• Louise (8/5): Liten leilighet med sentral beliggenhet - Kjempesentralt, man kan gå til alt herfra! Leilighet har gode senger, og ble svært godt rengjort. Alessandro hjalp med alt vi trengte 😃 Alt var supert, men savnet en liten kjøkkenkrok.

• monroy (9/5): We had a great experience, no complaints, would definitely stay again and/or recommend to friends - It was pretty close to everything and transportation, it was enough space for 3 of us, we were all comfortable. The double doors made us feel safe, they cleaned daily and restocked anything we needed more of without having to ask. AC worked perfectly we cranked it up, we like our room extra cool! The only thing I would say is that the bathroom lights are sensors, it doesn't detect anyone in shower so they will turn off on you eventually but all you have to do is stick ur arm out the door and wave it around you'll be just fine

The location was perfect just a short walk to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, with tons of great places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. We felt very safe walking around, especially with a government building close by and Italian soldiers posted in the area. The space was clean, had great AC, and even included a fridge. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome

Its a bit small for more then two adults. Would be fine for two adults and two small children. We had two teens and we struggled with the bathroom and places to store our bags.

The lights in the bathroom is automatic so, it was a little hard when showering and the sensor doesn’t sense movement and we couldn’t figure out the smaller hand held shower. Overall we liked the place. The stairs were steep though so, be careful! Or stay downstairs. The bed was also comfortable.

• Glenn (10/5): A great three nights in Rome! - From the moment we booked Assunta Domus, Alessandro began to reach out to understand our arrival and our needs. Since we were arriving from Florence via car, he gave us directions to the Cavour Parking garage (a safe, impeccably clean garage underneath a nice green area in Rome within a ten minute walk of the hotel and out of the ZTL). Alessandro greeted us upon arrival and showed us the unit and gave several recommendations for restaurants. He took out a map and told us how far we were from all the key spots in Rome and couldn’t have been nicer to me or my family.
• Christi (10/5): - Alessandro was always so helpful and beyond attentive to our needs! Always called for our taxis, always went above and beyond to answer our questions and even after our stay communicated with us. He even helped my daughter when she left something behind. Thank you Alessandro! Oh and even gave us a bottle of champagne,can't forget that kind gesture!

• Andra (9/5): Good value for money! - The property is very close to Pantheon and to other major atractiions. Alessandro, the host, is willing to help and speaks very good english. The room was cleaned everyday and we had fresh water in the fridge, every day. The apartment was small for us, a family of four, with two children 17 and 12. But we managed afterall, since we weren’t in the room a lot.

• Judith (7/5): Good - Secure location within walking distance to many tourist spots Extreme noise at all hours of the day especially on the weekend. Window faces the street so made it hard to ignore noise trying to sleep on sofa bed. Host did not have sofa bed or crib ready as requested upon arrival
• Leonard (8/5): Would recommend - The unit was nice but not quite as nice as the pictures. We were surprised to find there was no dryer so you hang your clothes over racks that are provided. The problem with that was it took days for heavy clothing to dry. The area is great. Close enough to walk to see many attractions and lots of restaurants and shops close by. They will set up transportation to and from the airport which was a nice service. Overall a good experience.

• Dawn (8/5): - This is a funky little property in an older building. The original space has been divided into the little efficiencies. It is tight and pretty no frills. The walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING, including toilets flushing. Older plumbing and utilities so focused on conservation. It was a unique experience and I will say the host is very nice. Located in the heart of the old city so walking distance to most attractions if you don’t get lost in the maze of narrow streets.

It close to everything.....clean and very safe...we had the military outside our door....guarding a diplomat The elevator is supper small but all Rome hotel's have small / weak elevators....and the stairs to the bedroom are a little narrow...but overall very good. • Melissa (10/5): Perfect Location and Comfort - The location is perfect. We walked to all the sites. Spacious and clean. Great set up for a family of 5. Rome is so hot in the summer, we really enjoyed the extra space during our chill out time in the apartment. Bonus, the downstairs bathroom has a real shower. There are traffic enforcement guards always stationed right outside of the building, which was nice, made us feel extra safe. Staff booked our transfer to/from the airport and were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome.

It was in a good area with high end shops and delicious restaurants and cafes within a block. It was within less than 2 miles from all important sights. We walked everywhere. The owner was available during the day and helped us to arrange transportation by train to other cities, to the airport, from the cruise port, and gave recommendations to good restaurants. He was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. It was cute and comfortable and had a full kitchen and laundry machine.

It was really nice to have an upstairs area where 2 of us stayed, and then my daughter stayed in sofa bed downstairs and had a bit of space. The hotel was in an upscale neighbourhood and walkable to every major attraction within 20/25 minutes. The hotel room had a mini fridge where they gave us water bottles which they replenished daily. The shower was really nice too- beautifully tiled and good water pressure.

• Bradley (10/5): Excellent and secure location in the heart of Rome just steps from Piazza Navona & Pantheon! - Location was fantastic...less than 5 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, or Pantheon. It was in a great secure location easily accessible for walking anywhere. The host (Alessandro) was so helpful, and kind. The bed was so comfortable (AND King Size too!) It can be a bit tricky to find the first time as you have to find a small call box panel to get buzzed in...(and then pass through large outer doors, and then through a locked gate, and then finally into the building...but then again: secure!) Note that the street can sometimes be tricky for a taxi to stop exactly at the door but shouldn't be too difficult to navigate.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in the Eternal City. My stay at Assunta Domus was a pleasant and memorable one, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

There were 4 of us and 1 of the beds was a pull out sleeper sofa. It was terribly uncomfortable. The shower wouldn’t drain. Would have water to our ankles during quick showers.

• Joseph (6/5): - Finding the actual check-in was more complicated than I expected. You first have to buzz in through a grand door way then buzz through a gate then travel up three flights of stairs. No signs pointing to the main office and I actually traversed three other stairways to find it. The room was fun for the kids with a bed upstairs in an open loft area. The check in was easy and very friendly. The shower had a good amount of mold around the corners and on the ceiling, which is the main reason I'm not giving more stars. The inside door to the bathroom was quite dirty as well.

Alessandro at the reception is kind and helped us with every request and question. We couldn't ask for a better hotel and of course we will recommend and come back again. Everything was excellent

We walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi steps and visit other places. We are in love with ROME and very thankful with Alessandro, the owner. He helped us with early checkin, buying train tickets to Florence and giving us a lot of information where to go and what to do. This place is a gem!
