- Douglas (3/5): - The value for the high cost of the rooms was very poor. The sheets did not fit the bed and kept coming off. The room was not cleaned or straightened in a timely manner While much less expensive hotels offer breakfast for free, a very basic meal was 50.00 at the Starbucks on site. The staff was friendly but the value very poor.
- robert (10/5): if i travel this way again, i would stay here again. - super comfortable bed. good bar/restaurant layout/design. ample and free car parking very close to entrance. well equiped gym with a quality bike for serious cyclists. great staff attitude! nice bathroom too. coffee in room was no good, powdered creamer is not on. a minimum should be coffee pods of quality branded coffee AND long life UHT milk, if not refrigerated real milk. i am from Australia and unfortunately the USA has an overseas reputation for dreadfully low coffee standards, so it is not personally just directed at this marriott. For instance 2 weeks ago i stayed at a marriott in Melb Australia and the room coffee facilities were far far better and consistent with all around Australia through various motel brands.

I did not fear for my vehicle parked outside, and felt confident it was safe. Staff is always present in the lobby and always greet you when leaving or entering The hotel places a hold for the entire stay on a single card you give them when checking in, make sure to have the balance available on one card(for hold), even if you plan to split the payment with two when checking out. Had to Changed the card I was planning to use.

- Devonne (10/5): - At first the experience I had was terrible the man working 1st shift was incredibly rude and unwilling to help me when i asked about an early check in. He wasn't able to remotely help me with my request of an early check-in so I left and when I came back second shift had to take it over and I have to say that guy on second shift was incredible super friendly super nice always willing to help you out to the best of his ability hands down the only reason why I would ever go back there because of that man.

- Robert (6/5): Overpriced but Average Hotel - This hotel seems to be completely overpriced -- the rooms and the restaurant. I mean, $22 for an Old Fashion cocktail. Seriously?! I live in NYC and don't pay that much. I guess if they can get away with it, what can you do? But there is nothing special about this expensive hotel. Find one nearby at a lower price and you'll be just as comfortable, I'm sure.

The room was spacious, the temperature in the room was easy to control and the room was cold, as we prefer. The improvement can be made in the bar “porch” area. The man informed us that we couldn’t order anything because the bar closed in a half hour, and there was a person mopping the kitchen. He asked us to move to the actual bar instead of the table sine we weren’t being served anything. The next evening he said he couldn’t take cash because he didn’t set up his drawer, and didn’t realize that it was 4:30, and time to open. I didn’t like that I had no options for food during the afternoon, aside from overpriced pantry items, and there was no microwave in the room.

The rooms are clean and decorated with modern furniture. The gym is clean and has plenty of equipment (all of which works!) and isn’t too cramped. There is a little indoor pool if you have kiddos who want to splash around. And the staff is helpful and pleasant with check-in and check-out.

- David (5/5): Average comfort at inflated prices. - Proximity to my activity. That’s the only reason we stay there. Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the showers all look the same, and the descriptive type is small, and in a super-non-contrasting color. What psychotic person designed this? It’s a very transactional hotel. The first thing you see in the room is a $6 bottle of water that you can get for $2 elsewhere, with a huge price tag on it. The walls are thin. You can hear people through the walls.

Stay here with work every couple of months. Really like the modern style of the hotel. Hotel is very clean - that is a huge thing for me. Staff at reception are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes I ask for a room with a tub (as I've back issues that niggle & a hot soak helps after a long day)....reception always tries to accommodate me in my request. Food in bar/restaurant is good. Hotel has a lot of corporate client staying as its close to some major companies. Works really well for both business & leisure travellers. Lots of parking. Easy access to Lansdale and road networks too. Big coffee chain and pharmacy chain are within walking distance. I like this hotel for my US-PA business travels!

Someone came up to the room and he heard it. He said he had no idea what it was and would tell the maintenance man monday morrning. This was Sunday morning. Very disappointing... such a nice hotel...

- Tracy (8/5): Weekend Wedding - Wedding. Multiple wedding parties and guests over weekend, which they seemed expert at accommodating. Friendly staff, great service & comfort. The morning breakfast was good, but very slow…1-2 meals at a time. Evening restaurant & bar was good. Pool was small and closed for some issue all weekend suddenly, after checking ahead that it was open. Starbucks, Walgreens & gas/convenience store walking distance. We didn’t have a rental car, but Ubers were easily accessible and prompt for other locations, venues and attractions within 10-15 minute drive. Overall, great stay!

Negatives: The door lock mechanism at the pool was very difficult to operate and we had difficulties getting in. I was quite surprised that a newer Marriott has no microwave in the room and a very small refrigerator you would find in a cheap motel. In fact, the only public microwave was on the ground floor and was very small and low wattage. It took 10 minutes to microwave a bowl of leftovers. I bit disappointing for a Marriott property.

- 165cathyn (8/5): A very decent 4 star hotel - Stated for 6 nights in April/May. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Easily accessible. Stayed in a lovely king room at the front of the hotel. Clean and tidy room, plenty of space. Bathroom was spotless. I opted for cleaning every second day and this was excellent service. Breakfast was always served with a smile. I found the breakfast options a little limited but thatbwasnt a major problem. The coffee was pretty decent. The courtyard area was cosy and I enjoyed an evening sitting reading outside. The hotel has a small pool. I didn't use this but I did see others in there. All in all this hotel was a good choice for the purpose.

Would have taken care of all that ourselves in the morning, had we known. Not a big deal, but always nice to come back to your room after a long day and find it ready to go.

Staff was horrible, room was dirty, heat/ac didn’t work properly. Food took forever and then wasn’t good.. and nothing was complimentary.. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

From the furniture to the carpets to the bathroom tiles, stuff just feels like it's either well-maintained or recently installed. It helps make the rooms feel sparkling clean. + The staff is pleasant. + There's plenty of parking. Also, it snowed while I was there and the lot was shoveled/plowed very promptly. + The gym/fitness center is great. There's plenty of equipment, all in good shape. There's a ton of light which makes it pleasant to be in. And there's enough space for multiple guests to use without feeling too close. Negatives: - The bathroom has only a passive vent, not a real fan to remove humidity or smells. - There wasn't great sound insulation between rooms, so we did hear our neighbors at times.
