But overall the place is still very convenient and good to stay. Value for money if i want to get 3 stars hotel rate. Need to do or add value for something inside the hotel room.

• Anwar (1/5): Dirty hotel. will not stay there, or any other property by the chain. - The location is good, right in the middle of the Cihampelas shopping district, right across the Cihampelas Walk. Right next to the hotel is a convenience store. Parking space is limited, but there's free valet parking. The hotel is unkempt. It shows its age. There were cockroaches in my room, and the hotel couldn't even provide bug spray. I had to get one myself from the nearby convenience store in the pouring rain.
• Vienna (1/5): VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NOTHING If you’re about to book this hotel, PLEASE read and consider based on my experience. I was driving throughout Java island and had a stop in Bandung, thinking I could get a moment to rest before continuing my journey. Mind that I took all pictures from the rooms as a proof of the points below. -They don’t have a basement, an absolute hassle when you travel with cars. The parking area fits less than 20 cars approximately. - During check in, they mentioned that there is IDR 100.000 deposit for the room keys. The card seems like it has been used for 1000 years already, full of scratch and was torn here and there. - Prior entering the room, you can hear all people’s conversation from inside the rooms in the alley. - The pictures they showed on the website or platform are COMPLETELY different with the reality. Safe to say it is a SCAM. - The room smells really, REALLY bad. It’s like a humid abandoned room. - All the room amenities are very old and used for a long time without any care, the tissue box is not proper for use even in your own house anymore. Tables are scratched and washroom is absolute disaster. Water stains are still on the metals and I don’t even mind skipping the shower because how bad it was, too scared to use the towels also. - The bed is SUPER terrible, blood stains and other mysterious stains on the mattress, sheets and duvets. I found hairs on the linen folds and felt very ITCHY here and there when I lay down. - They don’t even care to vacuum the carpet at all. It’s all dusty and was badly torn and stained. Had to ask for rooms change because I can’t even stand for 5 mins inside. They changed it with quite similar disaster rooms, only the ac is colder. My room had no key card access so they gave me ancient manual key. The guy mentioned that the smell in the room is because there’s no window so there’s no proper circulation (absolute ridiculous excuse, you’re not the only hotel without open windows).

• Eka (8/5): Hotel yang Strategis di cihampelas. - Hotel startegis dekat dengan pusat kuliner juga factory outlet. Jika bosan dengan F.O dan Kuliner sekitar bisa menyambangi plaza atau mall yaitu ciwalk ( cihampelas walk ). Karena hotel masih baru kebersihan kamar juga ruang lainnya masih cukup baik. Keamanan dan kenyaman baik. Hanya lahan parkir yang tidak begitu luas namun ada petugas yang mengatur, jadi tidak perlu repot dengan parkiran.
• Leanne (2/5): - You get what you pay for. An soon as we walked into the hotel room it we were hit by a wave of chlorine smell. There were flies everywhere, especially in the bathroom. No idea where they came from but we kept killing them but more and more would appear. Didn't bother complaining as we probably had a better room than what most of the bad reviews said.

Next to shopping malls make it easier for last minute shopping but no parking spaces. Overall our stay was very confortable and the staff were very nice and helpful.
• ananta aji (8/5): Clean and Good Three Stars Hotel - The Hotel is really good and clean, the room is comfy for my little family, the only problem is limited parking space for car, however the staff is very helpful to handle this matters and the breakfast is definitely need an upgrade for the menu and taste,overall i enjoy stay in this hotel.. very recommend and value for money.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Dirty bedsheets but great service - Bedsheets and blanket were filled with stains. Even though we requested for a change, the new one was filled with dry blood stains. We decided not to pursue further as the staff told us that the sheets were clean and collected straight from the dryer. Ironically, the service of the staff was superb.

Booked 3 rooms for my family but 1 room had smoking smell covered up with treated spray which is heavy for breathing. Requested change of room & reception gladly obliged. Bathroom towels are seriously in need of change. They looked yellowish. This needs to be looked into or else it will tarnished the image of the hotel. Noticed that this hotel doesn't have 4th floor or unit no 4. Very thoughtful indeed.

• Sharifah Asma Rubiyah (8/5): Excellent choice for shopping! - I must say that my mom and I are very pleased with this hotel. The team is very attentive towards our needs and always gives a service with a smile. The rooms are a little small than we though and it would be better if we get the superior room compared to deluxe but nevertheless we sleep quite comfortably throughout our stay. Wifi is free but not as fast during night time. Shopping wise, one can't go wrong by choosing to stay in this hotel. I personally find this place is the most convenient hotel in Cihampelas where a big shopping mall (Ciwalk)is just less than 5 minutes walking distance. You can find convenient stores, factory outlet, money changers and many restaurant of your choice (international to local food) available. Spa is available in house. My only suggestion would be to add in more choices of food for breakfast. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

• hasnilia dzuha (8/5): Good hotel - The hotel room is clean and tidy, service at reception is good, properly located in the middle of shops,restaurants, walking distance to a shopping mall nearby just across the hotel and easy transportation access (taxi stand) near shopping mall.
• Singapore FLY (6/5): Good location - in the middle of shopping street - Basic accommodation but comfortable. Some pictures in website not to be trusted - borrowed from their sister hotel eg there was actually no lounge and no pool! No fridge in rooms - inconvenient. Cannot chill drinks. Food quality at cafe adequate - preferred breakfast at another nearby hotel. Other than that, quite a pleasant stay.
• MY (8/5): Nice hotel and great staff! - My stay was very enjoyable and I have gotten all the help I need from the hotel staffs, particularly from Pamela who is a pretty lady and always ready to give me a sweet smile and provide the required assistance. However, there were 2 hiccups before and after I checked into this hotel. First, I was given email confirmation of airport transfer provided but it failed to come and I have to take a cab myself which cost IDR55000. No explanation was given but only apologies from Pamela when I demanded to see the staff who confirmed my airport transfer. Second, I booked this hotel with breakfast included but I was told otherwise. Upon investigation, it was a mistake made by the hotel helpdesk. If both hiccups came from the same person or hotel helpdesk, he/she/they will need to be more alert and improve on their quality of work and services!

I have booked transport 1 day before they said ok but when I asked on the actual day they just informed me "no transport" all our transport already used for other group.
