Turn down service everyday which includes mosquito spray and coils was so lovely! Massages at the spa were amazing and the staff were the best and so welcoming. Also it was very quiet and had a great night sleep every night. As this was a semi work trip for me I also appreciated the room service/dining that was available until late:) My second time here and did not disappoint. Nothing, all was great!

From booking taxis to bringing coffee to our villa, staff were quick, efficient, friendly and caring. The KS bed was so comfortable & there was good water pressure in the shower (nothing worse than a dribble)! The villa and property were exceptionally clean. No mosquitos in the villa at all! It was private & the pool temperature was perfect. The food at the restaurant was lovely! Great coffee too! I had a beautiful traditional Balinese massage by Nara at the Villa’s onsite spa. Definitely recommend Kasih & Spa & will stay there again. Absolutely nothing! Everything was fantastic!

These private villas are so lovely - the rooms have everything you need, super comfortable, and of course the private pool. The food from the hotel restaurant is really nice, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We stayed for a couple of nights and it was great. No issues!! A great hotel that we would revisit.
• Brenda (9/5): A spacious villa with wonderful staff and plenty of potential — but in need of a little extra care and attention to reac - It’s a spacious villa in a peaceful area, yet within walking distance of several shopping centers, many shops, and restaurants — so there’s plenty to do nearby. If you prefer not to walk, you can easily get around using Grab or Gojek. The villa is spacious and comfortable, which is really nice. The swimming pool is great as well. We stayed in villa number four — that means you don’t get full sun all day, which is a bit of a pity. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the restaurant offers an extensive and affordable international menu. You can even enjoy your meals right in your villa. We did stay Here 8 Nights I find it important to share a clear and honest experience. Upon arrival, I was a little disappointed, as the villa seemed to lack a bit of love and attention. It’s all in the small details — some stains on the walls near the pool, damage inside the wardrobe, a tap by the bathtub that wasn’t properly installed and leaks, and chairs that clearly have been there for about ten years. If they replaced them with new ones, it would immediately give the villa a more luxurious feel. That said, the thorough daily cleaning, the incredible friendliness of the staff, and the spaciousness of the villa more than made up for my initial impression. When checking out, I walked through the villa with one of the staff members to point out these details, which was very much appreciated. If they upgrade these small things, the villa could easily compete with brand-new ones in the same price range. As for the spa treatment, I found it a bit disappointing. We tried it, but it’s quite expensive compared to other places, and there was a lack of communication with me as a guest. Nothing was explained — you don’t know what’s going to happen, how long it will take, and the background music just became irritating after a while. The ladies performing the treatment don’t speak much English, so in terms of price and quality, I would recommend doing a spa elsewhere. When the price is higher than in other places, you expect to notice that in the experience, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

The menu for meals in house were not fancy but more than adequate. There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable sofa. Inside the Villa large bedroom /living room with a huge comfy bed. Nice large bathroom. Staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming. We used the restaurant where the food was incredible and also the spa facilities which again were 10/10. The villas are set back from the busy streets so it’s a nice retreat from the hustle of Seminyak. We loved it! Bathroom privacy was a bit of an issue

• Shane (10/5): Villa exceeded our expectations, highly recommended! - Could not recommend this Villa enough!The place was immaculately clean, with housekeeping completed daily. Staff were pleasantly kind, always available for our every request and nothing was ever too much of an ask for them. The kitchen has a fresh water machine and two bottles of water provided and topped up in our room daily. Kitchen had snacks and drinks for purchase (very cheap) Perfect for families and couples! Location was perfect, 5-10mins from the beach and shopping. The restaurant was awesome and room service was perfect with great food options. We will definitely be returning with our families. Our favourite villa and staff ever! Nothing. Cannot fault this place

• Ali (9/5): Great private villa, enjoyed our stay! - Very private villa, staff call you once they want to clean the room, they dealt with insects in the villa very quickly, the bedroom is designed where it’s properly sealed off from the remaining of the villa so no insects/lizards can actually enter the bedroom. The shower has really good pressure with great temperatures. The location is walking distance to lots of amazing shops and restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was nice but relatively limited in options (especially if you only eat halal food), especially the fruit platter as it was made up of the same fruits (pineapple, watermelon, papaya, and strawberries)

No issues with the villa, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast had a decent menu with many options. Great location and if you take some side streets you can get straight through to the Bintang supermarket. Also a good location as when taking a car to and from day trips you are on the good side of Jalan Raya Seminyak and good access from Only problem we came across was that a Bluetooth speaker would need to be rented - we knew this before leaving and took our own, so not really a problem at all.

• Cibele (10/5): Large, Clean and Relaxing Villa - The villa was very spacious and very clean. They also offered to clean 2x times a day, and all staff were extremely friendly. The villa was a short walk of about 10 min to stores, but not many restaurants in a short walk distance, so we had to get a taxi or ride for every meal. But the local restaurant offered good food from many options.

It was private, clean, and comfortable with plenty of space for a couple, and it was so nice to have a private pool to cool off in. The grounds are very well maintained and look beautiful. The spa treatments were excellent, and the food was amazing. Overall, it was a nice peaceful and relaxing place to stay, which is exactly what we wanted. Loved everything.

The area felt a little bit on the residential side but I guess that helps it feel more quiet (which is what we wanted). Didn't like the mosquitos, but they're kind of unavoidable when there's so many plants and standing water around. Breakfast was only okay - for some reason the fruits seemed to always be just slightly underripe.

The private pool was a highlight, offering a great spot to relax and unwind. The villa itself was clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were outstanding—attentive, helpful, and quick to address any issues, such as resolving the brief disturbance caused by a noisy kitten. The food was fantastic, with both breakfast and dinner at Banave Restaurant being delicious. A special mention goes to the BBQ dinner, which was thoughtfully served right in our villa—such a memorable experience!

Staff were excellent, very friendly and always happy to helpo out. We used Grab attached to our CC for travelling as it was the most cost effective way, as most blue birds dont do cash anymore. One small thing, and its more of a warning for older people, the one bedroom villa's (we were in Villa 3 - at the back) dont have steps to get in and out of the pool, not so much an issue to get in, very much so to get out. need quite a bit of upper body strength. The front villas we noticed did have steps, so maybe ask when you do your booking :)

• Lokesh (7/5): Definitely not 4 star property experience, few upgrades can make it a wonderful property - Size of the property was good and it was decently maintained. Staff were wonderful, very much attentive and responsive. Too many mosquitoes and lizards around and ants around. Left food for few minutes on the table and plate was full of ants. Understand it is open property so mosquitoes are the problem but treatments for ants and other insects can be done. Also the reception is outdoor, checking in at 2 PM in such heat itself become unpleasant experience
