- Sandra (1/5): This was a horrible experience for me I ended up with severe nose bleeds because the room was so hot and - Nothing Location, staff, room temperature was hot and I was unable to change it. This caused me to have severe nose bleeds. Plus I was to stay for 2 nights and because of this issue I cancelled the second night. Now they are trying not to refund me for the night I cancelled. I should be refunded for both nights because of my inconvenience. I’m going to reach out to corporate if I can’t get my refund for the night I didn’t stay. I had issue with this location before when it was the LaQuinta and I’m pretty sure it was the same management team.

- patrick (10/5): - Room was spacious and clean. It seems the staff was constantly cleaning and keeping the property in good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and a/c was cold! The work space in the room was nice as the work desk had an additional that would swing out adding additional space. The only down side was the wifi speed. I was not able to maintain a Teams audio call. The up and down speed was 9mbps - this is not sufficient for working report and will not support audio, much less video. Overall I will stay here again but will ensure I have plenty of data available on my hot spot if working remote.

The room I had was spacious, clean, new amenities, and quite affordable. My only complaint is that the ice maker in the 2nd floor did not work, so a person would have to go up a floor or two to get ice.

- Plumer (8/5): - This was my first stay at a Hilton Spark hotel. Until this trip, I was unaware of this sub-brand. The building, elevator and rooms are solidly built and have a contemporary atmosphere. There was more than adequate parking and a seating area for breakfast. Our room was a single queen size bed option, which included a work desk and seating area for one person. The furniture was relatively new and moderately comfortable. The desk chair had a broken back and had to be replaced. After getting the replacement chair, I realized that it was simply a poor design. The bathroom was clean with good sink space for toiletries and make-up. The shower was easily big enough for two people if that’s your thing. I have no complaints about the building. It was clean, comfortable and well taken care of. Only a couple criticisms. There were some staff communication issues. I called the front desk on two separate occasions and no one answered. Fortunately, it was not an emergency. During my stay I purchased water several time. One staff person charged the expense to my room. Another staff person told me that I didn’t have that option and needed to pay. One night we had no activities and decided to rest. I went to the front desk and asked for suggestions for restaurants nearby. I got the name of one restaurant. And finally, there’s not much variety included in the “free breakfast.” There were bagels / cream cheese, cold cereal and boiled eggs.
- Gordon (8/5): - The room was fine. The bed was good. There was a problem in the bathroom with only having one door on the shower. They were aware. New doors are supposed to be arriving soon. The one small thing was no coffee maker in the room. But there was coffee in the lobby. My only other observation is that they need to do something in the lobby so that noise is better absorbed. It was really echoing and for someone like me who has to use hearing aids it was really annoying. The staff was were very friendly.
- Michael (8/5): - Nice clean room. There is no dresser or even shelves to store clothes. The couch was great. Breakfast was adequate.
- Aerial (7/5): Be sure not to get room 401 - Nice clean and updated My shower was missing the door so although the water was hot it was cold while taking a shower and she stated that they were fully booked so she would just bring me some extra towels to put on the floor for water. Also the pillows are standard pillows on a king bed and are superrrr thin!
- Miriam (10/5): - Room is clean, staff courteous, enough parking space.
- Tatyanna (10/5): Excellent - Room was clean and nice. Staff were friendly!! Can’t wait to booked here again.
- RAJA (2/5): - The check-in staff - Leisha was rude. When we reported that Television in the room is not working , she asked us if we want to leave the hotel . This is unbelievable for the Hilton staff saying this ! Will never recommend this hotel. There are Marriott, comfort Inn located next this hotel. Please stay there. Will report this to the manager - Bradley Duncan tomorrow morning .
- Jordan (2/5): - Got a King size room and they ended up giving me a room that hasn’t been cleaned yet. They ended up downsizing my room and still waiting on my refund.
- Tanya (8/5): - Room was clean, some fixtures seemed like they needed updating but overall good experience
- EMAN (8/5): - This was my second time staying at this property. I would’ve given it five stars but the first time I stayed. I left my husband‘s birthday cake on the counter and we woke up that morning and it was full of ants. We weren’t upset. They were just sugar ants. However, we were looking forward to enjoying another piece of cake. The second stay was good as well except the loud people on the fourth floor (we were on the 3rd floor). They were sold out for the night so we couldn’t change rooms! Lastly our TV did not work. The receptionist was very helpful with trying to get the TV to work but she could not figure out what was wrong with it. So, we had to go the whole night without a TV not a big deal but a little disappointed as we had planned to watch a movie on Netflix. It’s a nice place overall and we were very pleased! We will be back again as we use this as monthly staycation hotel.

- Jennifer (6/5): - Staff was friendly enough and this hotel was close to lots of dining options. I had questionable brown smears on my inner bedding that made me question if if had been changed and needed to request an extra comforter to sleep in. Otherwise my stay was quiet and cozy
- Timothy (6/5): - The facility was pretty new and updated but the cleanliness of the room needed some work. It was overall a good stay.
