The unit is large but somewhat old in furnishing. Things looks dull. I had to cancel a night and switch to another cause of the water issue. Managed to get refund. It managed by a decent group.

• NOGUCHI (10/5): お部屋が広くてビックリ！！　立地も最高☆ - 入り口は以前口コミにかいてあったようにわかりませんでした(笑)。守衛さんが地元の人に電話をかりてかけてくれて、担当の方が迎えに来てくれました＾＾　ただ、お部屋に入ってビックリ！！　最初は香港の重慶マンションのような感じかと思ったら、なんと３つのベッドルームに２つのバスルーム！！　リビングもダイニングもキッチンも広く、この部屋全てが私たちのものだと聞いたときには本当に感激しました！！　日替わりでベッドルームを選んで寝て、贅沢な気持ちになりました☆ わたしと主人と９歳の息子で宿泊しましたが、息子が大喜びでたくさんかくれんぼをして遊びました☆　洗濯機も冷蔵庫も、食器も全部揃っていて便利！！　プールも広くて、シャワーもありました！！ すぐ目の前は、ショッピングモール。美味しいお料理屋さんや、コンビニもすぐ。２４時間空いている地元の複合施設も真裏。街を楽しむのに本当に便利な場所です。 スタッフさんも親切で、チェックアウトの日に荷物を預かってくださって、パッキングも丁寧にやらせてくださいました。Wi-Fiに疎い私の為に、連絡を取る方法も一生懸命に考えてくれました。来年ハネムーンで日本にいらっしゃるとのことで、是非日本で良い思い出をつくっていってほしいです♡　大変お世話になりました！！ またコタキナバルへ行く際には、絶対に利用したいです！！ テレマカシー♡

• YOUNG JOON (10/5): - 시내 중심에 있어 여러모로 편리합니다. 좀 오래된 아파트 형태로 현지인들이 생활하기도 하고, 또 숙박시설로 이용되는 것 같습니다. 카톡으로 메세지 보내서 요청하면 굉장히 빠르게 또 친절하게 대응해 주고, 체크아웃 후, 짐도 맡아주고 직원들도 친절합니다. 단 리셉션이 별도 없이 옆 동의 한채를 쓰고 있어서, 리조트 도착 후, 유선연락을 해야 합니다. 대체적으로 만족합니다.
• NG (6/5): Not a Pleasant Stay - The apartment is a bit run down. Firstly, the floor is very dusty and we need to mop the floor after we settle down our luggage. Secondly, there was only 1 lift was working throughout our stay, and we need to wait 10 to 15 mins for our turn to take the lift up and down. The worst part was the water pump which served to our block was keep tripping and caused us have difficulty to take bath after our long day journey. Even though the apartment owner reacted immediately once received our complaint, but they still can't do much on that because it was very much depended on the building maintenance team. In short, it was not a pleasant stay for us...........

• Suzana (10/5): Hard Rock Cafe - The hotel is just opposite the mall and we enjoyed our time at Hard Rock Café KK till it close. An evening stroll to the Philippine market will make you drool to the abundance of great seafood and local delicacies besides getting a good bargain of handicrafts.
• JUNO (8/5): 오래된 한국형 콘도 - 좀 오래된 거 빼고는 괜찮았습니다. KEY 전달 받는 부분에서 불편한 comment들이 많아 출발전 메일을 보내더니 카톡으로 연락이 오더라구요. 카톡으로 도착후 연락해서 숙소에 도착하자마자 문제없이 잘 전달 받았습니다. 우리나라 좀 오래된 콘도라고 보시면 됩니다. 숙소에서 밥을 해 먹을 수도 있구요 불편할 건 없습니다. 가격 대비 나쁘지 않습니다. 바로 길 건너편에 슈퍼들과 쇼핑몰(쇼핑몰에 한국 마사지 샵 있음)이 있구, 나이트마켓이 걸어서 5분거리에 있는데 많은 관광객들이 버스로 옵니다. 여기 숙소가 마사지, 식사, 나이트 마켓등등 주변 시설 이용하는데 편리해서 좋습니다. 리조트와 같이 숙소안에서 오랜 시간 머물고 즐길 수 있는 곳은 아니구 가볍게 하루/이틀 지내기에 가격대비 괜찮습니다
• Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient location, good service&lovely apartment - The over all condition of the condo is not attractive at all. The car park, corridor and walls were dark and dirty. Pleasantly surprised our apartment was tastefully furnished and well eqquiped. The only down side is the very poor water pressure which made taking a shower a long and weary process. However it may be due to water disruption and construction going on. Bath mats would be an added plus.
• chi kin ken (6/5): - 客房很大和整潔，但是房間對出是馬路，車輛很嘈，住了五晚沒有一晚可以睡到五個小時，如果要去市中心食午餐和晚餐都要行十五至二十分鐘先可以到食店，每日都行是有點累，優點是多少住就很便宜和有泳池可以游泳。
• Jackson (8/5): Very convenient location - This hotel is located in very convenient place, it's like the center of Kota Kinabalu. You can go everywhere on foot or by taxi. Everything is close to this hotel. Moreover, there were a big living, kitchen, two shower rooms, and three rooms so it was like a very nice apartment. You can also contact with clerks by using SNS so its really convenient as well. It's highly recommended to stay in this hotel when you visit Kota Kinabalu!

• Ymanakas (8/5): 住む、という感覚で滞在できます - ホテルだと思うと、ちょっと足りない点もあるかもしれないですね。サービスアパートメントです。部屋に電話もないし、タオル交換は毎日来ますが、お掃除は基本、ありません。5泊中1回でした。でも、キッチンがあり、部屋も広く、洗濯機もあるので、家族で過ごすにはホテルよりも快適でした。近所の屋台で買った果物やおつまみで朝食も夕食もまかなえます。屋台で買った魚のフリッターがおいしかった！ナイトバザールも海沿いの屋台街も、徒歩で10分以内です。 立地も申し分ありません。裏ので出口から、コンビニもショッピングモールもすぐに行くことができます。徒歩3分です。タクシーがいつもホテルの前でたむろしているので、外出に不便もありません。 長期滞在の日本人もいるようですよ。 設備については、日本のホテルに慣れている方は、ちょっと・・・かもしれません。バスタブは錆びが少々、カップやグラスもピカピカではありません。値段を考えれば、私はあまり気になりませんが。
• Mohamed (8/5): Huge, spacious rooms! - Ideal location for my party of 10 people. There was even more beds than necessary! Only downside was there no safe to keep our valuables; this was a problem as there was no reception with safe deposit box facilities either. Other than that, I highly recommend it.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - It was ok. Used to come to KK like 4 or 5 times in a year. One problem is keep calling the owner about problems on aircondition in the living room, how to operate the water dispenser, no pots and pans. Cleaner came in to get rubbish everyday but did not do any sweeping.
• Carl (8/5): Good for large families. - This stay reminded me a lot of a vacation rental by owner. The three bedroom apartment we had was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It's not a luxury resort experience by any means, but if you're looking for a place to experience upper-middle class Malaysian life, then this is a good fit. The apartment could easily house up to eight people. The apartment we were in needed some upgrades as one of the showers was pretty non functional. The traffic and airplane noise is bad, recommend earplugs if you are bothered by noise. The big pool was often under repair, but given the amount of use it received, I can see why they needed it to be well maintained. It's very easy to catch a taxi to Jesselton point to catch a boat to the nearby islands, and the Centre Point shopping mall has good shopping. Eat at any Secret Recipe in the area for safe food and awesome carrot cake! Avoid the roti prata or any buffet style dining as the food is not kept warm enough to avoid some interesting bacteria... word to the wise. Fresh fruit is great, recommend papayas with fresh lime juice for a yummy tropical breakfast. The housekeeping service was great, garbage removed daily and fresh towels/linens upon request. The elevator doors close super quickly and with great vigor, so watch your fingers and if you have a large party boarding, make sure someone gets in and holds the door! Overall, I'd stay here again.
• Jamiyah (4/5): Cancelled booking - My booking was confirned by Expedia but the collaborators for the hotel called to cancel the booking because of no rooms available due to double booking on their side. This should not have happened and no rooms available should be refrelected on Expedia website. Unreliable information.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good - The hospitality was good, in fact when we ask for last minute parking lot arrangement (though they 1 parking but we need extra) at about 10pm, they still accommodate to our request, despite of little hiccups but all good. Room was nice and location was great, a huge thumbs up for location wise.

• Khng (8/5): Great short stay - The apartment is a great place to stay in especially after a long hike on Mount Kinabalu. It has its basics that one would require. But contacting the person in charge becomes a cost problem when you do not have a local contact number overseas. The receptionist are not responsible for the stay and would charge you to contact the person in charge. But overall is still a good experience.
