- Joaquina (10/5): - El lugar es un monumento historico, recomiendo complementar la estadia en el hotel con una visita guiada del pueblo, lo hace una experiencia muy rica. La habitacion es muy comoda, y el lugar esta muy bien conservado, manteniendo la impronta y el estilo colonial. El desayuno muy completo, la atencion muy buena. Todo muy limpio y bello.

- Alejandro Palmeyro (8/5): Un exelente lugar para un buen descanso después de un camino muy duro - Las instalaciones del hotel en general, el patio central en particular y la cocina La cena, avisamos q íbamos a comer en el hotel y q queríamos comer adentro, pero armaron todas las mesas en el patio, lindísimo, pero hizo bastante frío y el comedor interior, sin preparar y vacío no daba para comer allí… Todos afuera con cameras y bufandas…

L’accueil n’était pas digne du niveau de standing revendiqué par l’établissement. On nous a bien fait comprendre que nous avions choisi une chambre ‘économique‘… Le prix de extras est abusif (petit déjeuner, restauration, minibar). Les règles de l’établissement sont ridicules, nous avons une liste donnée à notre arrivée nous interdisant de nombreuses choses, comme le simple fait de se poser sur la terrasses sans consommer. L’insonorisation des chambres est catastrophique nous entendions nos voisins. Pourquoi ne pas avoir répartis les voyageurs dans l’établissement à moitié vide pour limiter ce problème.

Por lo tanto tuve que reservar una habitación más cara que la otra. Al llegar al hotel, resulta que está vacío, por lo que tranquilamente podría haber tenido una habitación más barata. Tuvimos que pagar 90 euros extra por ese cuarto cuando tenían más habitaciones disponibles. El sistema de reservas muy malo.

- Walter Reinhardt (10/5): Die beschwerliche Anfahrt lohnt sich - Das Hotel ist ein Beispiel für gelungenen Denkmalschutz : Aus einer alten Bausubstanz hat man ein Hotel geschaffen, das allen modernen Ansprüchen genügt, in einem passenden Retrostil. Der Innenhof mit dem uralten Baum ist nach der langen Fahrt eine Oase der Ruhe. Absolut ruhige Lage. Das Restaurant ist hervorragend und bietet Wein von örtlichen Bauern an. Wer will, kann einen kleinen Spaziergang zum Fluss machen. Freundliches Personal. Die Anfahrt nach Molino ist sehr anstrengend, in jeder Richtung mindestens 100 km kurvenreiche und enge "gravel road" Die Fahrt ist allerdings landschaftlich sehr schön und lohnt die Mühen. Das Hotel ist wegen der Bauarbeiten im Dorf schwer zu finden. Es liegt gegenüber der Kirche.
