- Ruth (10/5): - Peaceful Paradise by the Sea I stayed at Pyrgos Blue with a lifelong friend in mid-June, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and spotless, with a king-size bed, an extra single bed, and a large private balcony furnished with loungers, chairs, and a table. Plenty of storage space, too. What really stood out was the view: the sea stretching out before us, waves gently rolling in, a tiny chapel on a nearby small island and citylights far away. With no adjacent balconies, it felt completely private—we even slept with the screen door open and fell asleep to the sound of the waves. No air conditioning needed; the breeze was perfect. The daily cleaning was impeccable, there was a small fridge to keep our water. The pool bar offered great options. Despite a late arrival due to a flight delay, we were warmly welcomed and even served a late-night meal. Parking was always available for our rental car, and we highly recommend visiting the village of Sissi and the nearby Minoan palace ruins. After such trips, we’d unwind by the pool or in the garden, there were always plenty of loungers and no loud music, just the soothing sound of the sea. Malia’s town center with excellent restaurants is just a short walk away. It was a perfect holiday. A couple of small suggestions: a hook near the shower would be handy, and a foldable luggage rack could make packing more comfortable. Would absolutely return

This hotel is a mere 10 minute walk from the city and party scene which my mom and I greatly appreciated because we didn’t want to be immersed with the spring break crowd. The rooms and common areas of the property were clean. The pool had a breathtaking and undisturbed view of the sea. The food served at the restaurant/bar on site was excellent. Everything about this hotel was divine.

- Ana (10/5): Incroyable hôtel ! A conseiller sans hésiter ! - Cet hôtel était vraiment parfait ! Piscine bien entretenue avec une pataugeoire pour les petits. Le bar-restaurant très accueillant avec des plats très bons! Et les chambres incroyables. La suite familiale est composée de deux chambres séparées avec des lits doubles très confortables, d'une douche à l'italienne avec WC et d'un petit coin cuisine avec micro-ondes, bouilloire, machine à café espresso et frigo. Le tout très propre ! Les femmes de ménage sont souriantes et font un travail de qualité. Un plus : des linges pour la piscine ou la plage sont fournis par l'hôtel. Que dire de plus, nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cet établissement avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la plage et la mer depuis le balcon de la chambre!

Certaines chambres ont un petit jardin privatif, d'autres un balcon. Pas de restaurant mais un snack-bar avec un très grand choix,une piscine et le tout en bord de mer.Les restaurants sont à 10mn à pied.Pas de plage de sable devant l'hôtel mais des rochers. Il faut marcher un peu pour trouver du sable et les plages sont occupées par des complexes hôteliers. L'hôtel est tenu par une famille accueillante et tout est très propre. Je recommande

Die Suite war sehr sauber und der Blick auf das Meer und die Bucht sind traumhaft schön. Die Gartenanlage, alle Einrichtungen und Pool sind sehr gepflegt.

Wir empfehlen das Hotel an Pärchen und Familien die Urlaub abseits der Partymeile möchten. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Bar gut ausgestattet mit Smoothies, Cocktails und Bier. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt und weitläufig, auch der Strandabschnitt ist schön und direkt mit der Meile verbunden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

It is a little out of town but still walking distance and better that it was as you are not around all the bars and night life. Although if walking at night you will need a torch as it has fields around it and not much street light. If you have a car as we did it’s not an issue. We had a sea view suite which was fully renovated and just beautiful. A lovely view and right on the beach. A tip is that although they look like the same building. Pyrgos blue and Pyrgos beach are two different hotels.

- Lisa (6/5): Leuk hotel maar afgelegen - Leuk hotel maar erg afgelegen. We moesten iedere keer een stukje lopen (wat niet erg is) waar je langs een aantal verlaten gebouwen moet. Dit is in het donker niet zo prettig. Ook kwamen wij op een hele andere soort kamer terecht dan dat wij verwachtte, misleidende of verkeerde foto's dus. De staat hiervan was wat teleurstellend Verder bleek het hotel uit twee kanten te bestaan, Pyrgos Blue en Pyrgos Beach. Kamers zou dus hiermee te maken kunnen hebben maar het leek alsof wij in een soort budget kant zaten, erg jammer. Hiervan waren wij namelijk niet op de hoogte gesteld. Buiten het verwarrende kamer stuk om, een prettig verblijf gehad en een mooi hotel.

- Nicole (10/5): Amazing view and a great locstion - The hotel has a lovely view right on the beach and the rooms were more than adequate, however the shower was a little on the small side. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Manos was particularly lovely and always made us feel welcome and made great (strong) cocktails. The hotel bar did great food and cocktails and is right on the water. The pool was a great size with plenty of very comfy loungers. Great quiet and relaxed wee hotel away from the loud malia strip but close enough to be walking distance, very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend especially for couples.

- Margi (10/5): Ruhiges Hotel - Sehr sauber, Badezimmer etwas klein aber kein Problem, schließlich verbringt man dort keinen Urlaub, Strandabschnitt nicht zum Baden geeignet da sehr viele Felsen aber 200 m weiter wunderschöner Sandstrand! Mietwagen empfehlenswert aber auch ohne Möglichkeiten zum Einkauen und Essen zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Würde jederzeit dort wieder Urlaub verbringen!

- Mascha (10/5): Hochzeitsnacht - Unsere Hochzeit war ein Traum und endete am frühen Morgen nach einem langen Fest in diesem Hotel. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten des Hotels warteten auf uns in unserer Suite und die Aussicht aufs Meer war das Tüpfelchen auf dem i! Danke! Wir können das Hotel inklusive Anlage wärmstens empfehlen. Sehr gepflegt und eine tolle Poolanlage inklusive wunderbar gepflegter Gärten!
- Andre (10/5): Kleine gemütliche Anlage am Meer - Sehr schöne Kleine Anlage direkt am Meer. Sehr nette Chefin namens Toula ! Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich wohl. Gerne wieder.
- Pieter (8/5): - Zeer comfortabel, mooi ingerichte kamer met een zeer goed bed. Gelegen op loopafstand van alle restaurants, bars etc zonder dat je er op de accommodatie zelf geluidoverlast van hebt. Blijft wel wat vreemd, 2 hotels op een lokatie en gebouw.

- alessio reverza (10/5): Bellissimo resort fronte mare - Bello il posto è soprattutto cordialissimi e disponibili i proprietari ed il personale. Adatto a chi ama il relax nonostante sia a 2 passi dal centro. Bello l'accesso al mare che si trova ad appena a 20 metri.
