- James (4/5): - Stayed on 10/11/25. Check in guy was NOT friendly. Dead bug on the floor in the bathroom. The beds are rock hard, sheets had stains, and the headboards were tore up with holes in them. The blackout curtain didn’t go down far enough and there was a gap letting in light/sounds under the door. Sometimes the water in the bathroom came out brown. The eggs were the weird powdered ones, but they had English muffins and the coffee was good. The breakfast attendant loudly played games on his phone that were disruptive to breakfast. The hotel brick out front was falling apart. The grounds had trash around the hotel. Also, I think we someone pick up a prostitute at the gas station by the hotel. I guess a girl’s got to work. Next time cross the high way and stay at hotels over there. Less sketchy.

- Claudia (2/5): So disappointed! - First time in that area and as soon as we get there, there were no more that 6 cars in the hotel. Main entrance was blocked. You have to use the side emergency door. There were several holes on the column on the main entrances. I did not eve feel safe to leave my car overnight there so we requested cancelation and the manager was not even there. We were so disappointed to see the contrasts between the real hotel and the outside pictures that we decided to drive back home for 3 hours. I canot believe how this hotel can have over 1000 reviews and state is very good! No way! I did not get my money back. Do not stay there!
- Melissa (2/5): - This is the first time I’ve ever posted a bad review. My default is to give ppl the benefit of the doubt. This property looked like it was in a 3rd world country. The front door and the awning were closed and looked like a bomb went off. So every other door was unlocked, so travelers could enter: the opposite of secure. Everything was broken and there was an odor. The staff were not friendly or helpful. I didn’t even check in. I didn’t feel safe at the front desk (even with my pistol on my belt), so Expedia took my money, and I had to pay for another room down the road. The staff at the new hotel told me that she had heard about that specific Comfort property. Stay AWAY.
- Micale (6/5): - Hotel charges $50 per room depisit upon check in on a fully prepaid rooms through Expedia. It was unexpected charge for me. I had 2 rooms booked so I was hit with a $100. 00 fee . Obviously, this hotel expects damage. Hotel was clean, but definitely has seen a lot of wear and tear. Staff courteous. I would not stay here again, area seems not very safe around hotel. Some derelict people roaming about outside the hotel. Front doors of hotel were broken, so you had to enter through a side door to get into the hotel. A positive was that at least it was a quiet stay for us on the 4th floor and room was clean.

Food was great, not as much variety as years past Front door was out of order. Check in was 30 minutes late, we were waiting with several other couples for rooms to be cleaned Not in best shape, the front columns outside had been damaged, there were small things like sink stopper missing in room and arm of chair broken and hanging (room 206)
- gregory (8/5): - The room itself was excellent: clean and well -appointed, ample clean towels, newly renovated bathroom, nice clean and comfortable bed, and the AC was quiet. Despite this, the arrival was less than pleasant as the front door was not working and sign instructed to use the side entrance so had to walk around and once inside there was no one st the front desk for 10 minutes. The first thing the person said was don't park under the front veranda because "it is about to collapse". Apparently they had a fire, so I will give them a pass on this. The only other negatives were 1) terrible water pressure (really a dribble) and 2) TV not working. Hotels have been really understaffed these days, and I just someone would be checking the rooms before new guests arrive. The fitness center is a couple of treadmills and one machine, and the laundry center was quite small and required coins, with some dirty socks strewn about on the floor. with that said, the room was very nice and felt a little more upscale than other hotels in this price range, so overall, it was an OK experience.

- Mark (8/5): Good stay no real issues value for money - Really good stay breakfast plenty of variety waffles eggs bacon sausage cereals yoghurt plenty of parking location close to Fort Worth and right next to highway Pool was out of action all the time if out stay some of hot items at breakfast unavailable at times not sure why
- Tamesa (4/5): - I arrived at night and there were no cars parked in front but a couple of work-type trucks parked on the side. It looked rundown and abandoned, which is why I used sketchy to describe it. Changed rooms twice on first night. First room had old napkins & a piece of bread on the foundation between the mattress & headboard and crumbs on the lamp. Second room only had working lights in the bathroom. Third room didn’t have a battery cover on the tv remote & batteries were corroded. I didn't feel like changing again so I put some plastic around the remote. The front staff was extremely courteous, pleasant & accommodating. After the first night, my family insisted I find somewhere else to stay. I checked out late the next day but was not given a refund for the remaining night due to confusion & lack of documentation between day and night staff when Expedia called the next day to confirm I had indeed checked out early. When I followed up with Comfort Inn, the night clerk said she hadn't added thorough notes in the system regarding my checking out but had called to straighten everything out when she realized what happened. Despite the confusion over my checkout, the staff was really the only good thing about the hotel. I would not recommend it to anyone.
- Mavil (10/5): We enjoyed our stay, went to the pool and took advantage of ice machine for the hot days! - We felt safe, and place was clean and it was a peaceful nights. We requested extra towels and pillows and they had it in room for us before arrival. We found some trash under the sink from previous guest but it didn't bother us.

- Muzzamil (2/5): - The room had a bad ordor everytime i would return. I found bugs on the floor. The sounds of planes and fighter jets constantly taking off did not help. I understand you get what you pay for but it wasnt worth $81/night.

- Ashley (6/5): - The hotel was very rundown. The mirror in the bathroom is chipped. There are hard water stains on the faucets. It looks like what is mold in the shower on the grout. The curtains had holes in them. The furniture was all banged up. It just looked really rundown and dingy. I walked into the bathroom and on the sink, it looked like there was a dried blob of toothpaste on the counter. Then somebody had recently used the toilet and left skidmarks recently-one flush and it went away. the linens looked and felt relatively clean, and the bed was somewhat comfortable.

- Cindy (3/5): Not worth the price. - Air conditioning was cold and breakfast was ok. Bathtub wouldn't fill because the stopper was damaged. Furniture was worn out and damaged. Pictures must have been taken at time of remodel in 2015. Pool "closed for maintenance". Charged a $50 "incidentals fee" twice. Not super clean.

- NatoshaKi (8/5): - The concierge was nice and inviting. Enjoyed the refreshing lemon water at the front desk. Not much around. Heard it was not the safest for people of color, but I felt comfortable and was treated well around the facility. Area called Whitesettlement, Texas. One and done.
