicht gepasst hätte.

Urs (7/5): Schöner Ausblick auf den See - Die Lage und der Ausblick auf den See waren sehr schön. Der kleine Balkon lud zum Verweilen ein. Die Matratzen waren bequem. Das Badezimmer war relativ neu mit Fußbodenheizung. Das Frühstück war dem Preis entsprechend angemessen. Der Kaffee war gut. Das weibliche Personal war super freundlich, die beiden Damen waren super nett. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Denise, die uns im Restaurant mit großer Freundlichkeit, kompetenter Beratung und ausgezeichnetem Service überzeugt hat. Die Kopfkissen waren eine absolute Zumutung – kaum Füllung und komplett schlabberig. Solche Kissen gehören sofort entsorgt. Es ist völlig inakzeptabel, Gästen derart verbrauchtes Bettzeug anzubieten. Wir hatten noch nie solche schlechten Kissen. An guten Schlaf war nicht zu denken, trotz dass das Bett eigentlich bequem war.Im Zimmer befindet sich auch leider keine richtige Heizung. Wir haben es uns mit dem Radiator der im Zimmer stand gemütlich gemacht. Die Möbel waren leider auch sehr abgewohnt.
