Jumping pillow deflated - half the playground couldn’t access The cabins weren’t very thoroughly cleaned at all. - bugs - dust - dirt etc bunk beds mattresses were hard as. The shower leaks all over the floor and mid way taking showers it goes freezing cold -

- Michelle (5/5): I recently stayed at Discovery Park Robe and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with our experience. When I made - It has an indoor pool and some activities for the kids. When I made the booking, the photos were quite misleading. It appeared that the cabin was beachfront and had a front deck, which was a big factor in my decision to book. However, the cabin we were given was far from the beach, very small, and quite old.

- Sarah (3/5): Total disappointment. Would never go back. - Not much. Property wording was misleading. Waterfront does not mean a water view. You get a view of the carpark and road. Coffee can was up next to our bedrooms so definitely no sleep and kids playing on boat right next to our room too! Bathroom was the size of a toilet and no dishwasher. No wifi! Was told to just hot spot my phone. Nothing they could do about it as I was told. Complete disappointment all round.

Water tasted disgusting I paid that price in Ballarat and had an unsuited and bigger area newer with kettle toaster teabags etc

- Catherine (10/5): Magnificent. ❤️ - The property was great, it has what the family needs example of the swimming pool, park for the kids and of course the magnificent beach is close by and the local shop. There is nothing I can think of that I didn’t like about the property. It’s just perfect.
- Sarah (1/5): Terrible! Would never go back! - Not much. Deluxe waterfront was not a water view. Loop hole there on the wording! Our view was a road and carpark. No ocean that’s for sure! Wifi didn’t work. When I asked about it I was told to just hot spot my phone as to many people at the park were trying to use it. Not good enough! If you advertise wifi then make sure you have a network to support the amount of people staying! I raised it again with reception and was told “look, I wish I had a magic fix but I don’t”! Bathroom was the size of a toilet room. Toilet seat was the wrong seat for toilet and the rim was exposed. For a deluxe cabin it should have had a dishwasher. It was a complete waste of money. Would never go back and would not recommend anyone going there, more so wasting your money on a so called deluxe waterfront cabin which it is definitely neither! Coffee cart was at our bedroom windows. Great to get a 6am wake up call of banging and people talking while kids played on the boat next to the coffee cart. Entire park was over crowded. Photos online were noting like real life. Total disappointment.

- Amy (8/5): - Seriously impressive playground facilities! Then to top it all of, a games room and swimming pool? Dream place for kiddos. Easy access to everything, and we really appreciated the text message warning us about garbage trucks moving around the park. Access to the beach was fab. Our shower had a dirty floor, like the cleaner had possibly stuck their feet in there and then forgot to clean it afterwards! The bunk beds also looked like they had been made during a hurricane... even the kids were like "whoa, that's messy" hahaha... quite a few dead bugs on the top bunks (which were not made up, as we were only using the two bottom bunks).
